~Crossover Cove~

"Zidane, behind you!" Terra shouted, a Dark Piece of Harry was about to attack Zidane from behind, but Hermione appeared and punched it across the face.

 

The air was well below sub-zero temperatures by the time Vexen stepped within visual range of the Heartless mass. "How inefficient. Instead of fighting them one-by-one, why not eliminate them all at once?" He grinned creepily and raised his right arm into the air and called forth a massive ice storm. When it cleared, all the Heartless were encased in ice and ready to be shattered (save for the few that moved into the shadows at the right moment, but they could be easily picked off). "There. That's much better. And if you're still worried, don't be. They'll never melt."

Yoshimitsu stayed slumped in a corner, doing what little he can about his injuries.

 

Lockon, Lyle, and Setsuna carefully aimed their guns and shot at the Heartless, shattering them into many pieces. Lockon sighed and looked at Vexen, the Haros jumped up and down, expressing thanks to Vexen. Lyle shivered and said, "I suppose we should thank you, so...... Thank you, whoever you are!" "Yes, thank you for freezing them so we could defeat them more easily." Setsuna said, still being so calm.

 

Vexen quickly brushed away the thanks. "Yes, yes, you're welcome. Now, could you tell me exactly what's been going on here? By the time I was here there was a city in ruins and the apparent leader of this vessel speaks little of the details. Something about an empire and saving the planet?"

 

Sora's head pounded with the information Nixio gave him.

"Use me?"

"Puppet?"

"Take over?"

Sora fell to his knees in pain.

"No! It can't be true!"

"Oh but it is kiddo. Honestly I don't know how you haven't caught on by now! The secret meetings, keeping you out of the room, the death count I might add!"

"AHHHHHHH!!!"

Sora then transformed into Kefka Form.

"Marluxia! Is it true?"

 

The three pilots looked at each other, Lockon said, "We don't know a lot about what's going on. The host of this ship offered to help us defeat the Empire as they saw we were having trouble with the Imperial Fleet. Sorry, pal."

 

Marluxia had failed to eliminate the replica fast enough, and was now paying the price. It was a last ditch effort to keep the wielder under his control, and the last chance they had. "Oh course it's not true! You're helping me of your own accord, you can walk whenever you please. And it's your choice not to. Does that sound like a puppet to you?" Marluxia said convincingly. The tone of his voice was honeyed and coercing, All the more powerful in an attempt to win Sora over.

Jail nodded to Dr. Eggman as he flew off in his Eggmobile, before he did as requested and activated a video screen -- for now attached to the Eggmobile itself.
"Appologies if the positioning is inconvenient for you." he said to the doctor. "Although the technology behind the screens allows you to move them by touch. Drag it somewhere else if it is."
"For the record; I agree with your plan. It would be best to divide our force among the three ships. More firepower, and each of us will have enough of a crew to fend off boarders if necessary. Once you have your Death Egg, give me the co-ordinates, and I will send in drones to interface with it's systems to make this easier. I will do the same for both ships, which should increase our operational efficiency drastically while fighting as a flotilla. Dr. Doom, if would would select your crew, I'll have them join you when ready. Same for you, Dr. Eggman."

Dr. Scaglietti seemed to be highly enjoying himself, having two other doctors to plan alongside. He found it deeply satisfying to combine their tactics together, even despite the obvious threat that the Empire posed.
He tapped a virtual console to one side of him, which instantly sent Enforcer Lanster and Commander Shepard to their destination, before he continued on with their rest of his co-ordination.

The pair of investigators, Teana and Shepard, found themselves within a pitch black room, very little visible at any distance beyond arms length.
As they both activated flashlights of whatever kind, they found that the room they were in was the control room of what appeared to be a very old vessel, as well as a very huge one.
"I've never seen anything like this." Teana said quietly, examining some of the consoles around them. "It's high-tech, but everything looks... ancient. Abandoned, maybe."

"And you as well." Thel said, shaking Siegfried's hand. "All of you."

Levi nodded, grinning and activating the Braver form of Vulnificus before diving towards the Dark Pieces that seemed to be doing very badly in their fight. In a single huge swing they were taken out by the electric blue edge of her weapon, which she then propped up on her shoulder. Seeing the people before her, she waved at them, smiling broadly.
"Heeey~!" she said to them happily.

