Ok, so basically, I have 5 assignments due in 2 weeks, and i'm stressed as hell. I have dancing 4 hours every night (As if that doesn't tire me enough) so i get to sleep at 12:00 at night and I have to wake up at 6:00AM (I catch the bus) ON TOP of that, i also have HEAPS of homework! I cant sleep on the bus because every time we go over a bump, my head bumps aganst the window, i cant sleep in class because, well, its class.

So I'm finding myself being Extremely tired, being expected to do 5 assignments in 2 weeks, and only getting 6 hours of sleep. you should see the bags under my eyes.

Well, if dancing isn't something that is absolutly needed and something you can drop for a bit, I'd suggest doing that. That way you have more time for homework and sleep, which are more important. It you need to, just tell whomever is in charge that you need some time off for school, I'm sure he/she will understand. School is your top priority.

I'm having the same problem but i've found that if you take a shower, and read a book before you go to bed works, i don't do it though, i need to think about stuff.I have four assignments due at the moment with an exam coming up.Try and relax yourself, just think about the fact that they're only jobs, they won't destroy you, they're just things to do.It often helps.

I would also suggest taking short naps between studies. That might energize you enough so your mind can focus. Don't feel overwhelmed either! ^^ Just find a quiet spot in your mind and relax. Good luck on your assessments by the way. :D Also, Azure's suggestion is very good. If you feel too overwhelmed with dancing, drop it for a while until things start to cool down again. Good luck.

well the way i see it, school work and sleep should come before dancing. I'm not saying for you to give up dancing, I'm just wondering if it would hurt to take a day off every now and then for dancing. If you don't want to do that, well then. here what I advise you to do.... bring a pillow on the bus XD

Go to the teachers who assigned you the assignments and ask for a extension. By doing that you have more time to relax. And usually you should be doing 45 minutes on each subject.

This calls for... procrastination! Just kidding.

Usually, what I do is I just sit back and I try and deal with what I can. We all have a schedule, but see what you can do to cram sessions, even if small, to get homework done and out of the way. Pick out that couple of minutes you have between the bell and get to class early and get a few problems from that assignment in the textbook. Or maybe after finishing a test, you can use the time to your advantage and get that worksheet done. Or read that chapter for English. Whatever be the case. Heck, if you're reading this, not to be crude, but what are you doing here? You can be making your life easier by getting that stuff out of the way. Fun only comes before work in the dictionary. Or if you're procrastinating. Of course, I'm a hypocrite for saying this stuff, but my life isn't cramped. xDD

I would drop the dancing until you get things under control, or you're gonna just drop from exhaustion. There is a point when your body can't take anymore, and you need to stop before you get to that point. Just explain to your instructor or whoever that you need a break for a bit, and then concentrate on school and on getting sleep.

drop the dancing for a while and stay focused on whats more important: your school affairs. once you gotten caught on everything (that includes sleeping) then take the opportunity to start dancing again
