Caim sat in his chair scowling. He has been like this the whole time after learning their was some magical God things keeping people from dying in the tournament. Naturally his dragon pact partner has heard no end to his angry ranting.

Great, just fucking great... Caim said through their mental link. Dragon, I ask you: how am I suppose to meet my weekly kill quota if the tournament, which I join so I could kill people, won't let people die? It's goddamn confusing!

Augus heard his students boast and grinned. Crossing his arms Augus approached him from behind. Augus laughed loudly to grab his attention

"Are you now, Asura?" he said. "Well then, I hope you don't disappoint!"

 

"Well," Angelus began. "I'm a bit skeptical about that myself. I mean they say the injuries are still sustained, they just don't die from it. Yet how is one to survive being completely incinerated and reduced to a pile of ash? So, to your sadistic pleasure, it's possible there are exceptions." She explained to her pact partner out loud rather than through their mental link like Caim.

 

Now Marvelous was impressed at the vertsile weaponary of Gilgamesh before he took note of Tommy's predicament of receiving Gilgamesh's Ultimate Illusion and charged in and just as soon the attacks connected and no sight of the two Sentai Warriors was nowhere to be seen, a voice had called out. "MAGIRANGER!" It said before instead of Gokai Red standing in front of Tommy, a new Red Armoured figure stood with his shield raised and sword somehow sheathed inside it, it seemed Marvelous used a different Ranger Key to transform from Gokai Red to this form and use the Shield to deflect the blow.

"You're not the only one who can transform!" He said before the shield glowed and opened up, revealing an eyepiece as a ball of flame erupted form it straight at Gilgamesh before withdrawing the sword and charged at him, blocking a Excalibur's swipe and the sword ignited into flames. "Raging Storm Slash, Hah!" he said as the burning sword connected with Gilagmesh's body, dealing damage before Marvelous quickly sheathed the sword back in the shield and dismissed it, being barehanded again before holding the Mobirates phone again and pulled out another Ranger Key, this time, being black and of a familar design to one other fighter.

"Gokai Change!" Marvelous called out before inserting the Key and turning it as a new coat of energy overtook the armoured form. "ABARERANGER!" as now, two Black Rangers stood and perhaps to everyone, they were both exactly the same as he too, pulled out the same staff Tommy used and switching the dial to a Wind symbol and stabbed the staff into the ground. "Great Tornado, strike now!" He called out as a Tornado erutped underneath Gilgamesh.

Tsukasa was surprised, It seemed Marvelous had plenty of tricks up his sleeve with those Keys, now he knew he had to compare it to the Kamen Ride cards, it was used in a different fashion but the basics remained the same, Marvelous had the power to use other Powers than his main Ranger form while he used cards to transform into Previous Riders.

Ichigo was amazed by the quick thinking Marvelous had taken to protect Tommy from a almost certainly damaging attack but now, everyone would proabbaly have a hard time to know the two Black Rangers apart since they both were exactly the same in suit except for their voices, but they kept quiet about that, Gilgamesh would be probabaly confused to find the original.

Zidane had to ask. "Just who is that guy?" he said as he watched the fight.

Eiji too was surprised and impressied, he honestly had no words at this point.

nuyasha just said. "Feh, so what, he just changed his clothes!" He said impulsively.

Noel was surprised, Gilgamesh had imeediately discarded his broadsword for eight weapons like last time, except of course, these weren't firearms but Marvelous seemed to be on the offensive and now, done a surprise move, he had become the Black Suited form of his comrade

 

"Thanks for the save, Marvelous. Now lets beat this guy." Tommy said, now that Marvelous was in the same suit as him, they could confuse him and defeat him. Smiling underneath his helmet, Tommy looked at Marvelous and knew what to do.

Akiza was speechless, she couldn't tell who was who from the presenter's box and though she was glad that Tommy was saved from Gilgamesh, she couldn't believe Marvelous changed into the same suit as him. Akiza sighed and commented, "Well, this is certainly a surprise, now there are two Black Rangers on the field. I wonder if Gilgamesh will differentiate the two and still try to win the match. This will be interesting."

