Drop the kid before I blast ya Falco inquired. He remembered Bowser from When Tabuu had taken over subspace. They may have been allies then but now they were enemies.
Allons-y! Ten said, pointing his sonic screwdriver at Bowser. Which is French for 'Let's go'

You punks! BJ said, ready to fight.

-The Desert: Two Cats
Cheetara! It's the Thundertank! Said Lion-O, the young lord of the Thundercats.
Maybe if we hurry, Panthro will see us! Cheetara said. She ran in the direction of the Thundertank and Lion-O followed.

 

OOC: Will post as Strength later, when the Colleseum will finally appear. Otherwise, I'm out for most of today, tomorrow, and Friday, between 8:30am-ish and 4:00pm-ish GMT. College things suck.

Nono sighed deeply at the duo's response. Too much to expect somebody to know what was going on, apparently. Ah well.
"Yes," she answered, at least hoping they could figure out something together. "Nono appeared here..."
She looked down, apparently counting on her fingers for something, before looking back up with a smile.
"...three days. With no sign of anybody else until Kamina and Simon."
She looked around quickly, getting the feeling that there was something missing that should be there.
"Um... did Kamina and Simon mention something about something being missing? Nono thought she overheard something like that..."

~~Forest; Demons and Other Selves~~

Whoever the boy was, he was either very confident... or very stupid, offering to take these things on by himself in such a way, when just a moment ago he was punched into her by them.
"There's just no way I can just leave you to fight alone like that!" she insisted, as the boy drew his sword... and burst into a blue flame, which surrounded his entire body.
It looked incredible. And she could feel the power coming off of him. He was probably stronger than she was, she had to admit, but judging from the way he held himself, he had less precision and skill than Black Rock Shooter, and by extension she, had.
Perhaps others would be scared, but Mato had seen far scarier things, despite being young, and trusted very easily. With those two together, she wasn't about to let something as small as being on fire put her off of helping someone.
And so she raised her free arm, a blue light forming around her hand, summoning her ★Rock Cannon around in, which formed in pieces around her outstretched hand, before taking aim and firing a volley towards the frontmost machine, taking it by surprise with her particularly heavy firepower.

~~Snowy Hill; Satsui no Hadou and the power of Dark Falz~~

The girl sighed as one of the two combatants ran away, leaving just her and the one she sensed the dark power from alone. And with nobody else in sight, it looked like he would soon turn to her for his next battle.
"I won't wait for him to attack." she said, informing the other voice.
"Yes, I thought you'd say that." 'he' said, sighing back. "Just don't get yourself killed, or our work so far will have been useless."
"I don't intend to die." she said, stepping forward and drawing her sword, presenting herself openly as Ryu's next opponent.
"And if it's too much, I'll use it."

~~Grassland/City Border; "Let's split up, gang!"~~

"Alright." Jotaro said, almost enthusiastically. "Let's split up and search for clues!"
Without waiting for confirmation, Jotaro grabbed Ethan and leapt away onto a nearby building.
"So... the best way to stick together, is to split up into groups of two?" she asked, slightly confused, when suddenly Jotaro came back, still carrying Ethan under his shoulder.
"Uh, forget something?"
"I have a question." Jotaro said unexpectedly, "What day is it?"
"Ignoring that time has barely even passed since we got here... last I checked, it was... Tuesday?"
"FAJITA'S!!" the older boy suddenly roared, sprinting off in the other direction faster than Sayaka had ever seen somebody move. Exception being Homura, if time control powers count as speed.
"Well... at least he's enthusiastic, right?"

