Dark Cloud 2 is otherwise known as Dark Chronicle in areas outside the North America. Has anyone played these two games? They're freaking awesome RPGs. Real-time action, the ability to "build" the world around you(only in certain areas), and some pretty damn good weapon upgrading. Personally...I think these two games are better than Kingdom Hearts 1&2. The first Dark Cloud game was just...great. And the second one was a bit more...emotional. Just for some of the last main bosses. The soundtrack of the games were also...well...badass. Although Dark Cloud 2 seemed to have more songs that I liked compared to the first game. The story of the first game does not connect too much to the second game and well...even though it has more playable characters, most of them don't appear in cutscenes. That kinda bugged me. Why have a party of 6 when only the main character gets much screen time? Oh and the main character doesn't talk. EVER. But it's really easy to look passed that since the character doesn't NEED to talk. :=D: So who's played these games?
I had the demo of the first one which came with my PS2 all those years ago and holy crap was it awesome. I really wanted it but I never found it in any shop near me and this was before I bought stuff off the internet so I never did get it.