Harry, Ron, and Ginny were also surprised at the action of Marvelous, and Harry smiled. Hermione was surprised and smiled, "Looks like Gilgamesh won't be able to tell who is who from the two Black Rangers on the field." "He will be able to tell who is who, he just needs to listen for their voices, duh, Granger." Draco said, still not impressed, Harry smiled and said, "Not exactly, the suits they're wearing are exactly the same, so even if he did listen for their voices, he still won't be able to tell the difference."

Ankh was a bit surprised but not a lot that impressed with Marvelous' action, while Hina was in complete surprise. She almost thought that Tommy was done for good, but she never expected Marvelous jump in like that. She smiled, and continued to watch the match. Michal was in awe at Marvelous and couldn't believe his power to change his form when it was needed. Now he really wished that he had the courage he needed to fight.

Vivi looked surprise and couldn't believe that Marvelous managed to save Tommy. Yuna smiled and watched, interested, Marvelous' Ranger Keys almost reminded her of the Dressphere and Garment Grid. He could change into a different Ranger form when the situation called for it like how she and Harry changed dressphere depending on the situation, it seemed. Terra just watched in awe and impressed by the actions of Tommy and Marvelous.

"Come now, Inuyasha. He saved his comrade from a certain fate, you should be a little cheerful of that." Miroku said, smiling as he was impressed with the match so far. Kagome watched in amazement and smiled.

Serah was amazed as she watched the match, Snow smiled, he said, "Now that's a true hero." Smiling, Serah nodded at her 'hero', Fang was very impressed at the match and hoped that Team Final Fantasy would face them in a future match.

Nero looked at Dante and simply nodded, watching the match. He smiled, impressed with Tommy and Marvelous' teamwork and now that they could confuse Gilgamesh to be able to win the match.

"Are you guys stupid?" Gilgamesh stopped to ask, tilting his head. He didn't lower his guard even slightly as he spoke, having learned since last time.
"Why would I need to tell you apart when I'm going to beat you both down anyway? But if you're going to pull a trick like that, maybe you'd care to see mine?"
As the tornado erupted from underneath his feet, he raised into the air, apparently carried by the wind but... completely unharmed by it somehow.
And then it become obvious. The reason he was taking no damage was because the wind wasn't hitting him, but the greatsword from before, which was now underneath his feet. When had he fetched it back from the crowd?
"Here I go! Everything I own in a single attack!" he cried, as the area around them all began to shimmer, as the tips of blades slowly revealed themselves in the ground below.
Axel suddenly leaned forward, watching with intense interest.
"No way! Did he hide all those weapons in the ground before his match began?" he yelled, not understanding what Gilgamesh was really doing. "That's crazy prepared!"
"Energies of the Rift! Rising Razor Storm!"
As implied by the name of the attack, the many weapons scattered throughout the arena suddenly rose into the air all at once, with a speed that bordered on impossibility, before they each stopped in the air about two meters off of the ground, and all aimed towards the two rangers.
"Converging Cutlass!"
The name gave away this attacks intent too; the blades quickly flew towards the pair, their purpose obviously to impale the Sentai and Ranger duo from all directions. In a real battle, such an attack would be a certain kill. In the arena, it would just hurt a hell of a lot - if they struck.

 

"You better do your best to keep up." he said before noting the omnidirectional swords converging upon them and moved his staff in fluid motions, deflecting a few of the swords with perhaps a very expertise eye, the ones that came for him anyway and Marvelous reached out a hand and what did he do? Oh nothing apart of grasping ahold of the huge Naginata and was actually wielding it with no problem and gave a smile under his helmet, he was was very strong for his size, because he wasn't a earthling, he could throw darts wearing weights that are exceptionally heavy even for a strong man of Earth.

"Have this back!" and Marvelous lunged the Naginata straight at his former owner with all of hsi might, the speed of the weapon becomign exceptionally fast before turned the dial of the staff he wielded to Earth and stabbed the ground. "Earthquake, strike now!" he said as the floor opene dup immediately under Gilgamesh's feet and closed at his midriff, holding him in place as The Naginata was soaring right at Gilgamesh's head which would be really painful if he didn't have a counter offensive.

 

Looking in surprise at the strength Marvelous used to deflect the weapons, Tommy looked at the Naginata heading for Gilgamesh's head and wondered if that was a bit too much. Putting away his staff, Tommy looked at Marvelous, then looked back at Gilgamesh as he wondered to do. In the presenter's box, because she had covered her eyes, Akiza didn't see what was going to happen.

