Oh, yeah, can't believe I forgot City Escape has that in it's lyrics...Heck, I was just playing the Generations version of City Escape less than a day ago.
Anyway; Maybe these speedy good guys could join up with Sonic sometime. I think they would work well together.

 

It'd be possible. I mean, Pan is pretty friendly, although in the case of these guys... it's just that they happen to be fast. lol
Sonic's thing is obviously his speed.

Lol, alrighty then. Even if it were possible, Sonic's already in the epic group that is Team Dai-Gurren, so I think he's set group-wise for a while.

 

Is she good or evil?

I don't think we are counting Super forms and the such into this debate.

Also, Rainbow Dash (as a pony) is also faster. She is able to fly at mach 10 and breach the sound barrier.

We all suspect that there will be stronger characters then the ones we have.

 

I wanna do a post of Rainbow Dash doing the Sonic Rainboom.

 

It is shadow instead of sonic but the principal is the same. And it is a dbz character so it applies.

Nobody in Touhou is good or evil. The closest there is to true good is Reimu, and she doesn't always bother to do anything about events.
Sakuya tends to lean more towards good I guess, on account that she used to be a vampire/demon hunter. It depends on what Remilia Scarlet (Flandre's older sister, and Sakuya's master) tells her to do.

On another note, Fate and Levi are probably a bit faster than Sonic, and Thoma is even faster than them.

 

Well Jeebus, now it feels like Sonic is one the slowest in the RP. THANKS FOR CRUSHING MY DREAMS, GUYS!!! *goes to pout in a corner*

Nah, I kid again. It just means that Sonic'll have to find ways to replicate the Speed-Shoe powerup from the games if he wants to outrun the others. :3
