Looking up at the announcer's box, Panthro shouted, "We forfeit the match! Alright?!" In the stands, Harry was calming down WilyKit and smiled, wondering if they could forfeit the match, though it was a good idea, as it had appeared they didn't have a chance at all against Death. Now he and his team knew how tough Death was and sighed. Hermione sighed, Michal calmed down and smiled.

 

Katniss quickly chewed up some herbs and put them on LiOn-O's cuts. These will help, my mother taught me. We need to get him to a hospital.

Cheetara looked away from Tygra. She was more concerned with Lion-O who looked as if he may give in. Stay with us LionO... she said.

 

Death returned to his normal form and walked over to the wall he imbeded the blade. Pulling it out he walk to the exit of the arena.

Hey, Dragon, you see that ****? Caim said through their mental link. What sort of person calls himself "death" and doesn't kill people? Makes no sense!

Augus laughed to himself, it seems like this tournament may have some worthwhile battles after all. Augus laughed and turned his attention to the other screen where the battle in the second arena was happening.

 

Harry went with WilyKit after Panthro left the arena with Pumyra. Pumyra looked around and found the medical clinic, watching Lion-O getting laid on a separate bed, she began to work on healing him, using her medical knowledge. Harry, WilyKit, and WilyKat entered and hoped that Lion-O was alright as Panthro began to repair his arm.

 

that was awful... I can't believe it... Cheetara said. She was scared that even though Pumyra and Tygra's companion Katniss seemed capable of healing him.
So where did you learn about medicine? Katniss asked Pumyra. The humanoid cat seemed incredibly capable of healing someon. Her skills could probably rival Prim's even.

The Arbiter of Time stepped forward from his chamber onto a small balcony that overlooked the battle arena, ready to address the whole crowd.
"Team Thunder Wilds has withdrawn from the battlefield." he announced loud enough for all to hear. "Death and Gig are victorious. They shall face Team Slaughterism in the next round, when they are called."

"You heard the host, folks. It looks like the two Masters of Death have triumphed after all. Now here's Eva Pilot Shinji Ikari for the review."
The screen instantly switched over to show a young boy, most likely in his early teens, sat behind a desk. He blushed gently as he realised he was up, and he honestly wasn't sure of that much to say.
"Um... I think both teams did pretty good, and-" he began, when a second voice suddenly filled the stadium.
"SHINJI!"
A much older man tripped over as he made his way into the room where the boy was, before climbing to his feet and running to his boy's side.
"D-dad?!" Shinji said, in minor disbelief. "What are you-"
"That's not how a man makes a review!" Gendo cried out, slamming a hand down hard on his son's desk. "This is how a man does a review!"
He grabbed the microphone for himself, stood back up to full height, and looked straight into the camera with a confident smile as he began.
"Thanks Axel. As you saw, both teams were giving it their all back there, but nine lives or no, we can all see where the Thunder Wilds went wrong. Taking on Death directly is something that nobody has ever been able to do successfully; the correct approach would have been to stay at a distance and use Lion-O's formidible strength primarily for defence. Getting ahold of the Onyx Blade may have enabled them to turn the whole thing around if they'd attempted that approach, but this time it looks like brute force won the day for the Horseman of Apocalypse. Back over to you, Axel."
"Where the heck did you learn how to do that?" Shinji asked him, not realising that they were still on-screen.
"The trick is, Shinji, to believe in yourself and what you're saying. And if you can't believe in yourself, then believe in me. Believe in the father that believes in you."

The screen switched focus back to Axel, who greeted the audience with a grin.
"Thank you Commander Ikari. While the second match still rages on, we'll go straight ahead and introduce what would be the third match of the day after a very short break. We'll see you again soon after these messages."
The screens shut off, before switching to what was apparently an advertisement... for 'Sardine Juice'.

"Before our kingdom fell, I was a healer there. I learned everything I knew from my family, but then Thundera fell and I was sold as a slave to fight in the Pit." Pumyra said, without even looking up at Katniss at all. She simply continued to heal Lion-O's wounds and finished. Harry was surprised at her calmness, before the kingdom of Thundera fell, she must have seen some deaths.

Serah stood up and stretched, sighing. Mog flew to Hermione and asked her questions about the match. Ron wondered who was up next.

 

I see... You must have learned a lot. I've never seen anyone except my sister work so smoothly at healing someone.

Suddenly, Lion-O came to. He shook his head. Did we win? he asked. Deep down, he had an idea that they hadn't even come close.

 

The silence in the room would be enough to tell Lion-O that they didn't win at all. Harry walked up to Lion-O with the Wilys and Snarf on his arm, he said, "It was too tough a match that Panthro forfeit after you fell unconscious. You're a good fighter, but don't go doing something like that and making these little ones worry their tails off." He patted WilyKit's head with his free hand, then patted WilyKat on the head. Snarf hopped on the bed and snuggled up against his master, Pumyra said, "You need to rest. Lay back down."

