Now can Superman use all his fancy powers? Super Strength, super speed, heat vision, kick Goku's ass. Sure, sure. Or he could use... THE WABBAJACK!

 

At first he'll be weaker, because Disgaea's light source doesn't provide solar rays, which he needs.

 

Yeah, I was actually going to bring that up weither or not the Disgaea's light source produces any kinda of solar radiation. Question answered!

But Superman should probably, by RP canontinuity, still have plenty of power left over from before Disgaea appeared.

 

He will have power to spare for now, but he'd have to be careful how he uses it. He'll get back up to full strength later, when he needs it.

 

No doubt, and over time he'll run through his current amount of energy. Especially if he engages in battle. Though he has been shown that even without Yellow sunlight he's shown to be incredabily strong. Hell, in one comic he has been shown to be able to bench press the weight of the Earth (approximately 6 sextillion tons) for 5 days, while inside (and thus deprived of replenishing his reserves of solar energy).

Of course without the charging of a yellow sun, his strength would probably be on par for a human of his height and weight who engages in regular physical activity.

 

All of that is completely correct.

 

Of course a way for Supes to get more Solar energy is for either a) find a source of artifical yellow (or blue which makes him even more powerful) sunlight or b) Disgaea gets an actual sun.

 

One or more of those will happen much later.
