~Crossover Cove~

Ichigo, Inuyasha, Eiji, ventus, ZIdane and whoever else the person RPing as them had a sense of worry, for what reason, they weren't sure, maybe Ichigo because it felt like...it was concerning Fang and Vanille whom he befriended on Sky City and literally brought Fang around.

"This feeling reminds me of...when Aizen escaped to Hueco Mundo." Ichigo's thoughts wandered, he remembered how utterly defeated he was, all Aizen did was palce 1 finger on his sword and Ichigo was almost cut through, still alive but his SHinigami power's and his spiritual energy, RUkai says those with alot of spiritual energy can survive blows that are fatal to even the strongest of Shinigami in the Soul Society, even Ishia said Ichigo's spiritual power was monstrous in that regard.

 

Seeing Darelen return to normal, Vanille smiled and took a step toward Orphan. Gripping her binding rod, Vanille ignored Harry's concerned shouts until he was gasping for air from shouting too much. 'I have to.... see this through......' Vanille thought to herself, taking a deep breath and letting it out. She waved her hand in the air and a black light flew toward Orphan. It was hit again by multiple lights, Vanille looked at Orphan, then looked at the Cie'th who were once her friends. Harry looked at her, holding a Hi-Potion.

Hermione gripped Serah's crystal and looked out into the horizon, Terra and Aqua comforted her. Kyo and chaos stood by Ron, with Kisa and Illya beside them. Hermione was so concerned about the l'Cie and the others, trying to not cry. In the cockpit of the Dynames Gundam, Lockon held his chest and thought of Vanille.

There was a deep sigh, as Orphan lowered back down to the same level as Darelen.
"Yet again." they said, looking down at the l'Cie. "How many times must you fail?"
They casted Curaga upon his body, before lifting him up with a seperate spell, bringing him to their face level.
"Retake the form of Ragnarok. Deliver us, that we have been too long denied."
They blasted the man with the same dark energy that they had used on Vanille, only far worse now. Enough to render him almost dead, before they cast Curaga on his broken body again, only to repeat the sequence, over and over again, desperate to make him return to Ragnarok's form.
"Steep yourself in hatred. Let it infuse your soul with the strength it craves. Your awakening demands an offering of pain."

 

Vanille was shaking, because of the others weren't l'Cie and Darelen was knocked out, she felt alone. Harry gasped for air and quickly drank the Hi-Potion he had, Vanille wished that her friends weren't Cie'th anymore and there beside her. Harry sighed and had Yuna let go of him, he wanted to help her, and shouted, "Vanille, you're not alone!!!! Stop thinking you are, your friends are there with you!!!! You just have to find them and beat the fal'Cie." Hearing him and watching the fight, Vanille wondered how she could do that.

 

Although Link had lost track of his friends and their new companions, he was sure they were still fighting. He sustained a ton of damage and suddenly heard the one called Harry yell at Vanille. Talk about forceful... he thought. He went back to fighting but then heard the alarm in his Power Suit. He had sustained too much damage. His Suit Dissapeard and became his Tunic once more. Aw man... Well it was fun while it lasted...

Down on the island Scar was laid out on the ground with his paws over his head, it was after Bushy had made the protective field and vanished that he opened on of his eyes, "Oh good, we're not dead." He looked above at the meteors exploding on impact with the barrier around the island. "Marvelous. Now if only I could do somthing-" Hades was relaxed in the beach chair with a straw hat and sunglasses on, drinking something with small umbrella in it. Then his hat caught on fire due to his hair, "Scar, reeeelax. This is for the heros to deal with, they'll save the world and all that yadda yadda. It's our job to screw it back up after they're done."
"I know that, it's what I was about to say. My plans to become king of the world, or at least all of Africa, have been stifled by this conflict. I'm starting to loose my edge."

"That can happen when you've been out of the game too long."

A women's voice was heard with no point of origin, until a small green orb of light started to float around Scar, "Bloody hell, Bushy didn't install a bug killer." The orb smashed into the ground and a fire erupted as a devilish looking woman appeared out of it. "I'm not a bug you impudent fool. It is I, Maleficent, The Mistress of All Evil!"
Scar stuck his finger to his mouth and pondered a moment, "OH- Yes, I remember you. You're the one who sent the out of shape lion to assist me in taking over the Pride Lands. Pete, that imbecile..what did you do with him?"
"You know spinning wheels and their tendency to get chucked at people."
"I see. Grand, one less pain to worry about. Next question, why are you here?"
Maleficent smiled and bashed her scepter on the ground, causing a haze to form in which an image appeared to Scar. "Another alliance my dear friend. Soon the door will be opened, a new world will be unlocked. It is there that we shall rein supreme."
"Rein supreme, this is good."
"Quite, it will be all for the taking. Our time is close at hand, I must make haste for now, but I shall return when the time is right." The haze cleared as she looked up at Hades and Jafar, "You two will also be welcome to join me again."
Hades discarded his charred hat, "I'll think about it, our last ploy ended up with me being flushed down a vat of dead people."
"The offer is always valid, but for now I bid you all farewell." Maleficent lifted her arms and disappeared as the greens flames engulfed her.

