    Where do find where these amv contests are on kh-vids.net i keep hearing about people entering their videos into contests but i neveer know what they mean or where to look?

    In the Spamzone, there is a subforum called the Competitive Arena; most contests are generally held there. Also, if you upload your video to the portal, it's automatically eligible to place in the top five as long as it's Final Fantasy or Kingdom Hearts, and I believe Disney related as well.
