"I seem to have made a mistake." he said, walking over to them.

 

Raine kept walking hearing the words, they hurt him even though it was a thanks, "If the cops where around they would of done it, not me", he called back not looking at them as he moved onto the other side of the street. Though the cops probably would of killed you afterwards, he thought adding to the sentence.

 

"I apologize for the misunderstanding. It appears I arrived too late and mistook you for the one causing her harm." he said.

 

She frowned, following after him.
"Screw cops... They'd kill me, for being what we are," she said, frowning. She walked faster and stopped in front of him. "Please reason. You saved me and you're my hero," she said, almost in a bare whisper.

 

Raine looked at the girl with dead, cold eyes, "Your better off with the guy with the gun", he said, "I work alone, I prefer alone, I am alone" he said as he turned away seeming to brood.

 

She continued following him.
"What is your deal? Can't you just accept being a hero?" she asked. The ran pelted on her face making it hard for her to keep up with him and to see, even with her enhanced senses.

 

He shrugged and started to leave.

 

"I'm not a hero, I did it because I thought no one else would. I was wrong obviously", he replied as he kept walking through the rain keeping his head down so it wouldn't hit face and get in his eyes. His black coat was now like the water itself as the rest of his clothes felt like they where his skin because they where sticking that much.

 

She tried keeping up with him. She shivered and kept next to him.
"Would you honor me with a dance?" she asked bluntly and randomly. She hadn't asked anyone to dance with her before. He seemed nice, and he seemed like he had another side to him. One that he was hiding.

 

Raine stopped and remembered vaugly a part of his past, "I don't dance, not anymore", he said before walking again. He couldn't smell the others scent, "Great, my only chance of ditching you left", he mumbled.

 

She frowned.
"Please?" she begged. She hadn't thought very much about a dance partner. "Dancing is something that is a part of me. I'd love to dance with you," she said softly.

 

"I don't think you understand the meaning of alone", he said as his thoughts of the past where mixing with the present moment. The rain was still coming down hard making Raine seek shelter again as he turned away from the girl and into a porch again. The rain dripped from him like a broken tap.

 

Hidan headed back to his house under the bridge, full and content.

 

She shook her head.
"Why be alone? There's no one to talk to, no one to care for... No one to love," she said, hoping he would at least open up to her. She was good at talking to others, because she never had problems in her life that she knew of. Her past was all but a blur to her.

 

"Love doesn't matter to me anymore, it had its chance and gave me eternal suffering", He said leaning against the closed buildings door, "Don't get your hopes up, i'm no hero, i'm just a broken man who can't die and kills to live", he said still seeming to be brooding, feeling nothing positive but the blood of yesterdays victim in his vains.

 

He reached his house and went inside.

 

"You may not think it, but there's a part of you, deep down, that is still a loving and caring person..." she said, looking down. Her hands ached, and her nose started to get stuffy. She sneezed softly, covering with a tissue in her pocket.

OOC: Nothings really happened. Just bring your character out into the night or something.

BIC: "Gesuntight", he said after she sneezed. Raine waited a moment before speaking again, "Why are you following me?" he asked escaping from her trying to get into his head.

 

Wolfe sat, looking out into the horizon. she felt a sudden drop in temperature as a cool blow of wind drifted her way. she sighed, taking another puff of her ciggurette - a small human habit to take away the craving of blood.