Back up in the sky Sephiroth's barrier had been keeping him protected from most of the attacks sent his way, he was about to attack the Helicarrier with another Pale Horse spell when he was struck in the back by a charing kick. "Wha-" Sephiroth was hit unprepared and spiraled down toward the ocean, but instead crashed onto the deck of the Helicarrier. He flapped his wings and attempted to become aware of his surroundings, eventually meeting Nick Fury's..eye, "I am tired of the muthaf***in gods, on my muthaf***in ship." The director shot off his bazooka and hit Sephiroth, who hadn't fully restored his barrier in the daze, square in the chest. He shouted something unintelligible as he rived in pain near the end of the deck, "You worthless fools spurn my judgment, I offer you paradise!" He regained his composure and charged the blue aura in his hand again, shooting it off across the deck at Fury and Rogers.

 

Ichigo quickly moved, disappearing and reappearing as he appeared in front of Nick Fury and Rogers when Sephiroth shot his blue aura and raised Tenza Zangestu. "Getsuga...Tenshou!" He cried out, Getsuga and Blue AUra colliding within the ship and causing a explosion that, needless to say, blew the deck off, exposing it to outside as Ichigo remained calm. "You won't be killing anyone, I won't allow it to happen!" Ichigo said firmly despite facing godlike power that is Sephiroth in his... well, godly state oh, let's not forget, probabay uses alot of hair conditioner.

Ventus telephatically commanded his WIngblades to strike the strike the middle fo the falling meteors and break them apart into smaller pieces whiel Inuyasha unleshed the Wind Scar upon the debris, OOO as SaGoZo continued to beat his chest, using gravity to pause the meteorites heading for him and anyone else nearby.

Since literally everything seemed to have been deflected by Safer-Sephiroth's barrier, that included Nove herself, who was sent rolling into the Helicarrier, righting herself just in time to see Sephiroth charging and firing some blue energy at a couple of the occupants of the vehicle.
"Like hell you are!" she said, the wheels of her weapon set, Jet Edge, grinding hard against the floor, quickly driving her directly between the two parties.
"Protection." Jet Edge announced, conjuring up a circular shield ahead of her automatically in order to defend with.
"Nice work, Jet Edge." she complimented, holding the energy back with the spell cast.
"Of course."

 

Darelen cried out in pain, he looked up. "What... do you want?" Another cry of pain, then he saw Vanille coming towards them. He looked to Shepard, who got the message. Grabbing Vanille he tried to pull her away. "Vanille! We have to run!" Darelen continued to cry out in pain.

Cloud stepped up to Sephiroth. "This is my fight. And my fight alone." He drew the his sword, and stood his epic battle-ready stance. "This is for my friends, the ones you killed. Either with you're blade, or indirectly. Zack. Aerith. This is for you!"

Charging at Sephiroth, he uses Firaga to fire three fireballs at him, then, when the fireballs have hit there target, he charges at Sephiroth in an attempt to stab him, then he jumps into the air and slams down*. Next he swings his sword and releases a blast of energy along the ground that explodes*. After this, he stands next to Fury and Rogers, waiting for Sephiroth's response.


*OOC: The abillites are called Climhazzard and Blade Beam.

 

"But I can't leave my friends!!!!!!!! I have to stop running!!!!" Vanille said to Shepard, nearly crying. Harry looked at her and asked, "But they're Cie'th, they can....... never return back to normal......... I regret what I said earlier.........." Vanille looked at him as he tried to wipe the tears from his eyes before looking down, she looked at Shepard, "What good would I be doing if I ran away? I can't abandon them, can I?"

 

Shepard was about to say something along the lines of 'are you out of you're mind?' when Vanitas knocked his grip on her, forcing him to let go. "I'm with her. I'd rather fight and lose than give up without even trying!" He stood, ready for the battle that was about to come. Shepard had now been moved by all this, so he got out his Collector Gun. Xigbar also stood ready, possibly because he wanted to fight Marluxia.

Darelen looked down on them. "Guys... run..."

As soon as Vanitas had spoken, something struck Orphan, exploding violently, and causing the fal'Cie to roar out in pain as it slowly slipped back into the liquid below.
The explosion had a secondary effect; namely, casting Darelen across the room, about to strike the ground... when somebody caught him.

"Miracles out of misery. You've got to be kidding me."
"Sure, we've all had better weeks."

The l'Cie... were somehow alive again.

 

Harry and Vanille were in shock when they heard the voices and looked to see if they weren't being fooled.

"Yeah, we have. Now lets make our own miracles."
"I heard that. Also, heroes never fall."

Standing there in front of them, were the four l'Cie who were previously Cie'th, Fang looked back at the shocked faces of the others, she smiled and said, "You coming, Vanille?" Vanille gasped and nodded, Harry smiled and changed into his dressphere into the Dark Knight, his helmet was different as it covered around his face with the look of a dragon, in his hand was a sword that resembled Ichigo's.

Darelen looked with shock. "You're... alive... but you can't be! You were Cie'th. Because of me..." He then noticed that Lightning was holding his weapon. Where the heck did she get that from?