 

Dalek Sec and the Supreme Dalek entered the battlefield.

"ELEVATE."
"ELEVATE."

Sec only hovered a few feet off the ground while the Supreme went up so high that it was only a few feet from the ceiling. "WE ONLY NEED ONE DALEK TO DESTROY YOU. YOUR ONLY SUPERIOR TRAIT IS THAT YOU ARE BETTER AT DYING."

Up above, the Supreme was preparing itself. It looked down on everyone and pointed its gunstick down at the center of the field. "MANADRIVE CHARGING AT ONE PERCENT."

"How quick. Now what's...? Oh." Omega sounded disappointed. Daleks? He figured this fight would end even quicker.

~The Beach~​

Kazuya took Jin's blow to the gut with full force, sending him onto his back.
He quickly recovered, only to intercept a message in an earpiece he may or may not have been wearing the entire time.
"Kazuya, report back here now. We've located and moved our objective back to 'home base'."
A cocky grin came over Kazuya's face.
"On my way."
Kazuya turned to his son.
"Unfortunately, our little bout must come to an end, Jin. Don't worry, I'll be sure to find you again." Kazuya said before flying off (Still in his Devil form), ignoring the two newcomers.

~The Coliseum~​

Phoenix's Lawyer instincts began to kick in.
"Alright, I'll do it!"
Phoenix walked up to Axel, seeing as he was the one making the announcements.
"Hold it right there!" Phoenix shouted, pointing at Axel.
"You are to disqualify the...Uh..."
Doctor Nine just so happen to stroll by.
"Daleks."
"Right, you are to disqualify the Daleks from this tournament immediately! They're apparently a threat to everyone's safety!"
Meanwhile, the Doctor followed his tenth incarnation.
"Doctor Ten, what do you propose we do? We're without weapons!"

Dante laughed a little at his Brother's request for help.
"So the mighty Vergil needs a hand from his little bro? I'm flattered."
Dante thought for a moment then sighed.
"Fine. Might as well have someone I know can put up a fight on my team, even though that 'someone' got his ass handed to him by me."

Just outside, Shadow the Hedgehog had finally reached the Coliseum.
"So this was what that echoing voice was talking about."
Shadow examined the place. He could sense a familiar power source inside.
"Looks like he's here."
Shadow ran inside an elevator, now disregarding his newly-found allies. He'd return to them as soon as he figured out what was inside.
When the elevator reached the top, Shadow walked into a large lobby.
He first sight was that of Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Amy...talking to Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Amy.
"...Again?"
Sonic noticed Shadow's entrance and walked over to him.
"Well, took you long enough, Shadow."
"Huh? What're you...?"
"You're name's listed on the participants list, along with...Hold on..."
Sonic ran over to the participants list, read it, and came back.
"...Sayaka Miki, Jotaro Kujo and Ethan Goldman."
Shadow was about to ask how, until he saw Ethan and Jotaro on the other side of the room.
They'd apparently gotten there first and signed the four of them up.
Shadow sighed.
"Looks like you're gonna be fighting. But why's your team called 'Blue Tarzan'?"
"No clue."

~Snowy Hill~​

Naruto got Lee up to speed on the situation.
"So...Everyone we know is...Gone?"
Naruto nodded.
"Then we must avenge them! Our burning spirits will drive us to victory!"
"I don't think it's gonna work that way. We can't even see the sky."
Lee looked up to see that Naruto was right. There were black clouds blocking the sky.
"That is an unfortunate setback, but we will prevail!"
"If the explanations are over, we should get moving to that large tower that appeared earlier. There are bound to be people there."
Everyone controlled by ÃeađρooᏝ agreed, and followed as Ryu began to make his way there.
He stopped by Nagisa.
"I don't believe I learned your name. What do you go by?"
Before an answer could be given, the bus pulled up.
"...Should we board it?"

~Undisclosed Location~​

Bowser sat atop a stone throne in a dark room.
He was approached by his son, Bowser Jr., who had found information on creatures called "The Weeping Angels".
"So they move when nobody's looking at them...This could be useful."
Bowser stood up.
"Come on, Junior. We're gonna find us some Angels." Bowser said as he exited the dark room he sat in.

 

Well, I suppose while Mr. Wright talks to Axel, we could at least give Link some advice. he said. He knew that the Daleks wouldn't hesitate to kill if they got irritated.

Link looked at the Daleks, waiting for their move. You do know it's against the rules to kill the opponents right? You won't win if you do. he had packed fairies for everyone of his friends, but he wanted to see the Daleks' reactions.

