Curse of Science

"Yeah..." she said "Oh hey I hope your girlfriend is gonna be ok." she said turning away.

 

"I can come to you."Kira murmured, watching her sister.

 

'Kira you should stay with your sister I'll come to you. Now where are you,' Nox asked.

 

"A house....Dr. Elizabeth's house." She murmured. "Please be careful. I'll meet you at the door."

 

"Kira where is that," Nox asked, "and why are you so quiet."

 

"I'm not sure, just follow the road out of town." She murmured, looking around.

 

"Alright. Love you," Nox said as he hung up.

 

"Love you too." she murmured, shutting the phone.

 

Nox drove down a few differnt roads.

 

Kira walked over to her sister and started whispering her story.

Alexa listened intently, her eyes unreadable.

 

Nox folowed a road that lead to a house he wasn't sure it was the right one or not. He got out of the car and waited hopeing Kira would show herself.

 

Alexa nodded, then moved the rocks slightly, allowing Kira to get out. "Be safe." she murmured, shifting the rocks back.

Kira stepped out into the storm, her hair blowing every which way. She looked for Nox, hoping he was close.

 

Nox didn't think it was the right house. He drove down the road and saw Kira outside. Nox honked his horn once.

 

Kira ran to the car, stopping when she saw who was inside. "Nox?"

 

"Hey. How are you," Nox asked looking at Kira.

 

Kira smiled slightly. "Okay. Do you want to go in the house....or..." she didn't know what she was going to say.

 

"That would be nice," Nox said getting out of the car, "Lovely weather huh."

 

Kira grinned. "I love it." She led Nox inside, and rapped on the door. Once the door moved, she pulled him into the basement and closed the door.

 

Nox folowed Kira into the basement. He turned her around and kissed her, "I missed you."

 

Kira kissed him back, smiling. "I missed you too." she murmured. "Do you want to meet my sister?"