Vanitas didn't know how to react... except to run to Fang and almost crush her with a hug. "You-- how di-- I mea-- wha--... Don't ever do that again." Shepard could not believe it, and he'd seen alot. The only people who were unphased by this was Richard and someone sitting in a chair next to him... "Joker?!" "The one and only!"
Joker looked... different, somehow.

Spoiler: Jokers new appearance

"How did you get here?" Joker laughed. "As if I'd miss out on the big reunion. Now come on! We've got some muderin' to do!" He chuckled a bit as he pulled out a giant BFGL... Boxer Fist Grenade Launcher. "Yeah, I can do that now."

"Could be more fal'Cie smoke and mirrors." Lightning said to Darelen, before walking up to him and handing him his weapon.
"Sorry. We made you go it alone. Even accused you of working for Orphan."
"Gao?" Saber Lion asked them, tilting her head with curiosity towards Lightning and the others.
"We were somewhere cold and dark, just... thinking about everything that happened until now."
"Then it was like we had a glimpse of the future. Everyone was smiling, laughing. Even Serah."
"Even Light." Sazh added, with a short laugh. "I dunno. It was a new Focus or something. Y'know, I'm thinking, didn't make sense of course, knowing we were worm-bait and all, but... as luck would have it, next thing I know I feel somebody pushing me right along."
"You were there too, Darelen. Same side. All of us." Lightning told him, a determined look on her face. "Together to the end."
Each of their l'Cie brands were now whited out, just like Fang's and Darelen's had been.

The moment was interupted by Orphan's renewed screaming, as the giant sword that was it's body fell completely into the water, still in flames from the attack that had hit it, as it changed back into the liquid that it came from, and was completely submerged.

 

Darelen grabbed his weapon, however he accidently also got Lightnings hand as well. He quickly took the weapon and looked away. However he couldn't help smiling... and... was he blushing slightly? He then looked up. Khione spoke to him. "See, you're not alone anymore." He smiled and looked at them all. "We're a new familiy now, I suppose. We stick together. No matter what." Then Orphan sunk.

Vanitas looked onwards. "You guys had the power to destroy this Cocoon I keep hearing about, and all this... which means you also have the power to save it."

Darelen's weapon had changed, the dual-blades looked very similar to that of SOLDIER swords, only the hilt was red, not blue. "You want you're day of wrath, do ya? Well, here it is!"

Joker added his part. "I've wanted to say this for a long time now..." He applied Ray Bands... "HERE'S JOHNNEH!!!"

 

"Sorry about that........" Fang held him close and looked toward Orphan's new form, Snow cracked his knuckles and stood ready. Vanille gripped her binding rod, smiling, as she stood by her friends. Yuna smiled, changing to Warrior and gripping the Brotherhood as she stood next to Harry, both were ready to fight. Fang twirled he spear and stood with the rest of the l'Cie.

"Granger, Weasley, I've been wondering and...... Why the bloody hell are you wielding those things?!!! Are you trying to show off?!!!" Draco asked, shouting loudly at his classmates. Hermione sighed and said, "No, Malfoy, these weapons are protect those dear to us. These are the gifts we received from that beautiful girl." "Besides, why would we fight with weapons to show off? We have better things to do than that, Malfoy. I'm sure you got a gift from her, too." Ron said, as if on cue, a light appeared in front of Draco and he grabbed it. When it faded, he looked at what he now had, a single handgun, it was silver with a single lime green line.

A shrill laughter suddenly filled the room: far different to that of Barthandelus, or any fal'Cie they had encountered before, as a bright light erupted from the pool. Slowly something rose from it. A rotating mass, golden in colour, levitating into the air, and slowly turning to face the l'Cie.

"You overreach yourselves." it stated, sounding condescending as it looked down on the l'Cie and their allies.
"No. We overreach you."
"Is that so?"
"You don't believe in anything. You gave up on life before you were even born. Sat poisoning Cocoon from the inside, waiting for somebody to come and destroy you. You think the end of the world is salvation. All you care about is death's release, so take it, and leave the rest of us alone. We don't think like that. When we think there's no hope left, we keep looking until we find some. Maybe Earth is past saving, but it's our home now, and we'll protect it or die trying! We live... to make the impossible possible. That is our Focus!"
Orphan yelled out in rage, before his expression changed to a disturbing grin, and the battle began anew...

OOC: This form is pretty much undamagable until Staggered. Once it is, Death will work on it.

 

Fang ran toward the mass and jumped, slashing at it. Snow followed her, jumping up and sending some punches toward it. Vanille, who remained in her Saboteur role, cast all of her debuffs on it, Harry joined casting debuffs because he was in Dark Knight, Yuna watched and smiled, still surprised at Harry's acceptance of the Garment Grid and dresspheres. Vanille was just glad her friends were back to normal.

 

Joker fired his BFG at Orphan, then drew his gunblade and started slashing at it. Vanitas cast Firaga and then also struck at it about 50 times.
Shepard continually fired his Collector Particle Beam Ray thing. Darelen cast ruin, then attacked a few times before using Blitz.
