No Thanks Custom user field: Default Username

Extended upon the previous "title" method to utilize XenForo's Tooltip class. Now it will show a neat little tooltip above usernames when hovered over. I'm still working on a solution for mobile devices.

EDIT: Resource has been updated with a method of overwriting usernames entirely with the default username field. Rich usernames are unaffected.
