~Crossover Cove~

Although some of my characters were sad at Cloud's supposed death, they all changed mood when the Beach Party started.
Darelen got out of Crystalisis, and stretched. "Well, I suppose we deserve a break, huh Lightning?... Lightning?*"
Vanitas was indeed suprised at the hug... then he saw Aqua and Ventus. "Oh boy..." he said to himself. Right after he got changed into some Dark Red swimming trunks with black outlining, he went to talk to Fang. "Hey beautiful." The Doctor was in some swimming trunks... and a fez. Demyx too, was in swimming trunks, as was Xigbar. Xion came out of the ladies room wearing a white bikini and Roxas' face immediately went red. He was in black swimming trunks with white checks on them. Demyx and Xigbar both got nosebleeds which Joker quickly used his new powers to block up... don't ask how. Thrall also decided to turn up, though he wished a few certain people were there. Percy also managed to get a nosebleed, which Joker failed to block up. Richard came in his usual clothes, because no one wants to see him naked.
*OOC: I've left that open so then DT can do something with it.

A few hours before...​

Cloud hit the ocean, and his vision went black. The last thing he thought of was Tifa before he presumed himself dead.

Present day.​

His body wondered the ocean for what seemed like days but in reality was only as long as the Beach Party... when suddenly, a man with a wing swooped down and caught his lifeless body, bringing it to a ship. Cloud woke up in a bed, his vision blurrry. "Wha..." He heard a voice. A familiar voice. "...Even if the morrow is barren of promises, nothing shall forestall my return." Cloud recognised it at once. "... LOVELESS, act III." "You remembered." There was a silence, then, the other man chuckled. "Cloud Strife. It's been too long." "Genesis! I thought you were dead." Genesis closed the book and responded. "And we all thought you were dead, too." Cloud looked around. He was in a ship. "How did you--" "Let's just say you'll be able to relate to this 'Shepard' I've heard so much about." Cloud sat up, apparently naked... so it's a good think he had some douvets. "How did you hear about Shepard?" Genesis sighed. "... You're not the only one who signed on with Kronos." Lifting up his sleeve, Genesis showed Cloud the exact same mark Cloud had on his shoulder. "You and I are Warrior's of Kronos, Cloud." Genesis got up from a chair he was apparently sitting on, and then another familiar face entered. "Rise and shine." "Luke." Luke sat down. "When we found you, you were a almost gone. We have no idea what kept you alive, but hey, let's not look a gift horse in the mouth. The Trojans did and look what happened to them." Cloud looked around, it was a cabin. Infront of him was a wardrobe. Genesis indicated to it. "In there are you're new clothes. Get dressed then come to the Deck to meet the rest of Kronos' Warriors." "There's more?" "Yep. Now, rest up, you'll need the strength. We're going to a tournament. It hasn't even been thought of yet, so that gives us plenty of time to practice." Cloud looked around. "So, will you do it?" "...Yeah, I've got no other plans." "Good. We start practice tomorrow." Luke said, before turning towards the door and exiting the room. There was a pause. "... You know, Cloud. We had to get you from the waters at worlds end. We needed a captain that knew those waters... and he's decided to stay with us." Before cloud could ask, he heart a footstep... then what sounded like wood. Footstep, wood, footstep, wood. Eventually the cause of this noise made his appearance. He had a great, big, hat. "So tell me." He began. "What do ya think of my ship?" He then bit into an apple, and a monkey climbed onto his shoulder. He laughed, and... well... we'll discover the rest at the tournament.

 

After hitting the ball into Draco's face so hard he went backwards and fell, Fang looked at Vanitas and smiled. Draco got up and shouted, "Get back here, Oerba Yun Fang!!! I'm not done with you yet!" But he was knocked out by chaos, who dragged him away. Hermione smiled and looked at Vivi, who remained in his clothes for personal reasons. Mog looked the other way, shouting, "Hurry up, Noel, kupo! You're missing the fun, kupo!" Meanwhile, Snow suddenly wondered why he was in the shade when he opened his eyes and was surprised, sitting up to face the person.

"Serah, is that really you?" He asked, Serah nodded and answered, "Yes, Snow. It really is me." From the smile, Snow knew it was the true Serah and smiled, hugging her suddenly, Serah hugged him back.

 

Marluxia, having been healed by Mickey, stood, and walked over to Ciel. "You were probably wishing i had been drawn into that black hole not too long ago, weren't you?"

 

Ichigo just decded to sunbathe and Eiji, well, he was enjoying his time in the water as Ventus was as well, of course he blsuhed taking in the sight of Aqua, sure he looked to ehr a close friend and perhaps an older sister but whose to say he likes what eh sees, didn't get a nosebleed fortunately.

