"Thanks" Mia said as she walked in "Ah, so you know, they are upgrading the Reaper for you, those guys are pulling an all nighter to finish on time" Mia said to Ryo "Also, what have you two been talking about?"

 

"ah nothing really. We were actually just discussing the upgrade" Ryo said

 

"Well ok, and make sure has some of that food, she hasn't been eating much these last few days ok" Mia said as she left.

 

Ryo immediately shoved the tray over at Amy "alright you better eat this" Ryo said crossing his arms sternly

 

"I don't need it, my medication keeps me alive" Amy said sternly.

 

"still you need something to give you strength" Ryo said

 

"I could break these bars without any effort, I could break you without effort, I don't need it, I hate eating anyway" she said, the last part quietly.

 

Ryo raised an eyebrow at the last part and began to laugh "you sound like a spoiled kid" Ryo said laughing

 

"I don't care, I don't want to eat and you will never realize why, because you are a normal human. I'm different, I may seem human but i am a weapon, made to kill people, and I am one of the more humane ones, exluding the captain, who is the exception, most don't even have proper name, I hate eating because it makes me feel normal" Amy said quite and bitterly. She sat on her bed in the darkest corner of the cell.

 

Ryo stopped laughing and looked at her calmly "maybe I don't understand and might never will...but why would you hate being normal?" Ryo said

 

"Because I can't be normal, no matter how much I try, no matter how much I wish and beg I will always be a weapon. Did you know most of my internal organs are machines, or that the only reason I have reproductive organs is because they are usless to me. I only exist to kill, and besides if I was normal I would be ignorant to the world I despiese" Amy said.

 

"I don't see you as a weapon" Ryo said as he stood up and looked at her "you have a choice whether you wish to be a weapon or not. Its your will and actions that define you" Ryo said

 

"You sound like the captain, he always tries to get me to be more normal, me and my sibling find it difficult, after all, we where never made to have free will" Amy said.

 

"but you do have a free will...you can choose what you want to do" Ryo said

 

"What ever I choose, I will be bound to the goverment, I don't see much free will there" Amy said.

 

"then me and Alastor will help gain you that free will" Ryo said

 

"And why do you want to help me, whats your reason? Do you think there is some reward, or that you will be praised? Or are you doing it to make yourself feel better? And don't start by how your doing it to help me" Amy said, quitly, but also in a threatning tone.

 

"But there is nothing in it for me. even though you don't want me to say it the truth is...I want to help you" Ryo said

 

"And why me, there countless mindless sibling and cousins of mine, why arn't you helping them?" Amy asked Ryo.

 

Ryo turned away "I wish I could help you all but I can't help but feel powerless" Ryo said and suddenly turned away "well nice talking you but this....may be the last time we see each other" Ryo said
