He kept running and then jumped onto a roof, jumping from roof to roof.

 

She danced her way over to the edge of the building, standing ontop of it. Her playground was ready for exploration. She was becoming slightly frenzy-ish. She needed to feed soon. Her beauty still remarked her. She ran in her glass slippers to the edge, jumping off the skyscraper. She was like a falling star now.

 

Raine stood inside the building and looked at all the well dressed people and compared them to his black street clothes. He didn't fit in and could tell someone would soon kick him out or worse know what he is and kill him. He stepped back through the door out of shelter into the rain again.

 

Hidan jumped from rooftop to rooftop, searching for prey.

 

She did a flip in the air, her dress catching up with her. She landed solid on the pavement. her body was drenched in water and she looked up, her eyes red and hungry. She scowled through the city, looking in every alleyway for some thug or another.

And there he was. His posture reeked of a teenage killer. She walked down the alleyway, poking his shoulder.
"Excuse me sir, I'm lost," she began in her helpless tone. It was the same routine every night for her. Become faked kidnapped, which is what she called it, make him take her to a secure location, and kill him, so they wouldn't find the body. It was a perfect stradegy for her. He pulled the gun out, like she expected. "Get around the corner, and don't make a peep," his sly voice began. It was like taking candy from a baby. Of course her face scrunched up like the look of a scared girl, which is what anyone would do if they were in any real danger.

 

He found a group of guys with a sack of money that had the logo of the bank on it. He pounced on the one in back, and smashed the heads of the other two. He dumped the bodies of the other two in the sewer, and began feeding on the one he pounced on and knocked unconscious.

Raine kept walking passing the sound of sirens amongst the rain. He didn't care for the events of the world, human or vampire, he cared only for his safety as he was the only one left of the people he knew. It had been over 150 years since he was turned into the man he is today.

Once he was finished, and the man dead, he started praying. He prayed to Cel, the Italian god of the underworld, wishing that they find peace there, even if they did commit crimes in this world. He grabbed the money and returned it to the bank, fleeing afterwards.

 

Jessica started walking around the corner, the barrel of the gun pointing at her back. This guy now felt a little strange. She's dealt with many others before, but he seemed different. She looked back with her eyes, seeing he had his ultraviolet light in his hands. She shuddered as a cool sweat went down the side of her face, and her eyes were wide. She made it to an old beat down brown car. She changed her mind about this guy now. He was prepared for a vampire attack, and she had no way out of it. She took a step and already started running. He grabbed her by the waist and she screamed loudly. Her scream echoed through the alleyways and streets, and she was surprised to hear it come back to her.

 

Raine heard a girls scream near him, he wasn't the type to be get involved but he couldn't see anyone else around to help her. He started running, kicking himself in his head as he ran. He came across a guy and a girl, the man smelt human but the girl didn't. He dashed quickly until shoulder barging into the man hoping to knock him down and free the girl.

 

He heard the scream and ran full speed to where she was. He saw the guy and the light. He took out his gun and put it against his head. "Let the lady go, and I won't blow your brains out." he said in his thick Italian accent.

 

Jessica felt the man thwarted behind her as she fell to the ground. She looked up, the rain water trickling off her face. She heard footsteps behind her, listening to teh man run off.. It didn't make sense as to why he would, while he's got a gun and flashlight...The water weighed down her dress, keeping her towards the ground. She breathed heavily and shivers went up her spine. She wanted to cry, like she was a kid again. She couldn't remember much, but crying was something she always feared.

Raine watched the man flee. He had done something he wouldn't normally do and needed to go before anything else happened. He began walking away.

BIC: He heard the scream and got there as soon as he could. He saw the man and assumed he was the one who made her scream. He held his gun against the mans head. "Leave now, or I'll blow your brains out." he said, in his Italian accent.

"Wait! Please!" she called out, standing up. She ran next to him, her eyes batting away the tears.
"Thank you," she said, feeling grateful to him.

Raine looked at the girl and the new guy holding a gun towards him. He looked away without an answer, he didn't want to be the hero, he had no right.

 

He lowered his gun and asked "Are you alright miss?"

 

Jessica looked at the guy with the gun. She grabbed it and twisted his hand behind his back using the gun. She grabbed it and pushed him against the wall, holding it to his head.
"Vampire or not, I'll kill you right now for threatning someone who has just saved my life," she said in her English accent, pushing him away from her. She broke the gun in half with her strength and threw it at him. Seh turned back to the guy who had stopped the thug...
"I'm not one to complain about being abducted, but I didn't see him ready to fight a vampire. I still thank you," she said.
