    Additional Info: Leader of the terrorist group, the KPSA, Ali Al was the one responsible who changed Setsuna and many other children from Krugis into child soldiers for the Solar Wars, becoming a mercenary-for-hire which led to a unexpected reunion with Setsuna. However, he doesn't care for innocent lives and only lives to earn money for killings.
