Hmmm...maybe a c4d, erase some parts, set it to screen or lighten and see how it looks. Nothing super fancy though.
Or a small bit of pentooling. I saw someone do that with a tag similar to this once and it looked nice, but I'm not that great so I don't really know.

If your tag has "4000" fx on it, why don't you take the huge chunk of neg space and darkness out and let us see the fx ploxz.