Michal also covered his eyes from the event, Ankh sighed and looked with interest at Tommy.

Gilgamesh gave an audible effort as the Naginata flew towards his head, being stopped at the last second by one of his pairs of arms, with which he had pinned the blade between his palms at the last second.
He sighed deeply, dropping the staff, before clambering out of the hole by seemingly punching his way out using his many pairs of hands, before picking up the nearest eight weapons to him.
"Think that'll stop me? Think again!" he yelled, running towards them and leaping high up, blades all raised, before falling back down towards them with intense speed, intent on smacking them both to the ground in one hit, but focusing mostly on who he suspected was Marvelous, as he seemed the more dangerous.

 

Tommy somersaulted backward when Gilgamesh went after him, he brought the Brachio Staff back out and aimed at Gilgamesh. Focusing all his energy on him, he shot the energy orb again at the multiple armed man and knew why he went after him. Smiling underneath his helmet, Tommy chose to keep quiet and let Gilgamesh guess who was who. Uncovering her eyes, Akiza sighed and continued her commentary on the match.

 

Marvelous gave a smirk under his helmet, the strategy of confusion was helping immensely here and he raised his own staff and turned the Dial to a Fire Symbol and stabbed the ground, conjuring a inferno straight at Gilgamesh who was unfortnately smacked with the energy orb Tommy had conjured up.

Noel spoken. "Its working faster than I imagined, between those being quiet, Gilgamesh will have a hard time figuring out whose more dangerous of the two." Noel commented to his team-mates.

Ichigo watched the battle with interest now, it was now hard to figure which Black Ranger/Sentai Warrior was who and to Gilgamesh's obivous embarassment, he had no clue either!

Zidane had to admit something. "How sneaky of them, they're using this tot heir advantage already, wa sthsi already planned or...did Marvelous just make it up on the spot?" He asked aloud, whichever it was, no-one would know but ti was being pretty damn effective, lasting longer than the Thundercats against Death, at least everyone could enjoy a decent fight.

Inuyasha had to admit, he was a bit impressed and he knew how he could beat them, but Gilgamesh didn't have a keen sense of smell so that'll just be alot harder.

Tsukasa was amused to say the least, he didn't close his eyes at all, if Giilgamesh could handle those weapons with ease, he could probaly catch them. "interesting, how will this play out?"

 

Watching, Serah said, "Sure enough, I'm just wondering how long both of them can keep the trick going? One of them might speak." "I'm sure they can keep quiet long enough to keep the big guy confused enough to finish the match." Fang said, Snow nodded and watched the match with interest, he smiled, "Lets see how it works out." Vanille kept watching, interested.

Draco still wasn't impressed and said, "One of them has to talk at this point, that way he will know who is who for sure." "Not quite. I think the plan is keep quiet long enough to keep Gilgamesh confused for the rest of the match and defeat him using that tactic." Harry said, Hermione and Ron nodded, Hermione said, "It's working well enough that I don't even know who is who." Draco groaned and looked at the match, Ginny was in surprise and watched in awe.

Miroku smiled and nodded, continuing to watch the match in interest. Kagome was going the same and smiled, wondering what Inuyasha and Miroku's match would like when it happened.

"This match is getting amazing! I think this is what Marvelous had planned all along!" Vivi said, watching in awe and surprise. Yuna nodded and smiled, "It's almost like Marvelous is expecting Gilgamesh to go after Tommy and have him a surprise attack to defeat him." "And it seems Tommy understands the plan and is just going along with the plan." Terra said, watching intently.

Ankh admitted he was quite impressed with the match so far, Michal had a look of big surprise and he continued to watch the match, studying the movement of the Black Ranger and Sentai Warrior, Hina smiled and enjoyed the surprising twist to the battle.

