~Crossover Cove~

Ashe turned back and walked with the others. Fine. We'll stick to the plan. Lead the way Mordred. She said as she smiled. She knew that Mordin could see there was something going on.

Charade just looked at the others with his one eye then turn to see the newcomers. ie scanned their brainwaves as well but still deemed Shepard's gun to be the strongest. It opened fire on the heroes, all the while making otherworldly noises and the one eye pulsating.

 

The Zangetsu's swing severed its connection to Hermione's soul, but didn't actually do anything to the demon. It jumped back and laughed as it morphed into Xigbar, plunging its two arrowguns into spacial rifts.

"Heads up."

Multiple rifts circled the group protecting Hermione and fired out of random ones in short bursts. Then Doppelganger teleported in the middle of the group, changed into Lexaeus, and concentrated its energy into itself before releasing it in a massive, yet harmless blast wave to raise its power level to 10,100 and send everyone flying. The dark purple, smoke-like aura that covered the demon grew in intensity and size in proportion to its power level.

"Come and get me."

Like in its battle with Fang earlier, darkness seeped from the demon and covered the battlefield to create one gigantic shadow.

 

-Dream World-

Vanille smiled at Kairi. "I also believe that someone is coming to save us. I just know it." Belle smiled, touching her chest as she believed that Beast was coming to save her. Putting away her binding rod, Vanille sat with the other princesses and sighed. "Do you think it's Fang?" Belle said, smiling. Vanille shrugged her shoulders, she also thought it might be Snow, being the hero he was or that boy, Noel, maybe even Serah.

-Mountains-

Edge tossed one last shuriken at Jafar, letting the attacks of the others hurt him more effectively. Aqua used her magic on the Abomination and slashed at it with some of her magic.
Rydia joined in by casting her magic on it as well.

-Doppelganger-

Harry kept a eye for Doppelganger as did Ron. The girl knelt beside Hermione and looked around, worried. Draco didn't looked all that scared, Ankh looked around concerned while Tommy was on the alert.

 

Marvelous gave a smirk under his helmet and brought out a Ranger Key and he inserted it into the Mobirates. "Gokai Change!" He called out as the Mobirates poke out.

"MAGIRANGER!"

GokaiRed was now a different Super Sentai altogether as he pointed his sword up in the sky. "Prominece Flare!" he called out, he shot upa flare in the sky and it shot brightly, banishing the shadows and l;eavign Doppelganger with nothign as Decade charged foward at Doppelganger now.

"Chew on this!" he called out, sliding in a card into the belt as he ran forward ATTACK RIDE: SLASH! The Decadriver called out as Decade slashed him with ample force but then he moved out fo the way as ichigo released a Getsuga tenshou right at Doppelganger.

Lust recoiled back after the repulsor blast left a gapping hole in her stomache, "Ouch..that hurt me on the inside and out. I really thought for a moment we had a connection going." Her wound began to electrify with red sparks, "Aw well, I do hate over-confident men." Just as it was about to completely heal she lunged forward and drew her ultimate spear fingers, slicing across Tony's body.

On the outside deck of the Halberd, Thor had risen to his feet meeting Loki's smirk with his angry gaze. Loki laughed coyly at his brothers remarks, "That's good, I was hoping we could skip the rhetoric and just get down to the part where you die." The floor between Thor and Loki tore apart as Wrath leapt unto the deck, both swords drawn. He brought them down on Thor's hammer, "Greetings, God of Thunder." He forced his swords forward and jumped back beside Loki.
"Brother, I'd like you to meet my Wrath." He pointed his scepter forward and shot a blast of energy at the ground in front of Thor, launching him back. Smoke filled the space between the two for a moment, then Wrath sliced through the cover and began jabbing at Thor.

~Below Deck~​

Hawkeye and Green Lantern were holding their ground for the moment, the Meta Knights decided to fall back once it was apparent they couldn't gain foothold against them.
"Looks like they're falling back, we can rest for the moment. Stay sharp."
Hal nodded, but felt uneasy, like they were being watched. "Something isn't right Hawk."
"Feeling a disturbance in the force?"
"Yes. You. But I get the feeling we're being watched-"
In moment a sharp object was around Hal's throat, closer inspection from Hawkeye defined it to be a batarang.
"You've got the anticipation down, maybe work on the reaction time."

