Regarding the second arc: basically, after the Reapers attack (and win), most characters will be leaving Earth (not their choice) and being taken to where the majority of the second arc will take place. The characters that aren't taken will be the ones that people want to stop playing, whether permanently or for a short time is up to them.
Locations on Earth won't be used for 90% of the arc, which allows us to start with a fresh (read: not utterly anihilated) world without having to retcon anything into having never happened. And there will be a reason behind it, of course.

Also reserving Pyrrha Alexandra for the second arc, along with Axel (not from KH).

You know with this you can make everything that is happening right now in the Crossover Cove, people dying fighting U-D and the Empire, completely meaningless with this, right?

 

Can, won't. Like I said, no retcons, just a different place, and people can come in from different worlds to the one we have established.

 

Now I'm even more confused. Keep in mind I'm a complete idiot, so what your saying is that it is the same universe?

 

Nonono. Okay, basically everyone that people want to keep will be taken to the new world, and they'll still remember everything that's happened. The only difference will be where they are. New characters won't have the same memories, because they're new, and weren't there for it when it happened.

 

Define a "new world".

And why mess with the Time Stream to begin with to do all this? Yeah, probably spoilers but I'm just so damn confused...

 

By new world I'm talking about a habitable planet that exists outside of this dimension, made up of pieces of thousands of others. Think along the lines of the Digital World from Digimon and you're along the right sort of track.

Messing with the time stream because I can, and it's the easiest way for me to do it.

 

Umm... okay. So is this all because of the Reapers? Did you write yourself into a corner and this was the only way to resolve it? I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just trying to understand.

Nah, it's cool bro, BIU wasn't here when that was said, and what I've told him is nothing.

Don't worry about it. I can try to make things make more sense when they happen anyway, but basically everyone people want to keep playing will leave Earth and end up on the new planet, where the arc will take place. It's simple as that really, the reasons will be found out as the plot goes along.
