~Crossover Cove~

Death look towards the Onyx Blade which was impeded in the floor in front of him. Taking the blade in hand he pulled from the ground and raised it into the air and examined it.

"Ah, yes. You're that one soul reaper I met back in the Third Kingdom." Death said, he lowered the blade and began making his way to his entrence. "A pity I cannot recall your name."

Just before reaching the opening of the entrence music started to flare from the arena's speakers as some sort of intro. Stopping he looked to a nearby speaker.

Backing up Death called Despair to appear, once the phantom steed appeared he mounted it. Slowly the horse made its way into the arena, its glowing pale green eyes trained on the enemy. Death looked around the arena looking meeting the eyes of any who looked in his direction. Apon reaching the center of the arena he jumped from the back of his horse and landed with his left hand on the ground and the Onyx Blade in his right.

The song had ended, Despair reared itself and turned away from the arena and ran towards a wall and disappeared in a ball of ghastly pale green mist. Death straighten himself, staring at his opponents, his expression hard to determine due to his otherwise emotionless mask which gave off the feeling of malice.

 

Lion-O equipped the Claw Shield and pulled out the Sword of Omens. He charged in and said the ThunderCat Battle cry:

Cheetara drew her staff and ran forward, ready to strike. She ran around in a quick cricle hopin to Catch Death in a Tornado. Go Panthro! she called out

 

Panthro smiled and jumped up, his nunchucks tight in hand. He tried to hit Death with his nunchucks, Pumyra aimed carefully and fired a small seed from her crossbow. Watching the match, WilyKat looked excited and began to comment the movement and strategy of his team against their opponent like a commentator, which Axel would hear. From the stands, WilyKit and Snarf watched the match intently.

 

Lion-O rapidly slashed Death with The Sword of Omens. He held ou his arm, ready to defend with the Claw Shield at any moments notice. Hopefully they could keep him at bay long enough for Cheetara and Pumyra to take him down.

On the other side, Link prepared to show the Supreme Dalek what he was made of. We Got this guys. he said.

The Doctor saw this unfold. Oh no! Doctor Nine, Edward, come with me we need to stop this match before the Daleks kill Link. he immediately sprinted to Links fight in classic Doctor Who fashion.

 

Panthro and Pumyra knew that had to more their opponent than meets the eye due to their separate experiences in the Pit, reloading her crossbow, Pumyra fired another seed at Death. Panthro came up from behind and hit him with his nunchucks. In the announcer's box, WilyKat continued acting as commentator for the match, stopping for a moment because he spoke too much. Meanwhile, in the stands, WilyKit and Snarf watched the match, Harry watched intently.

 

Death stood still, letting his opponents hit him with their attacks. He did this to judge how strong they were in comparison to Angels or Demons, or even his siblings and himself. The horsemen sighed and slowly lifted the Onyx Blade to block Lion-O's swing. Meeting Lion-O's gaze Death lifted his leg and did a forward kick towards the Thundercat but collided with Lion-O's shield, but the sheer strength behind the kick was enough to launch Lion-O flying backwards.

Turning around Death backhanded Panthro with his free hand, then Death reached behind his back and pulled out his gun. Taking aim at Pumyra, Death opened fired.

 

Cheetara used her amazing speed to rush in front of Pumyra and twirl her staff fast enought to block all the bullets. If Lion-O didn't hurry she would certainly miss one and get hit.

Lion_O quickly regained consciousness and hurried over to help Cheetara by using the claw shield as cover

 

In the stands, WilyKit and Snarf both hid their faces from the fight, coincidentally revealing one eye to watch curiously. Quickly reloading, Pumyra got out from behind Cheetara and Lion-O, then shot multiple seeds at Death. Panthro groaned and ran to Death, attempting to fight him with his hands. From the announcer's box, WilyKat watched in surprise, his tail wagging every now and then.

 

Death continued firing even after his attacks were blocked by the shield and began walking towards them. As he got closer his grip around the Onyx Blade tightened. However Panthro began attacking again, Death quickly turned to him and began his attack, by swinging the Onyx Blade downward towards him.