We could have won if he hadn't gotten a cheap shot on me... Lion-O said. Next time he won't be so lucky. he hated how this kid lectured him. He avoided an argument so as not to get the Wilys upset.

"Alright people, sorry to have kept you waiting but the third match has been decided!" Axel announced, ignoring the fact that the Daleks were now flying and threatening to actually kill, until he was OBJECTION!'d by Phoenix.
"Disqualify them...? Oh, the killing thing. No sweat, the tower has a field that prevents any kind of death from happening within it. The resident godmod set it up for us." he answered.
"Anything that would be fatal just renders the injured unconcious. Wounds still look bad, and can get to the point where they would kill, but so long as you're in the tower, they won't die. Satisfied? Good. Moving on then..."
Axel cleared his throat, before grabbing the mic again and announcing the next match loudly.
"The next match will be Ranger Gokai vs Gilgamesh! Can I have both teams to the stage please?"

Vergil's expression remained as stern as ever, refusing to budge even as Dante lauded himself above him.
"I see that arrogance is still your strong point." he noted, as their team roster automatically updated to include him. "You may recall that if it hadn't been for the awakening of your demon blood, I would have killed you long before that. Life rarely gives second chances; don't waste yours by underestimating others."
He began to walk towards the training room that was also a part of this floor.
"If you need me, I will be preparing. For our match, and for the future. I won't lose to you a second time, Dante."

Round about that moment, an incredibly tall man, weilding a pair of hotdogs, heard his name called up unexpectedly.
"Oh, ish time for my roung awedeh?" he said with a mouthful of delicious meat, which was promptly swallowed. "Great! It's time to show them a real match!"
He began to walk towards the stadium, with the hotdog vendor getting rather angry, but unable to do anything about, the fact that the man in red had walked off forgetting to pay for the food.

~~Snowy Hill/Bus stop~~

Nagisa stopped and thought for a moment as Ryu asked her name, but quickly figured there was no harm in telling him the truth.
"My name is Nagisa." she told him and the others, following them. "I'm a Duman. The other voice you may have heard before is Wynarl, the spirit of an Ancient. He currently exists within me."
At that moment was when the bus arrived, apparently startling the others.
"It seems like it would be the fastest route there." she answered, not really giving an opinion either way.

Iskander raised his eye at the announcement and glanced over at the golden king and let out a hearty laugh "your a sneaky dog King of Heroes. I thought you said you didn't sign up" Iskander said with a grin but immediately stopped and raised an eyebrow at Gilgamesh upon noticing Gilgamesh's reaction

"b******, who dares steal my name" Gilgamesh said. Eyes narrowed, Gilgamesh stared up at the monitor with great displeasure. His hand that held his glass was shaking in rage

 

Hearing the announcement, Tommy smiled and looked at Marvelous, he said, "Looks like it's time for our match, Marvelous. Wish us luck, Akiza." Akiza smiled and nodded, as she watched Tommy and Marvelous head for the arena. The silver bracelet and the black gem changed, unnoticed, into a morpher shaped like a brachio head. Akiza went around to see where she could act as commentator for the match.

Harry sighed at Lion-O, he knelt at the Wilys and said, "Make sure he stays here and gets all healed up." "We sure will! And we'll make sure to watch your match and cheer you real loudly as well." WilyKat said, smiling a big grin, WilyKit nodded, "We'll make sure he doesn't get lonely." Nodding, Harry stood up and left, WilyKit sat on the edge of the bed and played her flute, singing the lullaby that the Wilys mother used to hum to them.

 

​Moka smiled. "That'd be great, sure."

"Aha, so he's a gambler, is he?" Spider-Man let out a soft laugh. "Perfect seats? Wowzas! Lead me to them."

​Tsukune was taken back from the sudden cushion to his head. But quickly, he regained his senses, and naturally, his nose was gushing blood. "UWAAAH! KURUMU-CHAN?!!?"Hearing the unexpected cry from Tsukune, (O) Moka swiftly turned her head right around like an owl. In a hurry, she left Squall's side, absent-mindedly. "Tsukune-kun!? You're bleeding?" The pink-haired girl looked up to be greeted by Kurumu, who also threatened to steal Tsukune away. "No way! Tsukune is mine!" The two Yokai Academy monsters started fighting like something that resembled this.

