Implemented Creativity Corner

Why hasn't the staff position for this section and subsections been filled since Rosey's depature from staff?

 

As it stands there is no one. But if there is to be someone I wish it would not just be a person who takes the section lightly, there is much to clean and organize there. I would not like to have someone there who didn't do that. That section is just as important as any other.

 

It isn't just the Creativity Corner. The entire Off Topic section is also without mods. That place collects a lot of spam and sometimes necro bumps. Hobbies And Activites are also spam and bump magnets. It might be good if the current mods were expanded over to these sections.

 

There are other sections without mods, like the intro forum. We should fix this

So to fix this, should staff hire more Mods or expand powers to the others?

 

You're right. If we get a mod who could go into CC and Hobbies, and expand one for the Off-topic section, then it would be fine. But as I said, the Creativity Corner is a mess at the moment. Poems in the wrong section still needing to be moved, stickies to unstick and many other things that could be done to it. It has many things to be done, because we have a creative community here. It needs organizing and some other things. And this mod could also have hobbies and Activities, those two sections.

The off topic is bigger, so that's another story.

Which part? You mean off-topic? Or the first one that has the rules and what not? I know that part can be handled by S.mods and reporters have the news part covered. But if it is intro it comes as part of off-topic, so if that whole part gets a mod...

 

That section is pretty bad, though, they all are. But I haven't paid attention to any other section besides that. No one even reads the first post D: They just copy and paste the same gretting.

But what I have seen of the Creativity Corner, I'll have to agree with Breakeven.