 

Yuna, who was on watch duty with Pumyra, noticed two figures and said, "I think we should stop for the two people running toward the tank." Panthro stopped the tank again, and looked out with Pumyra when the door opened. Vivi, who was enduring the curiosity of the Wilys, was relived when they went to see their fellow Thundercats. Panthro shouted at them, "Lion-O, Cheetara, we've been looking everywhere for you! Where have you been? Huh? Wait a second, where's Tygra?" "Maybe he wasn't brought with us to this weird world," Pumyra said, with their furry tails wagging, WilyKat and WilyKit smiled at each other at seeing two of their teammates alright, WilyKat said, "Lion-O, meet Vivi and Zidane!!!! They're so cool! And Zidane even has a tail like us!" "Yeah, and meet Yuna and Terra! They're also very pretty!!" WilyKit said, they dragged the lord of the Thundercats and Jaga's surviving cleric into the tank.

~Forest~

A young man walked through the forest, he had short silver hair which not a lot of people minded, but the most unusual thing about him was his right arm, which was the only source of light in the area. It didn't look like a normal arm as it appeared to be more of a claw, the young man walked through the forest until he heard something. He walked and saw a group of people, they appeared to be recovering from a fight. Remaining hidden, the man tried to listen in on what conversations he could hear.

 

I think we should look for him. Lion-O said. He knew that Cheetara and his older brother Tygra had something going on. He noticed Cheetara, who's face had fallen.

I hope nothing has happened to him. If something did... Said the Cleric sadly.

Come on. Lion-O said. He entered the Thundertank.

Cheetara followed. She was happy that Lion-O had been so mature about this.

 

Zidane just merely followed the others and was even proud of his tail with a smile.

Ventus nodded at Aqua. "Yeah sure seems like it!" he said before kicking oen of the Ooze copies after as Gokai Red slashed apart the creatures and fired a few more rounds before charging at Ivan himself. "Let's see what you got!" He said and brought the Gokai Sabre down upon him.

~Out of the Tunnel~

Tsukasa and Krumu finally were out of the tunnel only to be emt with a vast forest and he wasn't even remotely surprised. "Reminds me of Hibiki's world." He said before looking to see if there was a way down from the cliff they were standing upon, He was sure as hell Kurumu would decline carrying him after waking her aburptly, besides, he wasn't calling her weak either, he know sthe true terrifying horror that is the female gender. "Must be a pathway somewhere, how else did anyone get up here?" he muttered to himself.

~Eiji Hino's Whereabouts, Unknown~

Eiji was still wandering the vast grasslands, no-one els ein sight as he somehow internally wished he could sense Ankh with the Greeed's powers before stopping, realising something. "I have no underwear for tomorrow!" He said in despair.

~Ichigo Kurosaki's whereabouts~

ichigo was following a spiritual ribbon of someone, and what did he see? a boy with blue flames and tail attack enemies and heard teh last few words. "Listen up! The name's Rin Okumura and someday I'm gonna be the best Exorcist in the world!" As if ti was declaration to his goal and Ichigo merely gave a smile, seeing him attack giant metal faces. "But what this spiritual energy I'm feeling from this kid, and that girl?" He thought to hismelf, it was certainly not Shinigami, Hollow, Arrancar, Vizard or Quincy but almost as if... it was from Hell itself, especially from that person who calle dhimself Rin and Ichigo thought back to that time he went into Hell to save Yuzu, the kid couldn't be a Sinner either, there was no visible chains to Hell.

"I'll hang back for now, I want to see what he can do." He thought to himself.

 

Closing the door, and starting the engine again, Panthro drove the Tundertank through the desert. Pumyra kept a eye on the Book of Omens, which would alert them for anything magical. Yuna and Terra were introduced from WilyKit to Cheetara and WilyKat introduced Lion-O to Vivi and Zidane. Yuna looked at Cheetara and knew how she felt, softly smiling as she remembered Tidus.

 

You are missing someone as well? Cheetara asked. She saw the one called Yuna have a look in her eyes similar to what she herself was feeling. She wondered what Tygra was up to, and if he was feeling the same way about her at this moment.

