I really don't know my point, but I've been feeling insulted lately.

I'm trying to help with a strategy against the enemy, but everyone tells me to shut up. I can't simply get it out of my head, and I'm trying to warn people not to get me violent. I don't want to hurt anyone emotionally. I know the Reapers are invulnerable right now, but how long can we handle being weaker than them in the story?

 

Few things I wanted to comment on, not really been on for the last few days. I've got a three days weekend now though.

I said I'm considering people. Everyone is considered if they ask, or are a frequent member of the RP.
I could just start the next arc myself, something I've considered.
Not that I'm rejecting people. I'm not sure yet what I want to do, we've got plenty of DT's arc left right now to not worry about this.

Also, I've got a new character I'm adding to my roster, it's an OC that I'll go into further depth about later.

I know that feeling, bro. Nobody likes being weaker than their enemy. But I will tell you that DT/Nagisa knows what he's doing, I promise you that. There will come a time when we'll all be able to fight back, you just have to be patient. As long as you're patient, I promise you that you will not be disappointed.

Until DT says we are allowed. Your strategy was that you thought we could beat them without doing research on them and didn't hear what DT say about them. We need to obey the rules of the person running the arc. You shouldn't feel disgraced because your ideas weren't accepted, we accept everyone's creativity in this rp.

 

It's cool. I just wanted to make sure nobody thought I had promised them something, for me to then do something different.

At the moment, in terms of canon, there is no strategy against the enemy.
The 'strategy' to be used in the plot has already been worked out well in advance so to speak and will be introduced later in the plot. It's not that people are telling you to shut up, but more that it's already been taken care of and doesn't need to be addressed again.

Also, warning people to not get you violent? From what I've seen, nobody has done anything to provoke violence from you and there has been no need to even get violent anyway.
The simple fact is, we'll handle being weaker than the reapers as long as it takes. That's just how it works. The plot has been worked out as we have expressed before. It'll happen at a certain point.

Please let's not bring this all up again though. It's already been said that it shouldn't be. I mean what...
it's been perhaps a day or so since it was last bought up and a member of staff got involved themselves to aid with the issue.
Before you claim this as a 'shut up' or whatever. This isn't that in the slightest. It's just that there is nothing more to talk about that hasn't already been covered.
Again, covering old ground repeatedly is pointless when it won't make a slight bit of difference.

Again, and this isn't meant to seem harsh, but if the RP is really frustrating you this much because of such a thing, then maybe you need to consider the option of leaving?
It's not that I want you to leave. I don't want anyone to leave if we can avoid it, trust me.
All I'm saying is... if it's stressing you out as much as you claim it is etc, then it clearly can't be a good thing for you.
Because the other fact is that it is clearly sapping enjoyment out of the experience for you which is in turn effecting everyone else's experience of the RP.

Nobody else seems to have an issue with this Reaper thing other than you... so all I can suggest is having some patience with it, or... yeah... consider the leaving option, because I can tell you now that the Reapers won't be beaten for a while yet.

But yeah. Take my comments however you will, but please be assured I mean no insult with them. I'm just being direct instead of dodging around the issues etc.

 

Believe me, I've dealt with more disappointment in various forms than most people (that I know) throughout my 16 years on this planet, I'm not one to get my hopes up that much.

 

By the way, would anyone like to describe Wild Arms 2 songs that would fit in situations like last resort assaults?

 

Sorry, but I don't know any Wild Arms songs. So can't help you there.

 

What I meant was I would post videos of songs or extended tracks and you guys could let me think how they would fit for the RP. Not like they're going to be on the soundtrack or anything.

 

That's more or less up to you. I don't ask people for their opinions, I go with what I feel fits.
