Birth by Sleep Connections

Hey everyone! SSD here and I have some predictions/therories on TAV's connections to SRK.

!!!SPOILERS!!!

Terra/Riku - First both names mean earth or ground in Latin. Also Terra is seen as the main character of BbS. He is taking the Master Qualifications Exam with Aqua. Terra being the "leader" chooses his succssesor to be Riku. He chooses Riku because while Terra and Ven are on Destiny Islands, Terra and Ven see Riku and Sora fighting and Riku appears to be winning. As we know Riku turns to darkness loosing the ability to be the Keyblade master. Most people also predict that Terra will fall to darkness just like Riku does. Both when at their most powerful point glow. In the fight between Sora and the Lingering Sentiment (Terra Armor) Terra glows red when using his DM. (Desperation Move) Riku and Riku Replica both glow in the final battle with them but they glow blue/purple. Riku is Sora's friend and Terra is Ven's friend aswell. Riku eventually is able to wield a keyblade of his own after he is removed from his state of being Xehanorts Heartless. Riku also helped "erase" Roxas by putting him in DTT (Digital Twilight Town) with DiZ. Ven asks Terra to "erase" him. Terra is seen to pick up Kingdom Key in "The Gathering" signifying that he is the leader. In Terra's battle against Sora he also says something about who he chose. I believe he said something like "Are you the one I chose?" or "I didn't chose you."

Ven/Sora - Again both names mean air or wind in Latin. Ven's clothing is a mixture or DTT Roxas's and KHII Sora's clothes. He also looks exactly like Roxas and even has the same voice. Vantias appears to rival Ven just like Riku rivals Sora. Thus Vantias is connected to Sora by being a symbol for Anti-Form or how Sora was a heartless for a short period of time. Ven can wield his Keyblade in either hand and in front of him or behind him. This means that Dual Wielding is easy for Roxas and Sora because of Ven. In "The Gathering" Ven chooses Way to the Dawn. This is because without Roxas, Riku would never have become XH and gained WTTD. He also wields it backwards too. In the final battle with Xemnas while Sora is wielding WTTD he wields it backwards. Also Sora had his memories rearranged and that could be a connection to Ven not remembering MX.

Aqua/Kairi - Yet again the names mean water and ocean in Latin. In the most recent scan we see Aqua protecting Kairi in Radiant Garden, Kairi's homeworld. She states in Kingdom Hearts that she remembers nothing about her first home. Kairi probably made it to Destiny Islands because Aqua knew that DI was the world of the star-shaped fruit and Terra and Ven's succssesors were there. Kairi also gets a Keyblade from Riku. Aqua is taking the MQE with Terra which could be linked to why Riku gave her a Keyblade. Riku is very good friends with King Mickey and Mickey is seen with Aqua protecting Kairi in the new scan. KM could have told Riku that Kairi can wield a Keyblade. Also Xion is made of Sora's memories and looks like Kairi. Xion is good friends with Roxas which could be because Ven and Aqua were friends.

So there you have it. I'll put more if I think about it. SO please share your thoughts and tell me what you think about it.

 

I don't think "erase" would be the correct word. He did digitize him, but I don't think Ven wanted to be digitalized.

I'm a little confused on this one. So Vanitas is the source of Sora's Anti-form?

Kairi's pure heart cleared the darkness surrounding Sora's heart as he was a heartless and caused him to appear to return as a compete being.

Xion was a greater factor in this ability. She unlocked the ability in Roxas and it in turn effected Sora.

I going to say no to this. I mean the keyblades TVA picked up show connections. I don't think Ven picked up WTD because of Riku transformed into an image of Xehanort's heartless and gaining the keyblade. It might show his pathway.

Ven didn't remember Master Xehanort?

Nope. Xehanort sent Kairi on the ocean of the worlds in hopes of Kairi's pure heart drawing out the keyblade. Aqua had nothing to do with this. It was just the connection between the keyblade and the Princess of Hearts.

Though Kairi does have a strong heart it looks like the keyblade is still Riku's keyblade.

The keyblade Riku gave her was still a transformed version of his soul eater. So they keyblade is just like Way to Dawn and still belongs to Riku. He was basically dual wielding at that moment.

Kairi is Sora's greatest memory so Xion looks like her.

 

I see. Thanks for catching that. I thought Ven was talking to Terra when he asks that. But I said "erased" because Roxas's memories were erased and he basically was put into a fake life.

Vantais is foreshadowing Sora as a Heartless and Anti-Form.

And I recalling reading something about Ven that said when he encountered MX in Oylmpus Coliseum he didn't remember him.

 

So you think Ven asked Aqua to erase his memories?

How so? I mean Vantias is considered a symbol of darkness but how does he relate to Sora, him becoming a heartless and Anti Form. If anything Vantias would be a connection to Riku's path into darkness as they have the same dark suit and similar fighting style.

You're talking about this scene, right?


During that scene it doesn't say anything about Ven forgetting Master Xehanort. Master Xehanort tells Ven that his heart is incomplete or something along those lines.

Thanks for that. I learn more everyday. Also thanks for posting and actually saying something. Everyone else I guess just read it and said "meh." Also I had the sig made for me on another site. All my sigs come from that site because it flashes and stuff. So again thanks for posting that info.

 

Who the hell is Vantias? A new character? Is he somehow related to VANITAS?

 

Vantias is "Xehanort's Apprentice", or that's what he/she was referred to when this all got started.

Now, I think, we know that he/she has some kind of connection to Riku, or the way he'll become.

 

Pretty sure Vanitas is a "he" jet, I beleive he has Sora's japanese voice actor shown in one of the trailers.

 

I'm pointing out that his name is spelled V-A-N-I-T-A-S. Not V-A-N-T-I-A-S. How are you guys consistently doing this?

Thank you! Someone finally spells it right. And Vanitas is a male. If he's a female, then she is very buff and doesn't show at all. And sounds like a man.

 

If, in fact Terra does become the Xehanort we all know (though I doubt it) this could explain the reason behind Riku taking on this suit. After all, it was Xehanort's heartless that took over Riku, and (if he were Terra) he would surely have had this image in mind when thinking of/creating a suit of dark power. At least, that's my idea.

 

Riku put the suit on, before being possessed by Xehanort's heartless. After being defeated by Sora he runs off and then becomes taken over by Xehanort's heartless.