 

~Grassland/City Border; Fourth Wall Breaking 101~​

Shadow was about to answer Sayaka's question, but couldn't. When he tried to speak about it, an unknown force caused him to stop.
"What's going on? I can't answer!"
Deadpool nodded, his hands behind his back.
"Ah, yes. I've seen this condition before. It's known as "Can't-Break-the-Fourth-Wall disease". You see, ninety percent of the universe's population has this condition. Me and bushy are two of the lucky ones who don't suffer from it."
Deadpool sounded much more sophisticated then normal, yet he was still getting 'wtf' looks from everyone minus Bushy.
"I won't go into detail, but I will say this: It wasn't your fault. It was ÃeađρooᏝ's."
"So it was your fault."
"What? No, I said it was ÃeađρooᏝ's fault."
"Yes, you are Deadpool. Meaning it's your fault."
"Can you read!? I'm DEADPOOL, not ÃeađρooᏝ!"
"...Nevermind. Sayaka, you're fast, and so am I. I say we can traverse this entire grassland quickly. Let's go."
Shadow then took off at speeds matching that of Sayaka's.
All that was left was Deadpool and Bushy.
"Soooo...Wanna ditch his plan and find some of those "loli" things you love so much?"

~Snowy Hill; Dark Powers Collide~​

"So you are my next opponent?"
Ryu turned around, facing the girl.
"Hmph. Show me that you worthy to face the Satsui no Hado!"

Ryu began by tossing a large purple Hadoken at Nagisa.

~The City; Nowhere to run~​

The Doctor also aimed his Sonic Screwdriver at Bowser.
"You're outnumbered, Bowser. You can't win."
Bowser laughed.
"Oh really now?"
He whistled loudly, and several of his huskified soldiers began coming from every which way.
"Now who's outnumbered!?"
"Yeah, we're outnumbered..." Said a voice as a red-coated man was seen standing atop Ten's TARDIS.
He pulled out two pistols, one black and one white.
"But you're outgunned." He said as he began to fire both guns, picking off Bowser's mooks one by one.
Once they were gone, the man put his guns in their holsters in the most stylish way possible.
"Joe! You're up!"
From behind the TARDIS, a smaller, red suited man with an abnormally large helmet jumped up.
"Viewtiful!" The small man yelled, charging down at Bowser, foot first.
He kicked Bowser in the nose, causing him to drop M.
Bowser stepped back.
"Grr...I don't have time to deal with you punks! Junior, we're outta here."
Bowser said before taking a small controller from God knows where, and pressing the big red button on it, turning it into a flying clown face.
Bowser hopped inside, grabbed his son, and flew off.
The red coated man jumped down from atop the TARDIS.
"Well that was anti-climactic."
The two red-clad men fist bumped each other.
"Excuse me...Who are you two?"
"Name's Dante."
"I am Joe. Viewtiful Joe!" Joe said, striking a pose.
"Well...Thanks, Dante and "Viewtiful" Joe...We appreciate it."
"So, you know our names. How 'bout returning the favor?"
"Alright then. I'm the Doctor."
"I asked for your name, dude. Not your job."
"My name is the Doctor."
"Really now? Well ain't that a funny name."
Dante turned to the others.
"Well, what about the rest of ya?"

 

Ivan barely burped when the Gokai Sabre hit him, he laughed and knocked Gokai Red to the ground, he said, "Just tell me where the Princess is, and I'll leave." "What do you want with Vanille?" Harry asked, before realizing he probably shouldn't have said that. Ivan smiled, and went to Harry. He grabbed him, handcuffing his wrists in ooze and left in his ooze form to find the Forbbidden Mountains to tell the others.

Yuna heard Cheetara and smiled, "Yes, I have someone I love too. And I'm looking for him right now." Vivi looked at her in surprise and smiled before getting glomped by the Wilys.

