Chain of Memories Dark Aura(Kh2 vs Com)

Which form of Dark Aura do you think is better, the one in CoM or the one in Kh2? I'd say CoM because it looks better and it has a better effect, so that's what I think.

 

Well, in KH 2 Riku shot 3 Dark Aura balls and in CoM only 1, but in CoM is mist powerful than in KH2

 

CoM of course. In KH2, Dark Aura is Dark Firaga. In CoM, it is the best attack. Just add the Lexeaus card when fighting a boss, and you got the best kickbutt combo ever!!!!

CoM made Dark Aura really awesome. It is sad in KH2 he could not use Dark Aura as he did in CoM. Dark Aura in KH2 kind of more resembled Dark Firaga in that he could fire off multiple orbs (blasts) and 'possibly' since we don't see it, a big blast. In the end, Riku probably had a lot he could have done in KH2 if he were actually a playable character like Sora. I can hope in KH3 he gets something like the CoM version of Dark Aura again because it was just really cool.

 

in Kingdom Hearts 2, it would seem that they renamed "Dark Firaga" into "Dark Aura". i mean, the REAL Dark Aura from KH1 and COM doesn't resemble that at all. it seems like Riku got ALOT weaker in KH2. the Dark Aura in COM is his Ultimate Attack which can probably only be topped by Sora's Trinity Limit (KH1 and COM version).

 

I'd have to say KH2 because I haven't seen Dark Aura in CoM.

The one in CoM was a pain to arrange cuz there's not a lot of triple 9's until u reach the Castle Oblivion lvl. Even so, sometimes u screw up the combo and boom, there goes the attack. =/

In KH2, all u gots to do is press the triangle button. No card break, no mess ups, nothin. :)

As for cool, I'm still going for KH2 simply cuz who doesn't love a 3 shot combo. <<

 

I still liked Dark Aura in CoM more though I do see your point. If Dark Aura like that was made like Sora's trinity limit, that would really be cool in an upcoming game. Then he could have the other as well which more resembles Dark Firaga, as a regular thing.

 

Meh, I guess. That would b pretty kool.

Still, nothin beats Dark Shield. XD

 

Just Roxas attacks.

I'm kidding,that ability saved me lot's of times,and it's one of the coolest ways to dodge attacks.

 

Dark Shield was cool too. Really, Riku had a lot of abilities that well, we just didn't get to see in KH2 to any real effect. The thought though of slashing away at a foe numerous times with Darkness protecting Riku from any retaliation just seems kind of cool. He also had a cool ability to smash his sword in the ground and send waves of Darkness at foes and had the weird chain lightning thing going on. Riku totally suffered from Janus syndrome in that he was so gimped by the time we got him.

 

Definitely CoM. It was more powerful and you could use it in more than just one world.

 

CoM has the better Dark Aura.

 

Dark Aura in CoM looked cooler and had more affect.

 

Unless you're speaking about Session with Riku, where Sora + Riku used Dark Aura and did twice the effect. :)

 

Com seems so much better.
