Curse of Science

Nox got into the car and hotwired the thing. Nox put on the gas and drove down the road. He sent out anouther pulse. He turned left.

 

Alexa slowly got off the table. "Thanks again." she said to the doctor.

 

Nox headed strait down the road and loaded his gun. There were two guys and they were both in a car grage. The grage was strait ahead. Nox picked up speed.

 

I would post agian but i don't know where to jump in...

 

OOC: Well....the flock is getting patched up, and Kira is dead, and i have no clue what Nox is doing..........hm.....

 

Alexa came out. "Leaving, huh?" Alexa shook her head. "You guys."

 

OOC: Make an epic enterance. XD

"Like that's going to happen..." Abby mummbled to Nick's comment. She stared at the floor, still not looking at him. She glanced at Alexa, seeing the cast on her arm.

Elizabeth stuck her head out, smiling a little. "Zoey, may I see you for a second?"

Zoey was about to say something to Nick, but was interrupted by the Doc. "S-sure..." She stood up, heading into Elizabeth's office quickly.

 

Abby burried her face in her hands, running her fingers through her hair. "I'm sick of this... Sick of everyone getting hurt all the time, sick of The School always on our tails no matter where we go, sick of all the bad stuff seeming like it's revolving around me..." She let out a shakey side, bitting her lip a little after wards. Why did she suddenly let out most of the things on her mind...?

 

Abby's eyes looked down from Nick's for a brief moment. She slowly looked up at him, blinking tears back. She refused to cry. She had to be the strong one, she had to be. "You're not going to go there all by yourself... are you...?"

 

Abby kept her eyes locked with Nick's, not really saying a word. He was going to go no mater what, but she knew that it was probably going to be dangerous... What ever he was going to do. Of course, Nick likes the exciting life... "You know they have high tech stuff in there... and the lab bigger then you think. Plus, they have other experiments on their side..." She trailed off, and broke eye contact with Nick, twisting her head away from his hand. "You'll just go no matter what, I know... But the promise of coming back in one piece is a little flakey..."

 

Alexa watched, an small smile on her face. "So if he goes by his lonely lonesome self, and leaves us here, what's to stop anything from coming after us then? I mean, if they found us back there, someone is watching us."

 

Abby refused to say anything else to Nick. My words are just waisted air... He doesn't understand as much as I don't understand... She shut her eyes tightly, wishing to be any where else but here in this place.

The door to the Doc's office opened slowly.

Zoey pranced out, immediantly feeling the heavy mood on the group. "Ooo..." This isn't good.

"Alright, we can head to my house now, I don't have anymore patients today..." Elizabeth's smile faded when she saw the small group. "Abby, are you-"

Abby stood up quickly, walking away from the group to the front door. She opened the glass door as soon as she got to the foyer and stormed outside.

 

"Don't you understand! There will always be a School!" Abby clentched both of her fists, looking directly at Nick. "Once you think you destroyed one, there will be another! Where did you think they took me when they captured me?! The same one that we were created in? NO! It was a different place!"

 

Alexa sighed. "Ah the lover's quarrel." She looked up at the ceiling, counting the tiles.