Bushy sighed at Shadow's suggestion. "Sorry, but while I'd love to help out, I actually can't. I'm very busy, and I've got to go see a lion about some tea... No joke. Really, I do. It's a tough job."
He then stretched, "But to answer as to where we are. It's a planet called Disgaea. Roughly two times bigger than Earth. However, I can't answer as to why everyone is here. That would be important plot, and I'm not permitted to give those spoilers I'm afraid."
He moved to Deadpool and gave him a pat on the shoulder. "Good luck, my fellow brother-wall-breaker." and then Bushy vanished with the words "Chaos Control!" just to parody Shadow who he knew would be confused by the sudden name of that particular technique the Black Hedgehog was fond of.
Anyway... Bushy instantly re-appeared a few metres beside Scar.
With him was a table, a pot of tea and some cups. "Yo. Figured you could use some civilisation, good sir-lion."

Kamina's interest re-piqued dramatically. "Yes! You wouldn't have happened to see two Gunman would you? You know... giant face mecha things? One is just barely bigger than Simon. The other is like... a mechanical house in terms of size."
For some reason... describing it as a mechanical house which is something he'd never normally do, at the same time... felt familiar, almost like it was from some other universe in which a Kamina had heard it be described at the same thing.
Simon however was more pre-occupied by something else the girl had said. "Wait? You've been here 3 days? ...we've only been here a few hours." The boy seemed quite concerned. "Are you alright? I mean, if you've been alone for all this time." he asked.

As Rin ran forwards, something shot overhead of him and slammed into one of the collosal beings in front of him.
So the girl could certainly handle herself then... (Rin hadn't seen the cannon form around her arm since he was still focused on what was directly in front him).
Was she an Exorcist then? A Dragoon class perhaps? No... right now... all that mattered was... "GYAAAAAAAAAAAHH!"
Rin lowered his sword and jumped, slashing in a wide upwards arc that cut through the metal hull of the machine and leaving the metal glowing from the heat of the blue flames being emitted from Rin and his sword.
At the apex of his jump, he swung his sword down, unleashing a torrent of his blue demonic fire over the mechanical menace, subduing it as the flames licked at it's metal skin, and causing the machine to drop down, seemingly incapacitated from the damage it had received. "Heh! Got'cha!"
But Rin was now still in Mid-air, and one of the other metal-beasts had charged towards him, swinging at him with a long arm.
And the thing about being in Mid-air... it's hard to manoeuvre.

Link had a bad feeling about these two. Dante seemed... Weird. So did Joe. But joe was more of... A freak. Like Ghirahim, but he seemed straight... He wondered if Ventus108 was straight like Joe.

~~Tunnel Exit; Vertically challenged~~

"Maybe they didn't." Kurumu suggested, shrugging her shoulders. "Nobody said cliffs have to have a way up them. They're cliffs."
Granted, she could probably fly down herself, but there was no way she would carry Tsukasa. The only way she could would be to hold him with both arms, and that would either press him up against her chest, or give him a great upward view, neither of which she was willing to do.

~~Grasslands; Let's blast through with drug-induced speed!~~

Sayaka took off alongside Shadow, keeping up with him fairly well, despite speed not actually being among her powers. The truth was, her method of reaching this speed would damage the joints of any human, though it was technically possible, and while she was taking the same damage, she couldn't feel it, and it was all healing nigh-instantaneously. To anyone else, it simply looked like she was running fast.

~~Snowy Hill; Nagisa vs Evil Ryu - ROUND ONE, FIGHT!~~

As the girl, Nagisa, felt the power coming from the bolt of energy flying towards her, her rapid reflexes kicked in, allowing her to leap to one side out of the way just in time, as the pulse flew by and set fire to a nearby (dead) tree.
"He's too strong to take on normally." she said, speaking to the other voice, Wynarl. "I'm using it."
She reached up, touching her empty hand to her 'blind' eye, and disipating the eyepatch that covered one half of her eyesight. Her eyes were closed at first, and she began to be coated in a faint red aura, which was growing by the moment. She opened her eyes, instantly revealing that the covered one was a deep crimson colour rather than her natural one, and this colour was quickly mimicked by her other eye, as the aura reached it's peak, stretching a good three feet in either direction. The strength coming off her was impressive, certainly, causing shockwaves in the air around her as she readied her weapon, loading a cartridge into it as she did.

