Info: A super soldier created with the cells of the alien life form JENOVA. He was Shinra's top agent in their super squad SOLDIER, but after learning about his past, he goes psychotic and threatens the world for his mother (JENOVA). He simply believes that once his mother is happy, he will be able to become the ruler of this world. After an attempt to use the Black Materiea and summon meteor and all of the WEAPON monsters and failing by defeat by Cloud Strife and his friends, everyone believes Sephiroth is dead right? Wrong, one day he wakes up, to find himself alive and in his original form, and he doesn't know why. He seems to have awaken in another world, deemed to continue his goal last time, regardless of the world; he sets out to destroy this new world he has awaken in, and kill anyone who gets in his way.

 

And we may now have our Tifa-killer.
Also, there is no 'somebody'. The banners are my work. Now you have two characters I will bother making one, if that's what you're asking for, but later.

What exactly is everyone st Sky City supposed to do?

 

That is an excellent question that I've been pondering...I don't presently have any influence there so I'd first suggest resurrecting Yoda wherever he is and have him sense a disturbance in the force or something. Other than that see what Marluxia is doing or form into other groups.

 

For now, settle in and gather themselves. Talk to Yoda, see what he wants, meet L, etc.
We don't need fighting 24/7, I'm sure most of you will agree, so take the time to test out how the many different characters interact. Could be interesting.
If it goes on a little too long, don't worry; I have something (yet to be discussed with Droid) that should happen in the not-too-distant future of this RP that should cause a bit of excitement.

Game/Anime/Etc. the Character is from: Doctor Who
Additional Info: Creator of the Daleks and last of the Kaleds. One genius among genuises, he is almost on par with The Doctor but not quite. Believes that through the Daleks, he can become the supreme being and ruler of the universe, and possibly reality itself. Has a long history with The Doctor, which goes all the way back to the Fourth Doctor. Confined to a wheelchair that doubles as his life support system. Though his only means of attacking are firing bolts of electricity out of his prosthetic hand and cybernetic eye, he can single-handedly create an entire empire of Daleks to fight for him...or at least have them keep him alive for his knowledge and intelligence combined with his creativity. Survived the destruction of the Crucible at the Medusa Cascade via Emergency Temporal Shift, which has drained quite a bit of power from his life support chair.

Game/Anime/Etc. the Character is from: Doctor Who
Additional Info: Though a replica of the one seen in the Crucible, it is essentially the same being. Recently created from one of Davros' own cells, it is always seen with Davros and seems to be very loyal to him. Like all Daleks, it truly believes that anything that isn't a Dalek is inferior and should die, though Davros seems to be an exception for some reason. Equipped with the usual Dalek weaponry, but has its very own design to differentiate its superiority and authority over standard Daleks. Has limited field of vision and no indoor voice.

 

AT LAST!!! THE DOCTOR NOW HAS ENEMIES!!!! YEEEEHAAAAW!!!

Anywho, some notices that no one cares about....
1: I've recently got Final Fantasy XIII(never thought I'd get a FF... I was wrong) SOOOOO I may be a little less active because its such and awesome game.
2: As soon as we're aloud fifth characters... my fifth character will approach someone and ask them to take out Ansem(because he's fulfilled his usefullness), and so, I'll have another slot open for a character I'd like to reserve... a character by the name of Hope.(Yes, the same one from FF XIII.)
3: .... there dosn't really NEED to be a three now, does there?
