Curse of Science

The guns in Nick's cell suddenly shuddered almost in unison, pointing down ward. They fized with extra electricity and appeared to be limp. The warning lights in Nick's cell suddenly turned off, leaving it completely dark.

The door to Nick's cell suddenly opened forcefully. Zoey stood there with a smirk on her face and she clasped her hands together as though brushing them off, making a clinking sound. "Just call me, the door lady." She flashed a grin and giggled a little.

 

OOC: Woow guys.......

BIC: Alexa shook her head stubbornly, keeping her arm behind her back. Dammit dammit dammit! she thought, wondering if she should break a window and make her escape.

 

OOC: I didn't mean it in a bad way XDX

BIC: Alexa shifted nervously, wishing she was wearing longer sleeves. "It's nothing, I promise." Another half truth.

 

"Then... why are you hiding it...?" Elizabeth was now really concerned. "Alexa? May I look at it? I just want to help."

Zoey looked around for a moment. "She's uh... Um....?" She pointed in a random direction. "There?"

"Right here."

Abby suddenly appeared close inside the room. Zoey jumped slightly, not expecting Abby to be in front of her. Abby stood there, looking at Nick for a moment. The argument they had early was still clinging to her. "So... ready to go?"

 

Alexa looked away, thinking. "What if I don't want you to see it?" Window time?

 

Elizabeth sighed out slowly. "Then... I guess you'll be in pain for a while, won't you?" She stood up slowly, looking at Alexa. "Just get some rest... That bump on your head should feel better soon." She walked over to the window, drawing the blinds down so the room was dark. "If you need anything... don't be hesitant to ask, okay?" She walked out of the room, closing the door behind her but leaving it slightly open.

The room that Alexa was in was a little different from the rest of the house. There were posters of puppies, kittens, and even a movie poster for Chronicles of Narnia. Little music boxes were set up on a dresser, sitting ontop of a lace cloth. There was also a little vanity mirror in the corner, with different bottles of perfume, and make up. There were even pictures of people, some of them having Doctor Elizabeth in it, but mostly of another girl. Little ribbons hung around the edge of the room on the wall, as though it was decoration. And there was a small book self with a glass door on it, mostly containing dairies and journals. There were a few Harry Potter and two of the Twilight series books. Stuff animals of all different types were sitting at the foot of Alex'a bed, and there were even some in a net in the corner of the room. A very small doll house sat ontop of the book shelf, and crowns from prom were scattered about in the room. A nightstand held the alarm clock, and a picture of the girl from the other photos, with a guy.

OOC: Weeee! I decided to get creative. 8D8

 

OOC: 8D I'm gonna be on and off until this afternoon.

BIC: Alexa sighed with relief, studying her arm, then leaning back and looking at the ceiling. She vaguely wondered who the room used to belong to, and where they were now.

 

OOC: Saaaame... *planning to go jogging shortly* 8D

BIC:

One of the music boxes in the room slowly opened up with no assistance from anyone. A little balarina started to twirl in time to the music. It was the love song from Titanic...

OOC: Heh, I'm bored.... Yeah for paranormal stuff... sort of. XDX

 

OOC: 8D I wish I had the energy.

BIC: Alexa slowly got up, and gently touched the ballerina, a small smile on her face. Her mom used to play that song...

 

OOC: Go waaaaalking then. XD lol

BIC:

The ballerina was still twirling in time to the song, as though there was no tomorrow in dancing. A locket was tucked to the side of the box. It was made of gold and had a blue saphire in the middle of it.

OOC: lol, I'm trying to give something for your character to do. 8D8

 

OOC: 8D8 I'm just laaaaaazy. Apparently.

BIC: Alexa gently picked out the locket, unconsciously hiding the scars on her right arm. She held it in her palm, studying it.

OC: Ya don't have to XD

 

OOC: That's okaaaaaay. I'm lazy too. 8D And yush, I want to.

BIC:

The locket glimmered at Alexa, as though giving her permission to open it. The ballerina's song was slowly coming to an end. It twirled ever so slowly, almost finished with its song...

OOC: lol, we have stalkers.... Like two guests. XDD HA! They left when I mentioned them XDDD lol!

 

OOC: rotfl otay

BIC: Alexa gently opened the locket, her head whirling from something; either the bump or what she had discovered.

OOC: LOL! They will come back when we are goooone.

 

Inside was a picture of the same girl on the nightstand, with the one she loved, and in her arms was a small baby wrapped in a pink blanket. The mother's and the father's wedding bands were barely visible in the tiny photograph. The baby looked no more then a few days old, with her eyes closed. And the mother looked extremly exhausted, but none the less, she still had a smile on her face. To the side was engraved; "You'll always be in my heart". No other pictures of this small family were anywhere else in the room...

OOC: Ooo! Ooo! I just thought of something! XDDD lol! I message you, Magick! XDD

 

OOC: XDD Me likey this.

BIC: Alexa gently touched the photo, as if she could pull the memories from the photo by simply touching it. The mom looked familiar....but Alexa wasn't good with faces.

 

OOC: XD Lol, we both came up with an idea... sorta. 8D8

BIC:

"Ah! No fair! We fought in here, we can do just fine!" Zoey followed Nick out of the room, folding her arms, and sticking out her bottom lip. "Trust me, it wasn't easy getting in here, and you can't make us leave! The whole point of us coming was to, er... guide you out..."

Abby followed out behind Zoey, silently agreeing with Nick. "What are you planning to do anyways?"

 

OOC: XD lol! Well... as it turns out, Alexa is staying in a room that apparently belonged to Elizabeth's oldest daughter. Alexa just found a locket of the daughter when she was married, with a baby in her arms. That's pretty much it. XD lol

BIC:

Abby just looked at Nick, knowing he probably wasn't going to listen to you. "Look, there's too many of them for us to take on! It was almost heck trying to get to you-" She was interrupted with a sound of metal pulling apart. Her head turned quickly. Flyboys were getting past the metal doors already.

Zoey growled out frustratingly, touching the metal wall with her hand. Her skin took on the texture, and then she charged towards the Flyboys.

Abby looked at Nick. "Stop being stupid and think about it! We need more people to help us then just the three of us!"
