Lync looks at his program.

"Do we hide here, or do we fight? What do those things do?"

 

Yiazmat

"We definitely do not fight. Those programs are protected from lag, which is what my program does, and they're also powerful enough to withstand a nuclear bomb and delete anything by poking it. Our only advantage is that we're agile."

 

Lync felt disheartened.

"I bet there is many in the Inner Zone. How are we ever going to defeat the MCP?"

 

Yiazmat

"There are tons. The only way to beat him is to get Administrator privelages for ourselves."

 

Lync was interested.

"And how do we do that?"

 

Yiazmat

Vahn peered out of the ditch. "There's a long and complicated path to that. I'll tell you later."

 

Lync peered out after him.

"Well, at least you have a plan."

 

Yiazmat

Vahn chuckled. "Yeah. It's always a lot better than nothing."

 

Lync fell silent. Then he smiled again.

"How long do you think we will have to hide here. Do those things search the whole city?" Lync paused. "What do the people of this place do? What happens to them?"

*Caleb walks up looking around as if he was lost.* "hello. I'm Caleb. I just arived here and i'm not sure what's going on."

OOC: No leveling up, as far as I know.

BIC: *Grabs Caleb and pulls him into the trench* "Shh. Stay quiet."

 

Lync looked over at the boy Vahn just pulled in.

"Who are you?"

"He said his name's Caleb. OH! Shh!"

The security program was drawing ever nearer to their location. It got closer... Closer... Then finally went away. Vahn sighed with relief.

 

Lync felt relieved. They didn't find us.

"Caleb, huh?"

 

*He nods.Then whispers.* "What was that? what is going on? I heard this virtual world was a nice place..."

Vahn laughed ironically. "Maybe it used to be, but not anymore. A hacker called the MCP has hijacked the system and taken over everything. If you want out, you have to fight for it." He shifted. "Sorry if that scared you, everyone in cyber world is a little edgy."

 

Lync laughed. "Tell me about it." He looks at Caleb. "Under the circumstances, it's nice to me you. My name is Lync."

"I'm Vahn. Pleasure to meet you."

 

Lync looked around, "Well, we have the introductions over with, what do we do now?" He turned and looked at Vahn.