Gilgamesh was quickly getting angry at this. He didn't need to know who was who to beat the crap out of them, but the pair of them were constantly using guerilla tactics and dodging out of the way of practically anything he did.
"Enough of this foolish evading!" he yelled, stamping his foot. "Fight with honour or don't fight at all! If all you do is dodge, then I'll take away your ability to dodge, and force you to fight! I demand that the tournament give us a better stage!"
"Gilgamesh has requested for the stage to be changed?" Axel questioned. "I'm not sure if I'm allowed to do it or not, but I'm taking his request and changing the stage, so let's see what the lucky dip gives us!"
A roulette appeared on the screen, rotating rapidly before stopping three times on a certain symbol, which was quickly changed to an image of what the new stage would be.
Instantly, the area around the three began to change, warping to the point of making it unrecognisable, before it warped again into the new arena.
Gilgamesh looked around at the new surroundings, nodding with satisfaction.
"This will do, this will do! Now we shall have a true Clash on the Big Bridge! Come, let us duel, Power Rangers!"

 

'You want a real fight? Then you got one, big guy.' Tommy thought to himself, he ran to Gilgamesh and jumped up, sending a kick to his exposed face. Jumping backward, he landed and gripped the Brachio Staff in his hands. He waited to see what Marvelous did with Gilgamesh and how he adapted to the new settings, but chose to keep quiet to keep Gilgamesh confuse for the match.

 

Marvelous noted the arena changing to suit Gilgamesh's desires before twirling the Brachio Staff in his hand "Guess we got no choice, but just because he took away our ability to dodge, it does mean he can't either, plus the gorge seems relatively deep enough, though I doubt he'd be so kind as to fall off." Marvelous thought before speaking. "Power Rangers? Sorry, I'm just a pirate." he said before letting go of the staff in midair and brought out the Mobirates and a Ranger Key

"Looks like a change of plans is needed, Gokai Change!" he called out as the Mobirates called out the anme of the team this Ranger was from "GEKIRANGER!" as the AbareBlack now changed into GekiRed

"Let's go, Gekiwaza: Gun-Gun Bullet!" he called out and moved in a martial arts like style and thrust hsi palms out forward as a projection of a Tiger-like mecha coated in red energy charged at Gilgamesh across the bridge, little did he know however, when Gilgamesh's eyes were focused on him, Tommy was free to attack as he had to deal with the strange beast but Marvelous had left a litle extra weapon behind for Tommy before he changed forms.

 

Letting Marvelous handle Gilgamesh for the moment, Tommy went after what was left by Marvelous before his change. It was the Brachio Staff that he handled when he was in the Black Ranger form. Aiming both staffs at Gilgamesh, Tommy focused and shot a energy orb from both staffs. Tommy only wished that he could change his Ranger form like Marvelous did, so he could try out the other morphers and focused on the battle.

Gilgamesh threw his weapons and grabbed ahold of the shot fired at him by Marvelous, hurling it straight upwards before running straight towards the shooter and grabbing ahold of him with all eight arms at once, creating a near-unbreakable grip on the red Sentai, which he quickly used to block the shots that the Power Ranger had fired at him.
"Oh this is ridiculous!" he yelled, throwing Gekired at the Black Ranger. "You guys just aren't any fun to fight at all! Cheap tricks, ranged attacks. It hardly even feels like I'm fighting!"
He was obviously growing bored. If this kept up he would likely just throw the match and go find a real opponent to fight somewhere else, since this tournament was growing tiresome already for him.

 

"We have to finish this somehow," Tommy whispered to Marvelous, helping him to his feet. "But what can we do? With his many arms, he'll manage to block every one of our attacks. We have to think of something." Tommy wondered if Marvelous had Ranger keys that could help them with a plan to defeat Gilgamesh.

 

Marvelous was thrown at Tommy and regained his footing as he heard Gilgamesh's complaints. "Pirates fight dirty...but hearing you complain annoys me." He said as GekiRed 's transformation reverted to GokaiRed before he brought out the Gokai Sabre back his right hand respectively, in truth, he didn't want this guy just throw the match cause things weren't going the way he imagined it.

"If you want a close-quarters fight, how about using two weapons at once, one for me and one for this guy." He said, indicating his head towards Tommy. "That is of course, if you can handle that much or is the 'mighty' Gilgamesh someone who can't take a challenge?" He asked him.

 

Tommy looked at Marvelous, a surprised look on his face underneath his helmet. He looked at Gilgamesh and said, "He's right. Is the 'mighty' Gilgamesh too afraid to use only two weapons at once or not?" He gripped the two staffs and pointed one at Gilgamesh, he said, "Come on, Gilgamesh, show us what you really can do, unless you're too scared to fight us."