Spoiler

Hal sank to the floor as Batman released him, "Hey Bats, how'd you get in here?"
"I uh..how did I get in here?" He pulled down an obligatory chart from the ceiling, picturing the Halberd, the last location Batman was in, and the ground.
"By all accounts it doesn't make sense."
"Aw well, it's good to see you. All backup is welomce."

Maleficent emerged from the portal, everyone discussing who this supposed 8th princess might be. "Enough meaningless discussion." She bashed her scepter onto the ground, an apparent habit of the powerful villains in this Arc. "Listen, I studied the lock inside the portal. It's different, yet similar to the one that locked this portal. I've concluded that the princess we seek is not of purest heart, but a princess of darkness."
"Darkness?"
"Darkness."
"DARKNESS?!"
"Yes, Darkness.."
Scar got the all of the villains to start chanting Darkness in a mocking Ansem tone. Maleficent sighed and took a seat on her thrown, "I haven't the faintest who or where this 8th princess is, but for some reason I feel like she'll be delivered to us soon enough. Some might call it fate, destiny."
"Plotmodding."
"Probably."

 

Doppelganger's appearance shattered in the light, leaving it as a naked Lexaeus. It covered its eyes from the brightness, howling and writhing in pain, stunning it and leaving it open for attack.

Thankfully, Vexen giving it a body of liquid darkness made it much more resilient to light. After only a couple seconds, Doppelganger recovered. The demon jumped high into the air, barely evading the Getsuga Tenshou but not from Decade's slash, and slammed its fist into the ground, creating a massive geyser of darkness to erupt underneath itself and everyone near it. The geyser allowed it to reform its defenses and snuff out the launched flare, returning the battlefield back into darkness.

"Well done. Now let's see if you can do that indefinitely."

Changing into Fang, it cast a Hell Ruin at everyone starting with Marvelous. It was essentially a slightly stronger form of the normal Ruin spell, but blood red and can poison, silence, stop, and, in extremely rare cases, instantly kill the target.

 

Mordred nodded, and they continued on there original course... however, he got the sense that something odd was about to happen.
And he was right...

MUSICAL NUMBER TIME!!!

It seemed that they had defeated Jafar... but then he reappeared. Completely ignoring Sora's sad attempts to question him, he clapped his hands and music started playing...

He did a little dance before finally starting...

"I must admit, you're parlour tricks are amusing!"

Zidane attempted the move he'd done previously, only for Jafar to shoot him with his staff. Tina/Terra who tried some magic on him, but found she couldn't cast any.

"I bet you've got a bunny under your hat!"

He lifted a hat off her head and a giant bunny landed on her. Edge charged at him.

"Now here's your chance to get the best of me! Hope your hand is hot!"

Edge suddenly found himself as a card in a deck held by Jafar.

"C'mon, Edge! Let's see what you've got!"

He threw the cards away and Edge came out of it and landed face-first into the ground.
Rydia then tried some of her Thundara magic on him, but it seemed to bounce right off.

"You try to slam me with your hardest stuff, but your double wammy isn't up to snuff."

He grabbed her chin and threw her through a mist of red clouds.

"I'll set the record straight, you're simply out of date, you're only second rate!"

When she came out of the clouds, she'd aged by alot, but she quickly went back to her original age. Zidane tried to strike him again.

"You think your cats a meanie, but you're tigers tame!"

He made a flaming hoop that Zidane went through... and turned into a cat. Tina turned him back, but then she found herself on a giant stool with a schoolboard infront of her.

"You've got alot to learn, about the Magic game!"

The stool turned upside down and she fell into a giant version of his hand, along with the rest of the hero's.

"So for your education, I'll reiterate! You're only second raaaaaate! Hero's cower, at the power, in my pinky!"

They scuffled away and found themselves back-to-front with a giant thumb.

