I've answered a thread trying to unravel the mystory behind King Mickey's seemingly dark keyblade and something accured to me. Does this mean that every keyblade has a dark version and are all the dark versions of these keyblades like Sora's and King Mickey's just inverted colours of each other?

I don't know where I've read it, but according to Nomura the keys themselves are not dark or light, but the wielder chooses it's attribute.

Interesting. I think those two keys are special. One representing the realm of light, one for the realm of darkness. Every other keyblade is just a side story.

Of course, I haven't played BBS.

No necessarily. We really don't know much about the Keyblade Mickey found or as to why he knew it was in the Dark Realm. Now Keyblades of both light and darkness exist. The keyblade is a weapon that doesn't care about light or darkness. And it doesn't care about Good or Evil. So long as the wielder meets the qualifications like having a strong heart, they can use the keyblade. This continues the idea that Light isn't always good and darkness isn't always evil.
I mean Master Xehanort's keyblade is a keyblade of light.
Now some would say that the two blades are connected to the
"X-Blade". As it bears two Kingdom Key's at it's tip.
Whether or not this is the case has not been answered as of yet. But it will likely have some connection to the Kingdom Key.
As the intro to the Keyblade Graveyard shows the weapon briefly

And as we know the "X-blade" is related to Kingdom hearts as it can open the door. If the Kingdom Key bears that same head shape the two are connected in someway. But if this connection extended to Mickey's Keyblade, many more answers are still needed as to how it got there.