As the battles raged on in the tower, Lust and Selim had taken a walk around the quieter part of the facility, keeping a watchful eye on the countless number of screens if their team name was called. "So what's the plan short stuff."
"For you to shut your trap." The boy's eyes changed from the innocent look he usually had to a piercing gaze into Lust's. "Someone didn't get their bedtime story last night."
"You're only making things more difficult. This tournament is of no help either, I can't stand ideally by, once it starts I'll show every person in that arena who is stronger."
"And that's bad? I'd think you'd take great pride in such a foreseen trouncing." The boy rubbed his forehead and leaned against the wall, "We need to get the girl, not worry about showing up a bunch of morons. You know what will happen if Maleficent gets her hands on her, we have to be ready at any moment."
"We don't even know who she is. We just suppose to kill all the girls what look innocent?"
"No, although it's not a terrible alternative. We wait until Maleficent finds her, then we kill her. That's why we're here, because she's here to find her. If the 7th princess of heart is killed it'll be years before she can forward her plans, that will give father plenty of time to enact his."
"I realize that, but outsmarting that witch will be no easy task. Getting some practice time in the arena will only make us sharper, once she's got her eyes set on the target it'll take everything we've got to kill the girl.."

That girl. The 7th Princess of Heart. A maiden with a heart of pure light. Although she didn't know it, nor how important she was to the balance of light and darkness. Some wanted her, some wanted her dead, regardless they all wish to know her identity. For once it is known, there will be no turning back.

"We'll know who she is soon enough, I just hope this tournament is enjoyable enough in the meantime." Scar gazed down at the battles taking place and up at the screen. "Indeed, so far they've been alright, but we need more." It was then that the vulter burst into Scar's box, asking to join the villain's super secret nefarious band. "How the hell did you get in here?" Scar kept himself from falling out of his chair, surprised at the sudden appearance.
"I assume the door you left unlocked."
"I assume the door-bite me, that's securities job. So...bird, you want to get into our group? How tough are you- wait wrong entrance test."
"Enough, I'll handle this. You think you can waltz into my box-"
"My box-" Scar was zapped across the room by Maleficent's scepter.
"-And join my league? This is no game, I'm trying to open the door to darkness, the heart of all worlds. To blanket all of existence in my darkness. Many a villain as allied with the heartless and myself, I don't see it in you. A killer maybe, but not someone with the spirit to rule over everything." She rose from her thrown and looked the bird in the eyes, "Be gone, if you think you'll be of some use enter the box next door with the others. You're playing with real darkness now, be weary of it's grasp on your heart."
Scar dusted himself off and took a seat with Maleficent again. "....my box..."

 

No need to be rude. I was just offering my services. But if you don't want the intelligence I gathers on the maiden the. I best be going. he turned his back to fly off.

Lion -O stayed sitting up. He didn't want to rest. He wanted to watch and make sure no one suffered a defeat that bad.

"Okay, both teams appear to be ready now, so let's get things started!" Axel announced, as the entrants for the their match prepared themselves.
"Over on this side, we have, hailing from the Void itself, the legendary collector of weapons, the red giant himself, the mighty... Gilgamesh!"

The tall, muscular figure entered the arena with a dynamic roll that took him into center stage, where he tossed several weapons in the air with two hands, before catching them in... he apparently grew three extra pairs of arms, just so that he could catch all eight of the weapons, each of them looking very different to the others.
"Come, challengers!" he roared, slamming all eight swords into the ground blade-first, where they promptly remained upright. "I'll take every one of you on at once! I'll show you the power of the rift!"

"Oh, Akiza." Axel noticed the girl looking for somewhere she could comment from. "Come on up into the presenter's box, it's got the best view and microphone, so you'll be free to comment to your heart's content!"

 

Marvelous's eyes widened before getting off his seat as he and Tommy headed as he ahd a corner like mouth smirk as he pulled out his Mobirates as he heard Gilgamesh's declaration and he looked at Tommy. "We shouldn't disappoint him then..." He said before bringing out a Red Key and the bottom half went upwards revealing the plastic key as he slotted into the keyhole of his Mobirates "Gokai Change!"

(SKip to 0:50:53) As the transformation sequence took place as the Mobirates called out the Ranger Key. "GOKAIGER!" and in Mavelous's place was Gokai Red as a theme played somewhere.

"Gokai Red!" He said before crossing his arms, standing beside Tommy.

Ichigo stared at the battle, Gilgamesh certainly had alot of weapons and his size was...quite a bit to considered, how those two will manage that many swords at once, he didn't know, but then again, Ichigo did do the impossible by deflecting all of Byakuya's Senbonzakura petals which were as sharp as a blade itself.

Noel regcongized that guy anywhere, He and Serah faced off against him when he used those guns but his aim did totally suck, but it seems Gilgamesh stuck to his close quarters combat, He had to admit, that guy was a tough customer.

Zidane too regcongized the familar arms, he met athief with six arms and was said to be the best thief in all of Gaia... until he came and beaten him in finding all the treasures.

Inuyasha gave a small annoyed look. "Heh, that guy thinks more swords can actually help him." he said.

Eiji looked to the match, he couldn't help but compare Marvelous and soon to be Tommmy's transformations to be simialr to that of the Kamen Riders, even Tsukasa was thinking among those lines but then again the latter did team up with the Shinkengers once.
