Creatures of the Night

Wolfe smiled, then slowly burst into laugher, her ringin voice echoing through the empty road.

 

Luciana smirked once more before putting her cloak back on, her entire body shrouded in the dark due to the cover the cloak provided.

 

Wolfe shook her head, and continued towards where she was going in the first place: down the main road, which was dangerous, as she was going east, in the direction of the rising sun.

 

Luciana quickly broke into a humans house with her lockpicks. Keeping her hood up, she leaned over a man who was curled up in his bed. She sunk her fangs into his flesh, her mind turning to bliss as the lood flowed down her throat.

 

Ryo walked down the streets with his hands in his pockets and his eyes closed. He then stoped and sighed and looked up at the sky

 

Jessica shrugged.
"Just because I'm following you, doesn't mean I can't take care of myself..." she began. Her head started hurting and she felt dizzy for a moment. Her brain was trying to remember something, and she didn't feel it was the right time to.

 

"Fine you can follow me till your satisfied", Raine stated not looking back at her as they approached a tall appartment building, "It's not like I can shake you now that you've followed me back to where I reside. I will get a dry change of clothes and then i'll have my daily feed", he said as he opened the door to the the building and headed for the elevator pressing the button outside it.

 

"I will only become satisfied if you dance with me," she said, a frail smile on her head. Few memories shot through her eyes, as if they were a few clicks. It made her slightly weary, but she couldn't help but stumble slightly.

 

Raine stopped her from turning the stumble into a fall, "Fine, if it'll make you leave me alone", he said as the elevator door opened and he stepped inside. Pressing the button for the 7th floor and waiting for the doors to close.

 

She couldn't help but grin. Her pearly white teeth shined and she almost looked to cry in joy. She giggled and dashed for the stairs. It was a necessity for the stairs. She was quick in running, she'd be there in a minute flat. She didn't dare change from her dress.

 

Raine waited patiently as the elevator took him to the 7th floor. The irritating yet comical music bellowed from the speakers in the corners and the mirror behind him cast no reflection.

 

She made it to the top of the stairs, faster than what she expected. She took a big deep breath and went to the roof. It was more beautiful than the one she usually went to. The roof was a silver color, instead of the ugly stone color. It was still raining, and she went to the middle, already dancing to the same song in her head.

 

Raine went to his appartment and changed his clothes to something similar but dry. Afterwards he opened a window and using the rain he picked up the scent of the girl who had followed him on the roof. So she wants to be up there, typical vampire attitude, he thought as he locked up his appartment and took the stairs to the roof.

 

She continued dancing. More memories began fluttering past her brain, more little flashes of pictures. It was too fast for her. She'd wondered if she would make it through the dance with the guy she met. She hadn't even asked for his name. She needed to know her hero's name.

 

Raine stood at the open door to the rain soaked roof. He watched as she danced dizzily about, With any luck she be too dizzy to dance, he thought.

 

She staggered slightly as she came to a stop. She held her hand up to her forehead, hoping to calm herself. Every picture felt like a quick turn on a twisted swing. She looked up, the pictures finally fading away. Her past was becoming more visible now, but needed to put the puzzles together. She decided not to worry about it too much, and stretched softly, trying to get the pops in her back and arms. She waited for her Hero.

 

Raine remained where he was not exactly willing but he knew he'd not escape the dance no matter how long he took, it was the ultimate feign hero trap.

 

Jessica felt the storm increase after a few minutes. It was much stronger, more energetic than she thought. She couldn't wait to dance with Mr. Hero. She's still have to ask for his name.

 

"Can we hurry this up, I'd like to get back to my usual routine as soon as possible", Raine commented getting impatient as he would begin to starve if it took to long. He longed for the taste of blood, as he does every night but he only ever had and needed one person per day.

 

Wolfe strolled down the small pathway. looking up, she seen various dark clouds rolling in. she smiled, knowing it was going to rain soon.
