The background and the text is not fitting.
It just looks like a mess because it is so much in it(I mean the text and the background is placed very messy upon each other.)
And the text cover Keigo's head. that's not god.
(and Rukia is cut out O.O)

Well at least the pic of picture was good (: 4,5/10