"Let's go." she challenged him, launching directly at Ryu with flaming jets erupting from the rear of her blade.
She slammed the weapon into Ryu's front, which was, predictibly, blocked, but still caused her opponent to be knocked backwards, before she suddenly appeared behind him and launched an identical strike, launching him into the air. She leapt up after him, intending to slam him back down to the ground with another jet-propelled swing...

~~Wilderness; Nono the android~~

Nono gasped at Kamina's question, thinking (wrongly) that she knew what he meant.
"Like a Buster Machine?!" she yelled excitedly, "Nono wants to pilot one! But... I haven't actually seen one around here lately..."
And then it was time to answer Simon's question, because talking takes place in turn-based rules like Pokémon games, obviously.
"Nono is fine, because she doesn't need food to function!" she announced, turning and pointing at the sky dramatically. "Nono is an android that can function on nothing but effort and guts, and requires nothing else!"
And suddenly, her stomach rumbled.
"...except when she's hungry." she admittedly, sitting down in a slump all in one go and sighing. "Nono hasn't eaten in three days either..."

~~Forest; There's no way this could possibly go wrong~~

In an instant, Mato was in the air beside him, a chaingun suddenly mounted on her arm in place of the Rock Cannon she had just been using, as she unleashed a hellstorm of bullets on the approaching Gunman, filling it with holes to the point where it simply had to explode.
Not yet done, she turned to face the third of the four Gunmen and switched her gun's mode once again, this time forming a square-shaped opening in the end, which quickly filled with a bright blue light, identical to her eye-flame in appearance.
"Arcana..." she yelled, as the light reached the apex of it's growth. "...Beam!"
The beam tore through the sky, and the Gunman ahead had no time to dodge, quickly getting a hole straight through it, putting it out of action for good. Still there, was one last Gunman approaching, as the pair both landed back on the ground.

"Effort and guts and requiring nothing else huh? I like ya, kid! I say you have exactly what it takes to join our Team Dai-Gurren!" Kamina boasted, not having paid attention to the android stuff, not that he knew what one was.
"Bro? Not that I'm questioning you... but... she's only just met us. I bet she doesn't even know what Team Dai-Gurren is." Simon tried to explain.
"Bah!" Kamina shrugged it off and put an arm around Nono's shoulders. "Kick logic out and do the impossible! That's how team Gurren rolls!" he concluded, as he clenched his fist in front of him and Nono in a dramatic manner. "There. Now she knows everything she needs to know." he decided completely by himself, nodding in satisfaction.
"But bro-"
"No 'buts', Simon! The reputation of Team Gurren echoes far and wide! Having left our home lands, we never yield! Never retreat! and never regret! We face forward and never look back!" he also pointed at the sky as was trademark to him, while he made his speech. He was completely unaware at just how similar him and Nono truly were in this regard.
Simon sighed, and just offered a reassuring smile to Nono along with a nod that acknowledged what Kamina had passionately said. "Right."

Rin stared in awe as the girl single handedly took down two of the enemies they were facing, and had ultimately just saved his áss. "Heh. Thanks for the save!" he grinned at her.
"This last one is mine. Now I've gotta make sure that I don't get left behind by your power." a smirk settled on his face as he charged towards the last one and jumped one more time. He let a blast of his flames unleash from behind himself and propel him forwards at great speed. He held his sword in a tight grip and as he approached the last mecha, he stabbed forwards, piercing the hull instantly. For a moment... all was quiet, but then from the back of the mecha itself, a stream of blue fire exploded outwards like a giant beam, and the mecha fell backwards.
Rin jumped clear as it exploded, landing pretty neatly on the ground, bending his knees to take the impact of the fall. He stood up tall and sheathed his sword, instantly returning his ears, fangs and other demonic features to normal as well as making him lose the flames (all except for the tail which was a permanent part of Rin's normal form). He offered another grin to the girl, "So... you probably heard me earlier, but the name's Rin. Rin Okumura." he told her... and then... his face dropped suddenly...
"...I think I overdid it..." he face palmed at the sight around them... the entire forest was being consumed by blue flames.




