    Not really feasible. There's no way he'd be able to pierce their kinetic barriers, shields, and then armour, to kill even one, nevermind several. Unless I'm missing something here, he's just not got the power to do it.

    Enough to pretty much take any hit head-on with no real issue. And that's just the small ones. In Mass Effect, it took an entire fleet firing at one from orbit for quite a while to stop one. And that was a small one.
    That and if one of their beams hit you, there's nothing left to regenerate from.