INuyasha just sat down on the sat and looked bored pretty much, nto caring about any new scents or people that arrived.

Zidane? Well, he was admiring the ebauty that is Terra, after all, the closest thign he seen to a swimsuit was Garnet's Trance, making her wear a leotard.

Noel gave just a smile and saw Snow and Serah hugging one another, it seems this Snow wasn't from 300 AF, being reckless and such, so it must be the Snow before then. "I hear you Serah." He said took in the sight of others, he did see Vanille and Fang and now eh could see what Hope and Serah said about them beign from Gran Pulse, of course, they should be in crystal so this must be before Cocoon had fallen, he did note of Lightning's appearance as well, not looking like the warrior of the Goddess in Valhalla.

 

After making sure Vivi took care of Draco's unconscious body, chaos and Kyo played Kisa and Illya while Harry and Ron joined Terra as she went into the water with Aqua. Harry smiled as he never had this much fun before in his life. Hina joined Ankh and Hermione on lifeguard duty, Vanille stretched and joined the others in the water. Hermione smiled and watched Snow and Serah catch up on what happened, she licked her ice cream and thought how Harry suddenly hugged her and sighed. Mog noticed the look on her face and snuggled up to her, Hermione smiled and asked Noel, "What is this thing? It's kinda adorable."

 

Vanitas looked around. Yep. There they were, Aqua and Ventus. "Erm... well, it would seem that two... not-friends of mine have showed up..." Vanitas said, subtly indicating to Aqua and Ventus.

~The Beach; Partaaaay~​

Just as Melvin had announced, everyone was suddenly taken to the beach. Sonic took the opportunity to relax after all that had happened.
He ran away from the beach and back in an instant, holding a beach chair, a boombox, a beach umbrella and sunglasses. He quickly set it all up before laying on the beach chair and starting a peaceful song on the boombox.
"Ah, I missed this."

Deadpool was off in the sand somewhere building sandcastles which he always cut down upon finishing.

Most of ÃeađρooᏝ's other characters also found themselves relaxing or swimming, except for the ones who had left.

Meanwhile, The Doctor and M were floating in space inside the TARDIS.
"You'd better be right about them escaping, Doctor. None of those people deserve to die."
"..."
"What's with the silence? Is there something you're not telling me?"
Still silence.
"If you lied to me about their esca-" M was cut off by the Doctor.
"It's not that, M...It's just...There was something else that I saw while I was in the future. It was..."
The Doctor stayed silent.
"It was what? Tell me Doctor!"
"It was the one you've been looking for. That 'Bowser' thing. He was with the Reapers when they invaded."
M was left speechless.
"I would have confronted him, but there was too much going on. There was no way of me even getting close to his airship."
"And you're absolutely positive it was him?"
"Are his airships just flying boats?"
"...Yes."
"Then it was him. But it's impossible for you to combat him. Now with all the chaos going on. You'll be killed in an instant."
M sighed.
"So what do we do now, then?"
"We wait. Right now, space is the safest place to be. At least I hope it is..."
"What was that last bit?"
"Nothing..."
For the time being, M and The Doctor floated in the vastness of space just outside Earth, awaiting it's inevitable downfall.

 

Noel looked at the young girl, she couldn't be at least in her teenage years like Yeul back home as she asked about Mog and he put a hadn to his chin as he gave a thoughtful look and moved it away. "This little guy?" he pointed at Mog who was comfortbly in the girl's arms like with Serah. "well, to Serah it's a good-luck charm, when I first saw it, I thought it was a Piggy Kitty." he said and continued. "But it's actually a Moogle, most people consider it a stuffed doll but there do exist, this little guy is from far away." he said, holding back the infomation about the Void Beyond where Mog originally came from.

"Of course, he has a name, Mog, not very original is it?" he said humorously.

 

Deciding that Xion and Roxas need a bit more screentime, they both notice the moogle. "Wow, what's his name?" Asked Roxas. Xion put out her hand. "I'm Xion, and this is Roxas. I see you've met Hermione." Xion said, with a smile. Roxas just stared at the Moogle. He looked like the Moogle that sold the Organization equipment.

 

Hermione listened to Noel explain Mog and held the moogle in her arms, she said, "Not very original, but I guess it's kinda suits him." "Oh, thank you for the compliment, kupo!" Mog said, blushing (if that was possible for a Moogle) as he was held in her arms. Noticing Xion and Roxas come, Hermione said, "This is Mog, and this is..... What's your name?"

Fang noticed Aqua and Ventus and shrugged her shoulder.