"My thumb is number one on every list!"

The thumb suddenly turned into Genie Jafar.

"But if you're not convinced that I'm invincible, put me to the test!"

They suddenly found themselves in graves duck out by his fingers.

"I'd love to lay this rivalry to reeest!"

They got out of the graves, and they each performed there strongest moves on him.

"Go ahead and zap me with the big suprise! Use Reverse Gaia, cut me down to size!"

Which is what Zidane did... or tried to do, at least. A giant cake suddenly appeared and Jafar burst out of it.

"I'll make a great escape, it's just a piece of cake! You're only second rate!"

Trap door's opened beneath them and they fell onto some stairs.

"You know you're hocus-pocus, isn't tough enough! And you're Blitz Ace dosn't measure up!"

The stair's started moving towards Genie Jafar sitting on a giant throne, the steps burning when they hit it, therefore, they run in the opposite direction.

"Let me pontificate, upon your sorry state, you're only second rate!"

He zapped them down the stairs. They were faced with a giant domino of Jafar.

"Zaba-caba-dabra!"

They ran in the other direction, only to be faced with an image of Yeul... except when she turns around, it turns into Caius with Jafar's face.

"Caius gonna grab ya!"

They start running again, with Jafar behind them.

"Alakazam-da-mus! And this things bigger than all of us!"

He zapped them, which sent them in different directions. Edge ran between a whole load of Jafar's.

"So spare me your tremendous scare, you look horrendus in your underwear!"

Hands pulled down Edge's underwear. All the others suddenly found themselves as mannequin pieces.

"And I can hardly wait, to discombobulate!"

They were thrown back together as full people and put in shipping crates.

"I'll send ya back and packing in a shipping crate!"

The crate's exploded and they all found themselves on a plate on a stick.

"You'll make a better living with a spinning plate!"

They all dropped off it as he spun it and found themselves in an orb.

"YOU'RE ONLY SECOND RAAAAAAAAAATE!!!"

It was official, they were trapped in Jafar's orb... of course, however, Jafar had ignored Shepard and Sora. Shepard shot the orb and it cracked open, and the hero's fell out.

 

Charade watched as it's eye pulsated this amusing scene. It tried to imitate Jafar's staff but could not. It walked up behind Shepard and Sora, speaking in an otherworldly tone. The gun now changed back to Soul Edge and it stood before the two ready to fight. It had to continue with its mission. Reunite with Soul Edge. It did not feel Soul Edge's power within the heroes or Jafar. It walked by and struck each of them with Soul Edge. It then turned around and watched them with it's pulsating eye.

 

Edge glared at Jafar, Rydia and Tina had the most pissed looks that no man would come across. Chanting together, they cast their most powerful spells on Jafar while Edge performed the Frost Ninjutsu and sent a powerful Ice spell to Jafar, with a mix of Blitz Ninjutsu.

-Castle-

Ivan was interested in the fact the eighth princess was a princess of darkness. Pumyra remained on her guard duty over Vanille and wasn't that interested in the princess. She thought back to how the Thundercats were doing, but she shook and tried to left that part of her behind.

-Doppelganger-

Harry was given the Silence as was Draco, Ron was hit with stop and Ankh was given Poison. Michal gasped as he was given Silence by the Hell Ruin, Harry smirked and mouthed "Nice try, you freak. Luckily, I don't need magic to change spheres." Quickly using a Echo Herb on himself, Harry changed into White Mage and cast Esuna on the others. Then he changed into Samurai and reserved his blade to attack Doppelganger. Ron looked at him, amazed. Ankh just thought that the dressphere was basing the appearance on Ichigo's old look.

Black Mage sat on a chair, staring through the screen. " StardustXtreme would like to apologize to adding a gay joke in this post and acting homophobic and actually respects all views even we already have Abridged Characters, hence said link to use was background music is from Yu-Gi-Oh! Abridged but since people say he's being not cool with this, why not ask the Abridged Characters to stop using gay jokes in their series huh? YugI Moto calls clowns gay., So think about that, now back to your wonderful world of Crossover Cove."