OOC: Told you that this is some sort of omen...
My flaming characters and the forests of the world should really be kept separate from each other... lol
Well at least the sky is already blackened... it's not like anyone is gonna notice the harm a rather large forest fire will cause... unless they're caught in it that is. :/

 

Breaking free of the ooze cuffs, Harry went to Terra's unconscious body and looked at him. His outfit resembled Aqua's and Ventus' a bit, Harry smiled and changed his dressphere. He was in Gun-Mage and scanned around for any new enemies, before stopping and turning to the others. "When do you think he'll wake up?" He asked, everyone shrugged their shoulders. Detransforming from Kamen Rider Aqua, Michal looked at Marvelous and said, "I'm surprised that he wasn't hurt when you hit him with your sword. What is he made out from?" Ron, Hermione, and Aqua examined the ooze on their blades that was left from the ooze creatures.

 

Terra suddenly made a noise - one which didn't help any situation - and opened one eye. The first thing he see's is Aqua... because an unknown force wanted him too. "... heaven?" However, his Zack Fair moment was cut off when he opened both eyes and got up... and then saw his target. "You!" Before he can charge at him, Squall gets between them. Roxas speaks up. "Someone explain what's going on!?" Terra answered. "I... I was told to kill him." "ME!?" Joker said in an awe-shocked voice. "What would a keyblade wielder of darkness want wi--- hang on... how do I know that..." He suddenly fell unconsious.

The Desert.

EDI Richard and Mordin were still walking through the desert when they noticed a shadow... being projected from right above them. They look up. "That is..." "No sign of engine. Design mid 17 or 18th century. No country flag. Pirate ship. Recognize sail colour. Read about it whilst on omega. Only one ship of this description in human culture." He breaths in for a long time, and then says. "Queen Anne's Revenge."

The ship was flying... somehow. "I cannot detect any engine sources on that ship. It is flying through an unknown technique." Richard then stated. "Actually, it's flying in a completely obvious technique. You just won't admit it exists." He waited for them to respond, but when he got no response, he said. "It's simple. Magic. There flying via magic." EDI and Mordin looked at him as if he were crazy(probably true), but he had a pretty good point. The ship went off into the distance. "Well, I don't know about you, but I'm following that flying ship." "High chance of death. Possibly suicide. Could lead to civilisization. If caught will be killed." Mordin took another deep breath. "Sounds exciting. Will come with." EDI had no choice but to follow. Her alternative was die out there in the desert.

 

Harry sighed and wondered why Joker suddenly didn't know everyone. He patted Terra on the shoulder and said, "Right now, we need to stick together. You can kill him later." Aqua saw Terra and went up to him, "Terra, are you alright? What happened to you?" Sheathing their weapons, Ron and Hermione stood by Harry, who noticed the man in the shadows. Upon realizing he had been found out, the man stepped out with the sleeve on his right down to hide it. He kept quiet and looked at Joker, oddly.

 

Terra sighed. He started from the beginning. "I... I lost control of myself to the Darkness. I ripped out Braig's eye and scarred his face... at least... that's what I thought." He continued. "Then, Master Xehanort came up to me and taught me that I didn't lose control, rather I controlled it. He told me the truth as to why I was never appointed Keyblade master - fear - Eraqus was afraid of me..." He looked away from her, possibly out of shame. "Xehanort is my new Master... it's because of him that I can now call myself Master Terra. Just like we always wanted, right?"
Joker noticed the thing staring at him. "... Who's the creepy shadow-guy?" Xigbar(who if you remember was with the group) put up his hood so he wouldn't be seen, he decided now wasn't the best time to go up to Terra and saw 'hey! Remember the time you ripped out my eye? Well we're square now because I lost my heart! So we cool?' or something.