OOC: I have no idea who it is Levi just saved. Hopefully HoL does. >.<

The Unbreakable Dark opened her eyes once more, witnessing several massive Imperial ships heading towards her, obviously with the intent to find her and take her out as soon as possible.
"I see. But it's still useless." she said to herself, her wings unwrapping from around her waist and spreading out in a massive span, at least the width of a Star Destroyer itself.
"Currently at 9% power. I'm sorry, but you will be destroyed..."
At once, crimson spears of magical energy flung themselves from the wings at the oncoming destroyers, with an incredible firing rate, and seemingly unlimited ammo. The shields may have been able to hold out for a while, but the Empire's forces were massively outgunned without support like this.

Onboard the Star Destroyer fleet that was surrounding U-D, who had no reappeared over the waters, the commanders were all in a frezied panic over the onslaught firing at them. "The defector shields are giving out! We can't hold on much longer!" The leading ship's commander screamed as the shields were obliterated after a few moments and the haul was ripped to shreds by the firepower, within a minute the ship could no longer operate and plummeted into the sea.
Overhead one of the Super Star Destroyers broke through the atmosphere and joined the ships already damaged by U-D. In the control room of the Death Star GLaDOS watched as her fleet was being dismantled, "Oh, you are kidding me. Where is this child getting that kind of firepower?" She set the deflector shields on the Star Destroyers to max, but if the firing continued they wouldn't last long.
"That's quite enough." GLaDOS activated the weapons system on the Super Star Destroyer and aimed at U-D, firing every available turret, missile, and otherwise flammable object at the girl. Much to no avail as she kept up the battery. "I hate this girl so much. I think I'll figure out why the Malevolence hasn't been responding." After a few moments an explosion occurred aboard the Malevolence, "There, I had a chat with the Malevolence's mainframe. Let's just say he won't be - well, living anymore. Now I can operate that ship and fire it's ion cannon on this abomination." The Maleconce got within range outside the atmosphere and charged it's weapon, a debilitating ion cannon.
"Fire."
The gigantic burst of energy exploded off the ship and down into the atmosphere, vaporizing anything that got within it and it's path to U-D.

Ciel allowed Nixio's blade to hit him square on the head, but he didn't flinch at all as blood began to drip down his forehead. "Make it hurt. Remind me of what pain feels like if you can." His eyes locked with Nixio and illuminated bright red. Taking the opportunity of the moments Ciel jabbed his sword into Nixio, keeping their eyes locked. "You can't feel sorrow, nor happiness. But can you feel death?"

Eggman moved the screen to the side with his hand as he flew outside Earth's atmosphere. "I need anyone who has space-ready equipment, so Tony Stark, Lockon Stratos, Lyle Dylandy, and Setsuna F. Seiei." Eggman requested. "Also, I need you to tell Sonic that he needs to give the Chaos Emeralds to one of those four. I need them to ready the Time Eater for battle." Eggman added. "He probably will be hesitant, but tell him it's imperative to the success of our plan."
After a few minutes, Eggman reached the Death Egg. He immediately sent it's coordinates to Jail as requested.

After ruling out the ones Dr. Eggman had described, Dr. Doom had made his choices. "Albert Wesker, the Blue Hedgehog, and the clown. I also have another comrade waiting for me elsewhere." Doom said before activating his communication device to speak with his Doombots. "Any Doombot, respond immediately."
"You called, sir?"
"Pull the fortress up next to Jail's warship. We have new men in our army."
"Right away, sir." The Doombot did just that, moving the Flying Fortress from it's current position to Doom's specified location. A section of the fortress on the side opened up, revealing a room for them to step into. "Right this way, gentleman."

In a series of events I don't have time to type out, X and Zero finally entered Jail's ship. The end.

Fate landed before the three behind Levi, not bothering with hellos. "Have you seen more of those dark imitations around this city?"

Ryu waved to Levi before nodding to Fate's question. "I have come into conflict with quite a few of them recently. They're quite a formidable force." He explained. "Are you looking to eliminate them? If so, I will assist in any way I can." Ryu said.

~Back to Fate~

"For now, just keep an eye out for them." Fate said, looking around. "Oh, my name is Fate, by the way, Fate Testarossa."

"Nice to meet you, Fate. My name is Ryu."

 

"You have a point..."

