Additional Info: He is a former Time Agent from the 51st century. He is known to hit on most anyone (dare I say most anything?) he meets, and is a faithful ally to the Doctor and his companions. He first met Rose Tyler in WWII Britain, but he's also been acquainted with companions like Sarah Jane Smith, Martha Jones and, briefly, Donna Noble. He is now a member of the secret British government group Torchwood, and is responsible for dealing with alien threats and protecting the country (and the world on more than one occasion).

No, River would just be pushing it too much. Jack could always be fighting in the war against evil!Sora in Sky City.
