I'm excited, but far from surprised.

It's a real shame that they're not giving Re:Coded the proper treatment that it's gameplay deserves; but I suppose they're at least consistent.

Glad this is finally confirmed so people can stop acting like it wasn't inevitable.
So stoked for this, KH2FM alone is a GREAT value, adding in BBS, one of the best KH games in most people's opinion, and it just becomes a fantastic package.
Shame about Re:Coded though, most people can agree that story was not its strongest point.
And it'll probably be pretty short, too, if they do the Days thing and skip the Disney stuff (Almost all of the main story stuff has been done in a proper cutscene already)
(Also I like how they managed to make the title even more stupid by making it II.5 instead of 2.5)

So they really are calling it 2.5 interesting...

It'll be good to see re coded in better quality. In kh2fm the new models and textures should be good and hopefully they'll dub the new lines, and they better not re dub Diz! Actually I wonder if they have a few things dubbed.
BBS looks nice.
A question is what will be in the other credits (like how 2.5 was teased in 1.5), well that's if they decide to add the addition credits anyway. Also what will be added to kh2fm and bbsfm I wonder...

Damn it, I need a release date! Nice an all as the reveal is, it would've been nice to have some solid release date news on it, I mean that's the biggest issue I have but, blegh ok still great!

They didn't re dub pre existing lines in KH 1.5, Days was the only thing that was recorded over and that's just because it was no longer a game. And they won't re dub DiZ I can bet, because they never re dubbed Ansem in KH1.5, who still sports the one time only Billy Zane recording, thankfully that was kept intact. I don't think they'd bother wasting money re recording all the games.

but i'm gonna wait for the bundle, with both 1.5 and 2.5, i've played the games before, so there's no rush for me to own this.

What i said was worded poorly (surprise, surprise...) and I may be misunderstanding you. But pretty much what I was saying is hopefully they'll dub the new cutscenes, and battles for the other organization members: Zexion, Vexen, ect. And yeah I doubt they'll re dub Diz for kh2 but you never know.

I don't think they'll re record the whole thing either since as you said really it will cost too much. But yeah apart from Diz nothing/no one else was re recorded.

And once again I'm relatively uninterested in this, but still happy for the people who are.

I was in the usual ultra-sleepy groggy mood until I saw the trailer and now I'm wide awake from hype.

That was a nice surprise to start off (Canadian) Thanksgiving! It looks like Birth By Sleep will be playable too, which is awesome. I wonder how they're going to do it though. :D

I'm most excited for the Organization fights and the Roxas fight in KHII. And there's also being able to play BBS on the PS3, which I can finally do when I buy a PS3

I am sad that I will be living away from my PS3 at this point in time ;-; but still really happy about the release!

I have played KH2 to death and still play it many times so I cannot wait to play the extra stuff! It also means my old, dying PS2 won't be relied on as much and my scratched KH2 disk will also no longer be needed except for nostalgia purposes.

I will also be enjoying BBS on the PS3 because I always felt it would be easier with that control system.

I swear these naming departments...

Anyway, yay for letting the cat out of the bag. I'm smelling a release late next year. I wonder then if Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance will be packaged with Kingdom Hearts III?

Can't wait to play my favourite KH on the big screen! It looks awesome already. Really hyped for KHII also.

I can only imagine how horrendous the trophies will be, though. BbS: COMPLETE ALL 3 STORIES ON EVERY DIFFICULTY WITHOUT DYING EVER! ;-;