Sora lowered his keyblade.

"Roxas, are you sure he's the enemy here? I've seen the future, and I think Marluxia may be the key to preventing it!"

 

OOC: If you were paying attention, Nixio's been stabbed now. Just though I'd give it a mention.

Nixio gasped, and fell back off the blade... but he still stood. Roxas was about to respond when Nixio - with what strength he had left - walked over to Sora. "Sora... Marluxia is the key to that future. I... may not have seen it, but the Shadow's have, that is my attribute as a Nobody - Shadow -. Now..." He puts his hands on Sora's head. "Let us... awaken memories forgotten. Shadow's of the mind! Disperse!"
In a flash, it seemed that Nixio cleared the 'shadow's of the mind', and awakened all his forgotten memories. Sora would now remember Castle Oblivion, his time there, what Namine did to him and his friends, why he went to sleep. Everything. After the process was complete, Nixio fell over and closed his eyes... but he was still alive. Why? Because I don't plan on killing him off, that's why.
However... something also awakened in Roxas. He remembered day seven.

"You gotta figure, everything starts someplace. The closest thing for me was when I was just seven days old, and I met her."
He was in bed, but he got up and went to the Grey Area. Upon arriving Larxene was... well... Larxene.
Eww, you're awake?
He then went over to the other side of the Grey Area.
Hey Roxas, welcome to the programe.
As they say.
That was Xigbar, how could he not remember this day? How could've he forgotten?

That was Axel, he could remember now...

Ah I remember now. We were supposed to convene in the Round Room today. Blegh, meetings...
He finally said something.

Yup. Apparently the boss man's got some big news. Wanna head over there now?

Alrighty then Follow me. They arrived at the Round Room... Where Nothing Gathers.
Good tidings, friends. Today is a momentous day. I am pleased to announce that a new comrade has been chosen to wear the coat.
She entered, with her hood up so you could only see her mouth.

She looks up and smiles at him. He gasps.
"After seven days of clinging to a number and a name, I had trouble processing anything else. I couldn't have told you who the people in the black coats were, or what they wanted with me."

The flashback fades, but the memory remains.
Then Roxas reaches to his left pocket, and pulls out Oblivion.
He reaches to his right...
... and pulls out Two Become One. Twirling them closer together until they clash, he then jumps over to Nixio. "C'mon, Sora. Let's teach these guys not to mess with Keyblade Wielders." He then charges at Ciel, throwing Two Become One ahead of him and lunging with Oblivion.

"Hmph." Ciel raised his sword and defected the keyblade into the wall, his small demeanor not holding a candle to the power he posses as a demon. He crossed blades with Roxas and held them in a lock, "Trying to strike down a chid? Where is your heart?" He shoved Roxas back out of the sword lock and smirked, "Oh that's right. Sorry if I touched a nerve, much like the many I sliced when I stabbed your friend over there. Hope he's alright." He brought his sword up and pointed at Roxas, "So anyways you've ruined my master's plan to use Sora, or so you think. The truth is it doesn't matter what he knows, seeing as I found your little girlfriend upstairs. I bet she'll do anything to make sure nothing happens to you." Ciel began slashing his blade at Roxas, whether or not he got a hit didn't matter, messing with the nobody's head was the plan now.

 

Obi-Wan struggled to get free from the claws grasp but failed. "This isn't looking good for us!" Qui-Gon gave up hope after hearing Obi-Wans comment. "It was an honor being your master,Obi-Wan" Obi-wan gave a slight glance to Qui-Gon and then noticed the force was not their to free them this time. "As it was an honor to be your apprentice" Han was squirming around violently trying to get free. "This isn't over yet! LOGAN DOWN HERE!" Qui & Obi looked up to see a member of the X-Men drop down and destroy the clwas in a single blow from his own claws. "Good to see you again Han, wish it was on better terms though." All four ran out of the Destroyer and got about three yards away before it blew to pieces. They all flew and landed with a few scrathes and scars but no fatalities. "Who needs the force when you have a mutant by your side haha" All four got up and began looking for Grevious but he was nowhere to be found.

 

"My wh--" then it occur's to him. "...Namine?" He blocks the attack's and then, summoning his other Keyblade back, entered a lock with Ciel. "What have you done with Namine!?!?" He yelled. Coming out of the lock, he then just started hitting the sword continuosly until it flew out of Ciel's hand. He then uses Two Become One to swipe at his head and Oblivion to pierce his heart... if that works or not... well, I have no idea. Nixio was still unconsious.

