Sephiroth came in through the roof of the Saint's Cradle and called himself a god, then Terminator appeared in front of him. Also Jail sent the Terminator back in time in the first place about a year ago, but went even further back in time than it did, meaning he's there to equip Terminator with any weapon for the situation. And he potentially knows everything that Sephiroth is going to do.
Also the biker was Kittan.
