C'mon. We need a serious topic for this. I haven't seen any topic that has some decent discussion on Daft punk.

Always loved their songs. And their live shows look amazing, yet I can't get a ticket to get in one of them XD

And best of all. I was watching the Grammy's and on Kanye West's performance of Stronger, both of them have a surprised appearance. For those who have yet to see...

Start on 2:45. That's when they appear. I just thought that was extremely gangsta' xD

    Jesus tells you to discuss.

Daft Punk 4 ever. I became a big fan when I heard/saw 'One More Time' on the TV. It was awesome and unique. Followed up by 'Aerodynamic' and 'Harder, Better, Faster Stronger', my sis then decided to buy their album. I listened to it all day long =D.
Today I often listen to their newest remix of H,B,F,S :p

Have you heard their world tour music ALIVE 2007? Lately that's all I've been listening to.

I've heard of Alive. But it's just live versions cut out is it not? It doesn't seem like there are any new songs...=\

But anyways, totally enjoy Daft Punk, ever since I heard Harder Better Faster Stronger.

That is the one concert I wanted to see last year, but never got the chance to...

Here's the ALIVE album song list:

    1. "Robot Rock" / "Oh Yeah" - 6:28
    2. "Touch It" / "Technologic" - 5:30
    3. "Television Rules the Nation" / "Crescendolls" - 4:51
    4. "Too Long" / "Steam Machine" - 7:02
    5. "Around the World" / "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger" - 5:43
    6. "Burnin'" / "Too Long" - 7:12
    7. "Face to Face" / "Short Circuit" - 4:55
    8. "One More Time" / "Aerodynamic" - 6:11
    9. "Aerodynamic Beats" / "Forget About the World" - 3:32
    10. "The Prime Time of Your Life" / "The Brainwasher" / "Rollin' & Scratchin'" / "Alive" - 10:22
    11. "Da Funk" / "Daftendirekt" - 6:37
    12. "Superheroes" / "Human After All" / "Rock'n Roll" - 5:41

and the bonus, encore track: Encore: "Human After All" / "Together" / "One More Time (reprise)" / "Music Sounds Better with You" - 9:59

I'm listening to #6 as we type, just the way "Burnin'" molds into "Too Long" makes chills run down my spine!

I would definitely recommend purchasing the album to any Daft Punk fan.

Has anyone seen the movie "Interstella 5555: The 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem"?

I'm relatively new to Daft Punk as band itself, but I've loved their songs for a while now. 'Around The World' and 'One More Time' are the earlier songs I remember listening to and liking. Those have led me to recognizing the band and some of my favorite songs such as 'Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger' and 'Technologic.'

I've never seen Interstella 5555. I honestly don't plan to. I like DP just the way it is.

Does anyone have recommendations of DJ artists or of that sort, that are similar to daft punk?

^Similar to Daft Punk? No, up until this point I don't think I've crossed any. I'll ask a few friends who are more techno-frenzy than I'll ever be, so I'll letcha know.

    LOL, absolutely not!

They are new songs, new songs in the sense that they remixed them with other ones. You really need to have a listen to it, I can guarantee it's nothing short of amazing. (:

I managed to find an ALIVE radio edit of Around the World/Harder, Better Faster Stronger, mixed with Television Rules the Nation D;. Here we go~

Lol no, but thanks for reminding me about it. That's something I need to see.

What's with everyone all of the sudden, and Daft Punk? Personally I don't like the song "Stronger" I'll dance to it, but most of there awesome songs are taken and turned into songs that at least have a word or two about sex in it.

I like Technoligic and Around The World the best.

P.S.: I've almost taught myself the whole "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger" song on my hands. lol.

Technologic is definitly the best song to be by them. I also like Da Funk, and Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger.

And I love Kanye West too, so I loved that they collaborated. They are really good for the clubs :D

When I saw the Grammys, I was like, oh my damn.

Oh and if you guys have seen the "Around the World" music video, very weird, isn't it? But I totally see what they're presenting.

I've only really listened to Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger, One More Time and Around the World, but I plan to listen to more. They have such a unique sound which is really rare these days. <_>

    Oh my god.

    Alive 2007. Daft Punk. Greatest.Evar.

Their music is heavenly at this album. Especially Around the World/HBFS, Television rules the nation/Crescendolls.

I have yet to finish hearing the whole album. I'm just repeating a few of them.

Those who have never heard Daft Punk...I feel really sorry. I'm sure you'd love it.

I've personally grown attached to Superheroes / Human After All / Rock'n Roll.

When you listen to the album from beginning to end, it's amazing.