Xion was about to join the others when she got a headache... when it passed, it occured to her why she had gotten it.
"Sora..." She then turns to Fang. "We've got to get to Castle Oblivion. Now." Vanitas, standing next to her, swipes at a Dark Piece of Sebastian. "Better than fighting this battle. I'm in."

Cloud woke up, and then looked around, his vision blurry. "Zidane? Terra!?"

 

When she heard Xion, Hermione turned to them and said, "Snow and I are going with you. We've been in the castle basement before." "It's gonna be interesting seeing the upper floors," Snow said, Fang sighed and said, "I'm coming along with you all."

 

Xion nodded and opened a Corridor of Darkness to Castle Oblivion.

The Corridor opened and Vanitas was the first out. "Wow, now that's a mess."

Shephard looked around, it was pretty amazing. "Perhaps it was made by a race like the Protheans. A long extinct highly advanced race." Shephard suggested.


OOC: Short post is short. Oh and DT... please don't make Deadpool hit me with a virtual stick.

 

EIji too nodded to teh group agreeing in their choice of reretreat as he kicked another Dark Piece away (Still on BraWaKani Combo). "Then let's go! But we should bring Ichigo-san and whoever else he has with him!" He said to them.

Ichigo sneezed and rubebd his nose, someone mentioned him and he was retreating with Inuyasha. "ANy brighter ideas?" he aske d ichigo and Ichigo looked at him. "Anything else that sword of yours can do?" he asked and Inuyasha grinned.

"Tetsusiga's got plently of fight left, if my Wind Scar and Backlash Wave can't do it, I'll send them to hell!" he said and his tetsusaiga pulsated for a moment before becoming pitch black with white edges and he brought Tetsusiga up. "Meidou Zangestuha!" he cried out and swung it, serveal blades of dark energy flyign at various Dark piece but then when it made contact, they opened up to show a small agalaxy inside and tore apart the Dark pieces unfortnate enough as Ichigo placed a hand on his face as red energy coated it and he yanked his hand away, wearing a white mask with red outlines but hsi irises were yellow hile his eyebalsl were pitch black as he gave a distorted yell, risign up tenza Zangestu and swung it, a huge Getsuga erupted from it.

Grimmjow through the power of plot, managed to board Eggman's Ship, though he had to admit, seeing that ugly face decorating it question his sanity.

Maki used teh VM to tansport himself to a place he desired and found himself surprised, meeting perhaps a old man who wore the most peculiar outfit he ever seen, perhaps he was royalty? But Maki was no fool, he could sense dormant power behidn this old man, those with great age have great power or wisdom, whenever that came from and the old man seemed intrigued by his new company.

"I have come to seek a alliance with the most worthy choices, my 'device' has brought me to you, perhaps it is fate or perhaps desire? I sense we are under threat by something more dangerous than we all could comprehend in our existences and so we must seek alliances with those we can, I am Kiyoto Maki, a Homunculi or as we call ourselves, Greeed, I can sense you aren't a ordinary human." he said to the man

Zidane gave a grin. "Glad you could wake up from your nap Cloud!"

 

Hermione nodded and entered the Corridor of Darkness with Snow, Harry noticed and with Ron, he ran to Ichigo and Inuyasha, he shouted, "Ichigo, Inuyasha, Hermione and the others are retreating somewhere! We should follow them!" Harry took Ron back to the Corridor and ingored the familiar feeling from Ichigo, Inuyasha, Eiji, and Ankh. chaos and Ankh had already the Corridor and came out in the castle with Fang, Hermione and Snow. Harry and Ron appeared in the castle with Kyo, Illya and Kisa.

Terra looked at Cloud and smiled, "Are you alright, Cloud?"

OOC: Harry's familiar feeling toward Ichigo, Inuyasha, Eiji, and Ankh is reference to the fact I played his eleven year self in the Ultimate Crossover and it was guessed that when that ended, the adventure wouldn't be remembered, so Harry feels like he had met them in a dream.

 

Ichigo dimissed his mask as Inuyasha was suprrisied the kid knew his name and so the two males followed Harry through the Corridor.
