Darkest Castle

"If your not up to it your not worthy of working for me," the Dark Lord said.

 

"My statement stands," Vallyn whispered coldly. He eyed the Dark Lord just as coldly.

 

"You leave or you can do anouther job for me," The Dark Lord said.

 

His eyebrow jerked upwards in intrigue. "What job?"

 

"there is a vamperic scientist in the Ice lands I want you to see what she is working on. Don't kill her she could be useful. I just want to know what she is doing," the Dark Lord said.

 

"As you command," Vallyn said, and without another word, he disappeared in a wisp of darkness, appearing at the border of the icelands. He began his careful scouting mission, keeping far away from society. Onward, he went.

 

Ivy looked at her parchment, "if I do this wrong I could end up blowing up half the contry."

 

Vallyn walked towards Ivy's home, or something near that. He walked in, hiding in the shadow flawlessly. He crept into her lab, watching her.

 

She was surroned by bottles and parchment. She was talking to her self saying things most people could never understand.

 

Vallyn muttered a chant, recording the woman's words. He infused the spell into an orb. The orb of sending, he called it. He kept close to the darkness, hiding. He continued to study the woman.

 

Ivy mixed two liqueds togeter there was a large flash, "AHHHHHHHHHHH! MY EYES!"

 

He cocked an eyebrow, intrigued at what alchemy she created. He leaned casually against the wall. He was safe behind the veil of darkness.

 

"ohhhh I can't see," Ivy rubed here eyes.

 

Vallyn, like a silent wisp, snuck past her, eyeing the project. He smirked. He turned and whispered "I'm going to borrow this," and with that, he stole her project, already travelling back to the castle. He moved just as silent as if he were a shadow.

 

"Whose there," Ivy asked before he left.
