Lily is an artificial being known as Strosek, the fourth in the series, in fact. She appears to be part of the Eclipse system, which also includes the Divider and the Bible of Silver Cross, as she is referred by several characters as a Reactor.

Lily appears to have a meek, delicate personality, preferring to express herself wordlessly, with mimic and gestures, which is probably influenced by her frail constitution.​

I don't have any policy against you returning, especially if you had to leave due to school/issues/etc. I'm not going to fault you or anything.
Anyone can join at any time, although if somebody were to leave I'd ask that they possibly rap up their characters involvement or relinquish command to someone else.

First, any character even if it ranges to Sonic the hedgehog, is welcome.
Second... Harry Potter has already been taken... and even if he wasn't, why would you give him a Keyblade? Harry Potter has nothing to do with the Keyblade. (I mean, we have out of character things, sure, but you'd need to justify it somehow. Not that it matters, as I said, Mr.Potter has already been taken)

Also, It's usually common courtesy to ask permission to join the RP by providing the required character sheet that is usually requested in the first post.
This allows the RPmaker to make sure everything is all okay first, and it allows the new RPer to know where they stand. etc

Look, if you don't like Sonic the Hedgehog, then you shouldn't be joining this RP. I am the one who is role-playing as Mr. Harry Potter, and when you role play as a character, it's best to keep them in character. And I make sure I play my characters in character.

Mr. Bushy is right, and honestly, if Harry was to be given a weapon other than his wand (since I'm going with year three here), it would be the sword of Gryffindor because that is the only weapon he has experince with.

 

...To be fair. It isn't so much giving him a keyblade that is the problem. I mean, we have lots of going out of character all the time. And I mean, look at me (the character me)... I'm like a fricking god in the RP.
I was just saying that you need something to justify it with. That's all.

And I was just simply pointing out that all characters are welcome, as is in Droid's manifesto.
And that Harry was taken.