~Battle~

Marvelous saw teh attack coming and managed to deflect the attack, splitting it as he let losoe another Promicnece Flare inside teh dark space to give the other a chance to attack.

 

To try and make sure that they were able to sneak in quietly, Edge took two person with him at a time as he used the Smoke Ninjutsu to get into the castle. He first took Tidus and Zidane, then Tina and Vaan, Yuna and Garnet, Aqua and Rydia, Serah and Noel, then Fang and Ventus, assuming that the others would follow them into the castle. Fang immediately began to look for the villains to find Vanille. Pumyra kept on guard, bringing out her crossbow.

-Battle-

With Marvelous using the Prominence Flare, Harry and Ron ran to the Doppelganger, slashing it viciously with their weapons. Michal held Hermione's unconscious body close to him as he, Ginny, and the girl shielded their eyes from the bright light. Ankh slashed at Doppelganger.

 

~Teridax~

Teridax proceded to quickly fire several fast orbs of light energy aimed at the Doppleganger shortly before he began to channel his light element into his warhammer and ran at it in prepreation to swing it hard.

~The Darkness~

"Oh yes" The Darkness said almost forgetting it as he pulled out the gun and walked over giving it to Knives as he added "I almost forgot I had that"

~Vert~

"Actually for once those three can wait. If I left now there wouldn't be anyone to defend you from these mechanical monsters" Vert explained as she could hear Blanc's foul mouth yell before she added "See they're fine"

 

Marty gave a smile then agreed. "Well, thanks for wanting to stay by my side out here. It will be better company anyway." He said as he placed an arm around Vert's shoulder.

 

~Vert~

Vert closed her eyes and smiled feeling an odd and unknown feeling in her chest before she started to hum to the song "The Power of Love" although she didn't know the lyrics to it.

 

"Hey, I-I know that song." Marty said as he gave a smile. "If you want I can teach you the lyrics." He was hoping this were going well as he really did not want to fight.

 

Doppelganger quickly changed into Dante and threw a ball of dark energy at the flare in mid-flight, completely swallowing it in a blast before it could fully light. The demon suddenly turned into Hermione just as Harry and Ron ran to it to attack, showing everyone that that copy was complete, and pulled a wand out of its wrist before pointing it at Harry.

"Crucio."

It quickly moved the curse on to Ron, Ankh, Teridax, and finally kept it still on Marvelous, all as punishment for wasted effort.

"Oh, how I've always wanted to use this but never could...until now. Wouldn't you think a demon would know about such curses, if any of you are asking? In Hell, news about this stuff spreads fast."

The darkness covering the ground receded back into Doppelganger. It soon stopped the curse and plunged the wand back into its wrist.

"I've already claimed my prize. Perhaps not a soul, but a good enough replacement anyway. What about all of you? Have you acquired your prize yet? Or are you letting others down by being here instead of over there where you should be?"

Doppelganger melted away in an instant and moved on elsewhere.

 

~Vert~

Vert stopped humming and turned her head as she replied "Oh? what would be nice to learn. Also I like your sunglasses for they seem to make you look like you're from the 80s"

~Teridax~

"Shoot! That thing got away, GRAHHHHH!" Teridax yelled in anger as he slammed his hammer and stopped his foot in frustration

 

Marty blushed. "Y-You know, Doc told me not to do this but I actually am from the 80s." He said as he scratched the back of his head. "The Hover board on the other hand is not. I'll teach you the words. I promise I will. Just give me time."

 

~Vert~

"Sure, I'll give you time to teach me. Besides it's not like what your Doc friend told you not to do was bad right? But yeah your attire reminded me about how my sister Blanc kept blabbering on about how the 80s was a great era to her or something...I finally understand why now" Vert explained in a calm tone of sorts

 

"Well, let's just say that Doc told me if anything were to happen in the past, if we are in the past, that I could change the future in a bad way. But as long as you are fine with it we don't need to worry." Marty said in a calm tone as he pulled Vert in closer to him. "You sure you want to head back to the battle? I mean, there is not much I can do."
