There was only one yesterday, and that was Misty's.

Perhaps another one appeared when you went to bed.

What time did you experience it?

I logged out for bed at 11:33 PM (PDT).

While you were sleeping apparently. I don't live in America, I wake up when you go to sleep.

In order to keep better track, I've put all of the database / 404 errors that we've experienced into an organized list in my original post.

Any future database / 404 errors will also be added there.

If anyone else gets them, please post from what time to what time and the time zone, and I will add them to my original post.
    Thanks!

    See the original post.

Forums are also somewhat slow, mostly after saving changes or submitting a reply, which is how it always is after a database error.

    See the OP.

Not a database error, but for a few minutes, I got a white page that said this:

I know that the server is still the same, but I was hoping that we could go a day with the new VBulletin version without a database error. Some things aren't meant to be, I guess. Ha-ha!

    Anyway, please see the OP.

    EDIT: See the OP again.

A very short one today (see the OP). However, until it happened, the forums were very slow starting at 12:20 PM (PDT).

Alongside that, only the index would load -- none of the other pages would load.

That may have been my bad, I was changing names.

I see. Are you talking about the database error, the slowness, or both?

Either way, thanks for the response.

If the database error was from you, I'll remove it from the list.

    See the OP...

This is starting to go from annoying to absolutely ridiculous! We need a new server! =/

Some of these DBE's could be cause because of the staff. I have deleted mass amounts of threads and get DBE's because of it.

I just thought of that myself.

There was a bug with "New Posts", so RvR fixed it, which is probably where it came from.

That brings me to a question: If we were on a powerful, dedicated server, would there still be database errors when doing things like that, such as fixing things and mass deleting or does it always happen regardless of what type of server there is?

    I'm assuming both.
Yes and no. Things certainly wouldn't be nearly as bad, and we could probably do larger tasks without as much of a consequence. Repairing & optimizing database tables often can also alleviate slowdown, errors, etc, but we can't run that too often or on large tables because the server is... well, our server.

Since we're on the new server now, this can just be here for reference purposes; therefore, I am requesting a lock. Thanks!
