I'm not a fan of this one. The positioning of the stock just isn't right, his head and his hand is encompassing, like, the entire tag. I like the blending you did on him, but the scan lines have got to go, as well as the squares & checkerboards and stuff. Text isn't horrid but it's not great either: add your text very early into the tag, it will be easier to make it fit with the rest of the effects.

Read some tutorials. I think you've said you've been away from graphics for a while, so they'll be very helpful. Stock placement and text are two topics you should look at, and try to experiment with different effects.
