Well since I only have one villain (even though he is in reserve), mind adding in Hades from Saint Seiya?

 

I'm kinda unfamiliar with him (lol no idea), but if you can link me to a video of him, preferably in HD if you can find, then I most definitely will.

 

Mine would currently be Reapers and Lordgenome, maybe with a bit of Ribbons, though he's small-time right now.
That's about it.

 

Here is the 1 episode he appears in (Hades is obviously the black haired guy kicking ass). The only video I can find without subs (but do note this is the last episode of the series)

Speaking of villains, Ali Al is completely forgotten and there's Umbridge and Ivan Ooze. Since Droid does not know about Basco, I'll call him a anti-hero. I need to plan Ali Al's return.

There has to be a law somewhere against having that much of one color and the kitten plates were too much.
