Nagisa is technically already dead, several of my other characters are not technically alive in the first place, and other blargy things.

 

Well the Sorrow can talk to the dead. He can even take people to a place where the ghosts of those they killed will attack them. Like so:

My dead characters can already talk, and most of my characters have never killed.

 

True. BUT, what about all the character that have killed used by others? The Doctor(s) for example, have killed.

If they didn't kill anyone, then I hope they enjoy taking long walks in rivers full of dead fish and gnashing skulls while The Sorrow fires long, twisting, extremely painful psychic blasts at them that usually involve implanting a grainy image into their heads. And even if they didn't kill anyone, a ghost will always appear from behind anyone who goes underwater to hold them down until they get up.

If they're already dead, however, then instead of having them trek through that river, he'll straight up force them back into the spirit world so they truly stay dead.

 

The Sorrow was always one of my favorite Cobra Unit members.

 

I think that one would be slightly unfair. Can't kill anyone's characters without their permission, even if there's an easy way back from it. Plus some characters are beyond life or death classifications.

 

So far The Sorrow has only done this with ghosts in canon. There is no evidence that he can do this with anything else that is techically dead or undead.

So those with 'dead' characters should be alright.
