"Sounds great!" Neka smiled at her sister.

"Why are you asking?"

 

"It's just that you two seem more like actors then bounty hunters."

 

"Father said that, too. Onee-chan, we'd always act for him and Yuki!" She smiled.

"You don't have our clan's symbol, besides I like acting and bounty hunting. Lets go." She continued walking to the capital."

 

"You two go on ahead. I think I forgot something at the farm." He said as he ran in the opposite direction.

 

"Okay, see ya there." Kyo and Neka walked to the capital.

"Forget your Onee-chan?!" Neka shouted as Akira left.

 

Maiko was shaking slightly. She realised that she was a pointless addition again. They were tolerating her presence. Maybe the world would be better if she didn't exist.

 

"Just where are you going?" Akira called to Maiko when he caught up to her.

 

As Kaia and Neka entered the capital, a man ran up to them. "Hey, you two, we're looking for lead roles for the ever popular play, 'A Hunter's Requiem'."

"Yay! A play!" Neka smiled at Kaia, who smiled back.

OCC: It sounds more like a song than a play, really. I'm not good at titles for things.

 

"I need to get something." Maiko looked at her feet. She was a terrible liar.

 

"You're lying. What's on your mind?"

 

"I'll go tell Akira!" Neka turned into a cat and ran to Akira, and turned back into a human. "Akira, Maiko onee-chan!"

 

"You and Kaia seemed so happy and right together. I felt I was just in the way you would be better without me."

 

Akira hit Maiko over the head.

"Don't say idiotic things like that. Now come on, sis. YOu said you were going to stick by me and take care of me, and you can't do that by running off."

 

"You won't get in the way! You can support them!" Neka smiled at them.

 

Maiko responded without thinking. She punched him squarely in the face. "Never hit me again and it isn't idiotic. You don't need me, you never did."

 

"Quit fighting! You're brother and sister, aren't you! Please, stop!" Neka started to cry.

 

"You supported me when anyone else would have attacked me. Of course I need you, sis. If you want to leave though, I understand. I'm not going to force you to do something you don't want to."

 

"Hey, onee-chan and I are lead in a play at the capital called, 'A Hunter's Requiem'. Akira nii-kun, Maiko onee-chan, will you come and watch us?!"

 

"Come on then and we'll get your quest completed. Just never lay a finger on me again!" Maiko glared at Akira. She stormed ahead, unable to tell him how she really felt.

 

"Alright, I'm sorry! Geez...."
