Additional Info: Janus is resurrected after the death of Beatrice. He is able to transform into a demon and is experienced with handling a custom bayonet ARM, as well as inhuman blades such as the Dark Spear.

Quick note; anybody with a couple of characters not taking part in the tournament or watching it is welcome to appear in the city that is under attack, but with two conditions;
1. Limiting it to two characters in the city per RPer, so that things don't get too out-of-hand there.
2. No outright villians for the timebeing. You can have somebody who is usually a villain help defend the city, however.

Additional Info: A Japanese schoolgirl who has an intense fascination with Ryu. She has managed to copy and learn some of Ryu's techniques, but really wants him to train her personally. She is currently training under Dan Hibiki alongside Blanka.

We don't specifically tell people they're accepted anymore. We generally only say something if there's a problem with it, which there isn't.

Additional Info: Dan is a street fighter who's fighting style, named Saikyo, is very similar to Ryu and Ken's. However, Dan's moves tend to be weaker.
Dan is currently the teacher of Sakura Kasugano and Blanka.

Additional Info: Marcus is a sergeant in the Coalition of Ordered Governments, or C.O.G. for short. He is one of the Coalition's best soldiers, as shown through his efficiency on the battlefield. There was an incident, however, that caused him to be arrested and stripped of his title years ago. Since then, he has proven himself yet again and regained his title of Sergeant. Marcus prefers to use the C.O.G. Standard-Issue Lancer Rifle when in combat.

Yes, you can. And there's plenty of programs you can use to make banners; Photoshop and GIMP are the most common.

Is your character a villain?

 

Despite the fact his appearance and skills were used in reference to Wild Arms 2's main protagonist, he is a villain.

 

Right... that makes things a little difficult. The only three places available right now are at the tournament, where you'd be doing very little for a while yet, in the city, where we can't really have any true villains, and in the Evil Council, which is more for people that fail at being villains.