 

I see... Cheetara replied. If I may ask, what's his name? She was curious as to who Yuna's special someone was. Maybe they would get luck enough to find them both.

Ventus108! I want to talk! Zelda said.

In her head, she thought she heard me reply, but no dice, for I am not Bushy.

 

Aqua had her head down, her bangs covering her eyes as to try and hide her tears. Doing the only thing she could think of, she grabbed Terra's hand. Harry looked at them and noticed a Wayfinder on the ground. He guessed of the look and color of it, it was Terra's as Aqua's also had a stain-glass style look. He sighed and tossed it at Terra's feet, not wanting to be accused of stealing it and looked toward the new arrival, wondering what his story was.

"His name is Tidus, he protected me on a journey we took together two years ago on our world." Yuna said. "When it ended, he suddenly vanished. My cousin found a image of a man who looked like him and I felt that I should go out and try to find him." She left out the fact that Tidus was a Dream of a Fayth and he had vanished because of the Fayth stopped dreaming and that Shuyin was nothing like him when she met him.

 

~~Wasteland; EFFORTS AND GUTS!~~

As if Nono didn't already have stars in her eyes, after Kamina's speech about 'Team Gurren' she most definitely did, in every sense of the phrase. It sounded like there was an entire group dedicated to her motto, just like back home with her onee-sama.
She paused for a moment, before looking up at Kamina again and asking;

Mato was taken aback by Rin's (that was his name, right?) power as he ripped straight through the last Gunman. It was like he was the hero of a shonen series or something, he was so spectacular to watch.
"Oh wow..." she said under her breath, without realising it. Thankfully she had said this before he came back, so she hadn't embarrassed herself too badly just yet.
The boy introduced himself as Rin Okumura, the same name he had yelled towards the machine in the first place, and the girl was instantly compelled to introduce herself back.
"Mato. Mato Kuroi." she said, without thinking. Ah, but she wasn't Mato right now, was she?
"Or, um... Black Rock Shooter. I... don't normally look like this. I normally look... uh... shorter."
She realised how stupid that made her sound, but was quickly caught by the fact that THE FOREST WAS ON FIRE.
"Oh crap!" she said suddenly, her eye-flame going out as she noticed, thus alerting Rin to the flames too.

Music began filling the world, coming from seemingly everywhere, alerting everybody's attention suddenly. The lighting of the world suddenly became a shade darker, and spotlights could be seen rising from the ground in the not-too-far distance, where a huge tower suddenly was. Only, it was surely not there just a few moments before, right?
Multiple elevators at the foot of the tower meant that access to the building itself would be easy, but perhaps most interestingly was the sheer scale of it; the bulding easily holding host to an entire crowd that seemed eager and ready to see some excitement.
"Laydees, gentlemen, and all other beings of other worlds!" came the voice of a male announcer, apparently from within the stadium itself. "May we introduce the event of the millenium (and I should know), the most spectacular show you could possibly imagine without dying twice, a showdown between worlds and even alternate dimensions! A tournament to end all tournaments, starting now we will learn just who the strongest in the multiverse truly is as the Arbiter of Time and other sponsors invite you all to join in this; the Disgaea Multiworld Tournamentâ„¢! I'm you're host, the fabled Dark Hero and former Netherworld President, Warden Axel!"
A loud cheering could suddenly be heard. Whoever this 'Axel' was, he was... surprisingly popular.
"Registration is open to teams of one to four starting now, with participants of all ages welcome! Don't feel like competing today? Never fear, because we have a whole host of competitors already lined up, from legendary figures to unknown heroes, and many more! So what are you waiting for? Spectator or participant, come on up to Disgaea Tower! It's plot-required!"
