Additional Info: Mentally unstable serial killer Cletus Kasady, who bonded with the symbiote known as Carnage, can be easily considered more powerful than the combined forces of Spider-Man and Venom. The symbiote that he bonded with can make him a force to be reckoned with, as he can slash his enemies with blade-like projectiles and sharp claws while being while performing his movements with inhuman stretching and some regeneration, also able to use red tentacles to his advantage. If one has great experience with a symbiote, they can note Carnage is weak to loud noises and fire, like other symbiotes.

There has been on more then one occasion where they've tried to kill eachother.

 

That's not dysfunctional at all for Symbiotes. Venom even says so himself in the Toxin issues.

 

Really? Huh, didn't know that.

 

He claims that love between a father and son symbiote is perverse and unnatural, and attempting to murder each other is the total norm. Progenation is still a priority however, and as such Venom wanted to protect Toxin at first. Of course, then Toxin turned out to be more like Spider-Man than either of the current symbiotes and they teamed up to try and kill Toxin anyway, but the thought was there.
