Kay, thought I give my two cents.

On a somewhat unrelated note, DT, did you hear that Gilgamesh is going to be a playable servant in Fate/Extra CCC?

The three servants from the first game are back, yes. They also get alt. outfits as well.

    Saber alt. outfit

    Archer alt. outfit

Caster alt. outfit Look at that fucking hat! I want that hat!

    Also,

    Extra!Gil

Gil's class hasn't been confirmed yet but we all know it's Archer. And now I have to wonder if there is going to be alternates to Saber and Caster? Hopefully Shakespeare will show up, cause he is the shit.

That's a pretty dress Saber is wearing. I want that dress.
Also I recognise Archer's outfit from somewhere...

Saber Bride, yeah. I'd heard of it actually, now I think about it. Will have to consider using that outfit at some point for her part in CC.
No, though it does looks like an Emiya version of what Gil wore as a civilian outfit.
The popularity of his writings. Schools have been doing it for decades.

Okay, so from what I've seen it pretty much affects everyone who uses magic regardless of whatever differences in their magic systems of their home universes. So now my question is, how would it effect a Chaos Sorceror or Warp enities from Warhammer 40k (Abaddon's universe)?

In WH40k magic is really more or less psychic powers (and yes, there are people who can throw lightning with their minds) and Daemons aren't really magical supernatural beings as they are psychological manifestations of thoughts, desires and emotions of every living creature in the galaxy. But psyker powers have been called magic at points within WH40k, so would they still be effected?

Well I've pretty much left it to the judgement of the players of those characters, hence why the Nobodies are apparently unaffected.
But to be honest, the move working like that is likely a one-time thing. It's not the kind of thing he would choose to do were he in control of himself anyway.

Concerns? Well Thoma is brokenly strong, so I can see why you'd be concerned.

Yeah, it was a 'Holy crap' moment when it happened in the manga too. It single-handed stopped both sides of a huge battle, and that was with a complete miss. .___.