 

Vanitas decided to explain. "Yeah... you know how I used to be an all-out villain? Well, I tried to kill those two." He sat down. "See, I'm made from the Darkness in Ventus' heart..." he sat down. "Him and I were supposed to merge to create the X-blade and start the Keyblade war--- again." He sighed and got up. "And now, I feel the strange urge to go and say hi."

 

Aqua left Terra and the others, taking Ventus with her. Hermione noticed a Keyblade appear in Aqua's hand and sighed, holding Mog close to her. Fang listened to him, and suddenly blocked Aqua's attack. She smirked as she said, "What do you think you're doing, missy?" "That person is dangerous, he shouldn't be trusted!" Aqua said, Fang sighed and said, "I don't honestly care what he like or how he was created, the fact that he's here now is enough." Snow and Serah watched, Vanille noticed Serah and gave her a sisterly hug.

 

Noel looked at Xiona nd Roxas who had introduce themselves and Hermione who asked him his name and he made a fist and bumped it against his chest chest lightly twice with a light smile "I'm Noel, nice to meet you all." He said to the three a she noticed Xion extend her hand out for a handsake, he had to smile at that and shook it. "Of course, I'm not looking to cause any trouble." he continued before letting go and charging between Fanga nd Aqua's fight, drawing out the short short from the sheath inside the much larger one and block Aqua's Keyblade and Fang's Spear with his larger sword, sparks were caused between the weapons.

"Why are you two fighting, aren't we supposed to be enjoying what's happening right now!?" He asked them and pushed them back, and looked left and right to see if they would try anything else or continue the fight until ventus summoned his Keyblade went right at vanitas who would of been attacked but he was stopped by Eiji moving in front of him.

"Why are you attacking this person...umm...boy-san?" EIji asked him and Ventus was surprised at his politeness and paused. "He's the one who said Terra was going away sand falling into the darkness! Terra...isn't like that!" He said with a angry look as EIji just thought for a moment. "Not from what I seen, he hasn't provoked anyone during the party and helped us, maybe you should talk with him and sort out any misunderstandings? After all, he's actually been a great help to everyone here so far." EIji said and Ventus was surprised. "Why should I trust you?" he asked and EIji looked thoughtful.

"You're right, you have no reason to trust me but... shouldn't you at least give him a chance to explain why he's here? Maybe that'll answer your questions." he asked him and Ventus sighed and looked at Vanitas.

 

Hermione followed them and sighed as Harry and Ron came up, Harry said, "I know you two probably won't believe it, but those two are a couple." As he suspected, there was a look of surprise on Aqua's face. Snow and Serah came up and Snow was confused, but sighed. "Everything okay here?" Serah asked, Hermione nodded, holding Mog in her arms.

 

Vanitas finally decided to get involved. He stood in between all of them. "Harry, Hermione, Fang Ron, Eiji, new people... this is Ventus and Aqua. I've hurt them in the past..." He turned to Ventus, and put out a hand. "...And I wish to... erm..." he turned to Roxas and mouthed 'what word?' The reply was 'atone'. "Atone... for my mistakes..." He waited for what was to come next. He thought he knew that it wouldn't be good.

 

"How can we be really sure you want to atone for what you've done?" Aqua asked, crossing her arms. "What if you're just using those people, and when they least expect it, you'll send your Unversed on them." "The only time I've seen him use the Unversed was when Fang was changed into a Cie'th on the Death Star, he was in great distress about it." Harry said. "You can ask him about it."

 

Noel was still tense but left his weapons out as he listend and Eiji spoke. "While it's true he did do those things, don't you think you should give it a second chance?" he asked Aqua and Ventus as Ven looked at him. "B-But, he tried to kill us and you're asking us to forgive and forget!?" He said as EIji thought for a bit.

"Vanitas-san wouldn't do anything that would harm somebody with this many people around as witnesses." Ichigo's voice came up and Eiji looked at him. "Ichigo-san." he said as Ichigo rubbed his orange spiky hair. "Look, even if I don't know what's happened in your past with Vanitas, would you prefer being consumed by hatred?" He asked Aqua and Ventus, his face looking rather calm and mature perhaps beyond his appearance.

"WHat do you mean by that?" Ventus asked him with a angry look as Ichigo continued. "Hatred only creates more hatred, it hurts others around you and also to yourself, so how about you give Vanitas-san one last chance to redeem himself?" He asked Aqua and Ven as he looked at them. "What if he attacks us again!?" Ven asked and Ichigo looked at him. "He won't with Fang-san and everyone else here, besides, judging by the way you tried to attack him, do you think we'd leave you two and him alone in a group should it ever occur?"