Gilgamesh and Iskander sat by a nearby table. In the kings hands were glasses of wine for them to enjoy as they both gazed up at the screen before them "so it had finally begun" Gilgamesh said calmly as he rested his cheek on his fist and stared up at both matches with a smirk

"Excellent that Grim guy is quite the opponent" Iskander said taking a big gulp from his wine glass

"hmph and I presume this only moves to excite you" Gilgamesh said

"Of course! the stronger the opponent the more satisfying the victory afterwards" Iskander said with a big grin

"how confident you are, King of Conquerors" Gilgamesh said turning his attention to the next screen "...........so they allow mere trash cans to partake in such a competition?" Gilgamesh muttered as he stared up at the Daleks

 

Lion-O could only hope Panthro was safe. ShieldiNg his face, he took the slight hesitation as a chance to attack. He ran forward an thruster the Sword of Omens in to Death's mid riff.

Cheetara also ran forward, attempting to trip Death with her staff.

 

Death stop the blade mid swing, he turn his attention to the sword that was now imbeded in his side. His gaze swifted back and forth from the Sword of Omens and to Lion-O. He lowered the Onyx Blade and turned his body to look at Lion-O.

"Really?" Death said all the while Cheetara tried to trip him. Death sighed in annoyance. The next thing that happen was Death's fist planeted firmly into Lion-O's face, again launching him backwards. His hand then grabbed Cheetara by the leg and flung her towards her other teammates.

Turning away from them he marched over to the oppisite wall and with one thrust imbeded the Onyx Blade into it. Death turned around and marched back into the center of the arena.

"You all have become an annoyance." with these words a purple cloud began to surround Death and it started rising into the air. And with a single swing the cloud was fanned away, revealing a figure that towered over the Thundercats. Two skeletal wings spread open, its hood covered its face - if it even had one - and was holding a massive scythe.

Death had become his Reaper form.

 

The Onyx Blade cut some of Panthro's left mechanical arm and he jumped back. In the stands, Draco thought that Panthro was out because of his injury, Harry knew that he had one good arm left and watched Death change. Watching Death change form, Panthro whispered, "Oh, sweet Thundera......." WilyKit held onto Harry as she looked at the Reaper form of Death. Closing her crossbow, Pumyra brought out her claws and growled slightly.

 

That punched had been too much for Lion-O. He collapsed on the ground as soon as that punch hit his face.

Cheetara landed gracefully. She saw the reaper form. Oh my goodness... she knew they couldn't take much More. Panthro had lost an arm and Lion-O was down for the count.

 

Pumyra growled and ran to Death, jumping up and attempting to slash at him with her claws. In the stands, Harry facepalmed while WilyKit still held onto him, scared. WilyKat sighed as his tail dropped, he watched the rest of the match in sadness. Panthro groaned at Pumyra's action, he knew as well as she did that they didn't stand a chance at all.

 

Marvelous wtached the match and spoke. "They certainly aren't giving up, but even then, there is a limit to how much guts you got." he said.

ichigo watched Death move, he couldn't help but feel, he was somewhat...simialr to a SHinigami but didn't say anything.

Noel watched teh fight with Serah and the others. "They better surrender now before something terrible happens, it's obivous who holds the advantage here."

 

Cheetara looked at Panthro and asked if they should forfeit. She saw Wilykit, scared in the stands. If they kept this up, they would more likely than not die in battle. They still had a job to do and they couldn't risk dying.

A muscle throbbed in Tygra's jaw. His little brother was down. If Cheetara died...

 

Death's head turned towards Pumyra, the eyes of the skulls on the scythe blade glowed green in color. The scythe rose into the air above his head.

"Resistance is futile." he said, his voice like lead slabs falling on a marble floor. Then with great force, the scythe plunged downward.

 

Though he wasn't as fast as Cheetara, Panthro ran to Pumyra and jumped, grabbing her and landed on the ground with her in his only workable arm. "We forfeit the match!" He shouted. Pumyra looked at him in shock, but sighed, understanding his reason. This match reminded her more of the Pit than ever, she lowered her face and remained where she was.

Hearing that, WilyKit sighed and let go of Harry. Harry patted her head. Serah sighed and leaned back, letting go of Mog, who took a few breathes due to the fact Serah was holding him so tightly as the intense air raised in the match. In the accouncer's box, WilyKat dropped to his knees and sighed with a smile. Tommy took a breath and let it out, smiling at Akiza. Akiza nodded and looked at the arena. Fang sighed and said, Thank goodness."

 

Tygra almost instantly ran to Lion-O. Katniss followed, ready with her herbal remedies.

Cheetara ran to Lion-O as well. Lion-O! she said, shakin him.
Tygra's looked at Death. Cheetara! Are you ok!? he said to his mate.
