Okay. This doesn't mean I cant attempt it. You said I cant kill them, doesn't mean I cant... wound one of them a bit...

I wasn't aware that metal could be wounded.

Well... technically he could try and wound a Reaper. It just wouldn't work.
He'd be killed in a second. Maybe 2 seconds if he is lucky. So it's inadvisable.

I read they were a little organic on the wiki. And you can hurt metal. You can dent it, you can weaken it by means of heat and cold

Wouldn't work since one... their shields.
Two... they're made out of not ordinary metal, so what you're saying wouldn't work anyway.
Three. My reason stated above. You'd be killed before you even got a chance to launch an attack that was powerful enough.

They're made up of organics that have been crushed down and turned into metal. This is physically feasible in reality, it would just take a lot of work to accomplish.
The fact is that to get to the metal, you would need to get past their barrier. To get to their barrier you would need to get past their shields. All the while you would have all the other Reapers in the area firing at you with no care whether or not they hit other Reapers. You would definitely die before you managed to even reach the lower percentage of their shields.
Feel free to attack the Reapers if you want, but I will not be held responsible when your character loses their life.

    Quick question:

Are the Gullwings from KH considered seperate incarnations from the ones in FFX-2? Personally, they are, but I was wondering since itd be funny to have them meet the real Gullwings

I'm afraid those would be the same characters actually. It's like how our Cloud is from KH, FFVII, and Dissidia.

I put on Yuna's wikia page that she is from KH, FFX/X-2, and Dead Fantasy (the reason for her summoner dress), and StardustXtreme put references her from Dissidia 012, so she is from that game as well.

I won't die if I have a shield. I do have characters on my team that can greatly increase defense and make me invulnerable for a specific amount of time. I could survive for 30 seconds with one characters shield. That would give me time to figure out their shields are invulnerable for the mean time. I have another character who has the ability to find a weak spot. She also can see anything anywhere. Using a spirit that can be used to spy on the reapers. They may be indestructible but its nice way to spy.

And they still wouldn't stand a chance with all that. What shield would protect from a laser made of molten metal that can destroy entire buildings with just a brief sweep?
Basically, if you want to go up against them like that, you'd better have a fast character to start. Also bear in mind that the large ones are around two kilometers tall, and the smaller ones are still 200m, making them as tall as most skyscrapers. A dent would not be a wound. It would be like you being bit by a bug.

Magical shields go a loooong way. Yes, 1 bugbite won't do much. It will be irritating however. Now if they were multiple bites, that could leave someone very irritated, distracted, and open to injury. I am just thinking strategically. It would work in theory. I know it won't do anything, but I am just trying to have some fun.
