Well... Tifa could throw herself off Sky City after hearing about Clouds death from Marluxia(who was, of course, lying to get rid of her)... but now we deffinately need Axel.
Oh btw, whenever reading the conversasion between Xion and Fang... you MUST have Xion's theme playing.

Okay, well Tifa's a main character really, so her death should be dramatic I think. I know mine will be later on, after all.
So I'm thinking, what if you wait just a little while, until the next fight at least (I'm sure it won't be long), and have her take a particularly strong attack for Marluxia?
Yes, she doesn't really like him... but does she need to protect him? She's that kind of person, after all?
Then, later on, it'd give a great opportunity for Marly to get soem character development. Feeling responsible for her death etc.

 

Technically, he can't feel until he gets a heart via KH but after that maybe.

There are so many plotholes involving emotions of nobodies its not even funny.