 

Aqua was quiet, remembering what she saw on the Saint's Cradle when she watched him look at Fang in crystal stasis and got embraced by her when she was freed. Grabbing Ventus' hand, she left the group, then whispered to him, 'We'll see if we can give him a second chance later today.' "Hey, Noel, Serah, I'm gonna get more acquainted with Mog, if that's okay." Hermione said, Serah smiled and nodded, Mog flew out of her arms as they walked from the group. When they were far form the group, Hermione sighed and froze when she heard a voice, "Well, that's a shame. The Yummy created from the desire to destroy that boy would have great, don't you agree?" Appearing from the forest was a boy with silver hair in a unbuttoned yellow shirt, he wore black swim trucks with yellow lining.

 

Vexen pulled the katana out of the ice and followed everyone else to the beach party. "It seems our cyborg ninja friend fell during the appearance of the seven-winged demonic angel. Such a pity..." After delivering the news to everyone, he went off to the side and created an large, single-chambered ice cavern complete with a few small round tables set with four chairs each in case anyone cared to take a rest in the cold.

(The sound of someone breathing through a gas mask returned. It felt closer this time than back at the Saint's Cradle party, yet it was still somewhat distant...or maybe it was all in their minds. Who would really know the difference?)​

"Beach time!" Levi suddenly roared, zooming off and returning in a manner of second wearing her swimsuit, before she dived dramatically into the ocean water. "Seikou, come on in~!"
"I would rather not."
"Too bad!" Dearche said with an evil grin, pushing Stern straight into the water face-first.
Though she changed into her swimsuit before hitting the water (with magic.), Stern was still seriously annoyed, and began attacking Dearche with water, to which the latter responded in kind. Even though the three of them looked absolutely enraged at each other, it was pretty clear that they were actually enjoying themselves.

Out of nowhere, a sound was suddenly heard, a long, droning sound that seemed to be getting closer...
"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh!" Gendo screamed, falling from the sky with considerable speed, striking the sand head-first and getting stuck there, upside-down, for a long moment before he wriggled free.
"Yes! Excellent!" he yelled overly-loudly as he practically skipped over to the water's edge. "Beaches are AMAZING!"
Needless to say, a fully-grown man with a beard such as Gendo's looked incredibly out-of-place in this environment...

Darelen's words never reached their intended target, as Lightning was nowhere to be seen. Nobody remembered seeing her crystal fall alongside the others, and if anyone were to ask, the most likely conclussion would be that she had fallen into the void along with the Death Star and Sephiroth.

There was suddenly a loud roar of apparent rage from nearby, it's source rapidly approaching Sonic as huge clouds of dust were kicked up behind it.
Sonic would recognise the red-skinned figure instantly, his close friend and rival, Knuckles the Echid-
"SONIC!!" he yelled with anger, slamming straight into the hedgehog and his deck chair. "JOO TAKE MAH EMMEROWDS?!"

"Ah, Nove!" Vivio said, having finally gotten a chance to talk to her mentor away from the carnage.
"Vivio, you're alright!" she answered, tapping her on the shoulder and grinning for just a moment. "I was worried that all that maturity and kingliness would have gone to your head, after your time on the Saint's Cradle!"
"Hey, you know I'm nowhere near that easy to beat. It takes more than just a couple of doomsdays to take me down!"
"Oh yeah? How about a match now then? Show me that you haven't gone soft."

"Enjoying ourselves is right!" Sazh said, approaching Noel and the others around there. "After all that business with the Death Star, and Orphan, I'd say we deserve it."

Thoma and Lily had apparently decided to sit seperately from the others, talking about something that the others weren't able to overhear. They seemed happy that they were able to just talk like this again, after how much had happened. It was a rare moment of respite that they both appreciated, even if Iris wasn't there to share it with them.

"I don't understand these humans." Thel said, standing beside Jail, who had also not joined in the fun.
"Just moments ago, they were fighting for their continued existence, and now they're laughing and playing as though nothing happened at all."
"Of course they are." the doctor answered him. "A lot of these people had homes in Sky City, or at least knew people who did. It'll take a long time before anybody is willing to even attempt to rebuild it. Let them have their fun, before anything else takes their attention."

"Why the hell am I here?!" Kittan yelled loudly, apparently annoyed. "And where are all the babes?! Why does nobody here have anything worth looking at?!"

Meanwhile, unblinking, Kyubey watched them all. He stared at each of them, and were his expression not frozen in a permanent state, one would swear he was sneering at it all.
"Just three more months." he said cryptically. "Three. And then it's all over."
