"Erin, can't you keep up!?" He was a good hundred feet in front of Erin and he stopped, looking back. "I can't save you if you don't go fast."

 

"I'm sorry" he sid trying to keep up...the years in the hospital/lab didn't help his athletic ability

 

Zan started running again and hopped to another roof. "You'll have to tag along with me. So you'll have to learn how to roof hop." He looked at Erin. "Better now than never."

 

"I'm not sure about this...mabby I should just call 4 Zharo..."

 

"Sometimes, Zharo won't be able to get to you. Think about that." He hops onto another roof, then stops and turns around. " Jump this without hands." He points to the gap in between the buildings.

Van walks and hops back. "It's easy." He hops back.

"I learned in the middle of a fight where both of my arms were dislocated and I was bleeding badly. You have a couple of scratches."

"See." He dislocates both arms on his body. "You don't have to learn this trick." He relocates them.

"These guys who want you dead, are a master thief and assassin clan. I used to be part of them, killing and stealing. I killed people and stole these crystals. I was forced to." He looked down. "At first I thought there would be a time when the crystals were all finally stolen. When I heard they had even more to have me steal and kill for...... I ran. They lost track of me, but didn't stop looking. I found you, tried helping you once. Only to the event of you escaping." He looked up. "Then I got you this time. As long as you stick with me, there will be no danger. They want both of us dead. Now that they know that I'm saving you, they'll just kill me some secret way." He sat down and started flexing his arms. "Then kill you for the crystal if you refuse to come and join them."
